There are three steps of accountability of public servants. The first is “Remonstrance” which is a formal protest against the conduct of a public servant which allows a chance to correct the bad behavior within a specific time limit. Should no correction be made a “Bill of Attainder” is served on the superior of the public servant who is responsible to remove that individual from public office. Should the superior refuse to enforce the Constitution and Laws of the United States a “Judgment of Treason” is produced to expose the criminal conduct being conducted in our “Public Offices”. These are God given rights of a “sovereign” to protect the integrity of our government for all sovereigns and address bad behavior of public servants. If you are acting on your own behalf you must act as a “sovereign”, because you cannot be a judge and party of a case. If you are acting on behalf of another you are acting as “Tribunal” to correct a wrong and establish law or justice. So the law is written.
