Power.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are powerless to fix our government because they are all united in the mob rule of Democracy. Every politican is aiding and abetting the treason of acting without jurisdiction or authority of law and protecting the organized crime of government. Trump as the “Mob Boss” is leading attorneys, judges and politicans to secure the profits of ill-gotten gains of the Public Office of President. Every politican has the mentality expressed recently by Kamala Harris, “I’m gonna get mine.” This is the philosophy of all our Public servants, they are not concerned with right or wrong, because there is noone among them who holds government accountable because they are all united in the corruption. We the sovereign people have no voice, except on election day, when our votes are stolen by allowing illegals to vote. Our Constitutional Republic is lost to the profits of mob rule of government. The true battle is not Republican vs Democrats, because they are all united in their greed of power, the true battle is We the people vs the corruption of Democracy and our Constitutional Republic.
In a Constitutional Republic We the sovereign people have the protection of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. But in a Democracy we are all citizens with no rights, privileges or immunities, citizens are violated everyday by Elites of the mob, led by Trump. One cannot be for We the people and support the mob of Democracy to violate our Constitution and laws without accountability. One cannot serve two masters.
Our “Declaration of Independence” gives We the sovereign people the duty to cast off corrupt democracy and establish new guards for our Republic to protect our rights, privileges and immunities of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. I voted for Trump three times and believed he would drain the swamp of attorneys and restore justice to We the sovereign people. But like you who voted for him we were all fooled.

The facts show the Supreme Court abolished “Habeas Corpus” by dismissing it 7 times rather than release a prisoner unlawfully imprisoned. All evidence lawfully served on Congress was dismissed by the mob of government rather than hold the mob of democracy accountable. Trump has refused to act on a formal complaint of “Remonstrance” and denied the 1st Amendment Right to petition government for the redress of grievances. One cannot serve We the sovereign people and aid and abet the treason of democracy. The government has all the power to terrorize We the sovereign people by declaring us citizens and taking our power away by fraud, misrepresentation and deciet. The tools of the mob.

Process
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are kept in the dark on the issues of restoring our Republic. Everyday we wake and hope today is the day justice will be served, but everyday we are disappointed by the Trump Administration. Trump was hired to drain the swamp but Trump seems to be like all politicans, promise us to clean up DC when elected, once elected do nothing. Republicans seem to be working to keep democracy working injustice in our Nation serving the interests of Attorneys, not We the people. 83% want voter ID to vote in our elections and proof of Sovereignty by birth certificate to register to vote in our elections. But John Thune and the Senate Republicans are working to allow illegals to vote in our elections. The state of the Union address showed us Democrats serve illegals’ interest by refusing to stand for We the people, but we must assume Republicans are a part of this scheme. There should be no secrecy on this issue of “Public Safety” and “National Security”.
Democrats lie to us everyday and destory our nation by blocking the removal of illegals, they depend on to win elections. By not passing the “Save America Act” the mob rule of Democracy is winning and the 83% of We the people who want only sovereigns to vote in our elections are losing. This is a “Fault” of the Administration for failing to publically address the treason of Democracy allowing mob rule to prevail in our Constitutional Republic. This fault creates doubts among We the people of whether we are a Democracy or a Constitutional Republic. The importance of this distinction is do We the people have a Constitutional Republic governed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights or are We the people ruled by the mob of government that shits on our Constitution everyday. The latter seems to be true in the Supreme Court, Congress and the Trump Administration.
In a Constitutional Republic Democracy is treason under our Constitution for attempting to implement mob rule over the Rights of individuals. We the people have suffered this mob rule for generations and need to hear our government publically declare We are a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy, to restore trust among We the people. All those who claim we are a Democracy must be required to lawfully prove their position or be prosecuted for their failure to justify their treason. The following “Petition” serves this purpose:

Either our Constitutional Republic government serves and protects us all or We the people are all slaves to the mob rule of our government in Democracy. This division must be resolutely addressed and lawfully established for our Nation to heal. We the people need to see our President, who claims to serve We the people, to stand up for us and our Rights, Privileges and Immunities secured by the Constitution in our Constitutional Republic. Isolation
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are denied access to our President. I have sent many Petitions to our President that warranted immediate action, with no response whatsoever. Our President is isolated from We the people by the mob of attorneys who obstruct justice, deny access and seize commercial Instruments meant for Trump. Their malicious intent is to maintain the mob rule of Democracy where they can abuse the people under the color of law. Fraudulent judges of fraudulent courts operated by corrupt attorneys without jurisdiction or authority of law to enforce “fictions of law” and create “Bills of Attainder” prohibited by our Constitution. All prisoners have been denied due process and wrongfully incarcerated by imposter judges acting in treason.

Today in the United States of America there are no lawful judges, just attorneys working in Conspiracy against rights 18 U.S.C. 241 to convict regardless of facts, law and evidence. 95% of federal prisoners have no injured party, yet they are convicted and put in involuntary servitude to provide forced labor for the profit of those who own prisons. Because it is profitable to engage in the organized crime of fraud for attorneys We the people are meer numbers to pad the pockets of attorneys. Washington is not the swamp the courts are the real criminals of our society because they have established they are above the law, that they enforce on all of us.
I am afraid our Nation has been lost to the corruption of attorneys because their is no peaceful authority that will hold them accountable to our law. Trump has the power but if he is kept ignorant by attorneys of the truth of his authority, then the corruption can continue unchallenged. Attorneys are protecting the organized crime of attorneys, they are just forestalling until Trump’s term is done, then it is back to corruption as usual. Trump is being played as a chump by attorneys who are lying to him that the fraudulent courts have power over him, while hiding the truth of their corruption. Trump has the power to decomission any officer of government and fire them for cause. But attorneys use the fraudulent courts to stop the firing of attorneys and limit Trump from holding corrupt attorneys accountable. Pharoah would not listen to Moses and three plagues later he bowed to God and released the slaves. I wonder what God will do to Trump for not listening to the truth of corruption in His Nation by attorneys in His land. We the people are isolated from Trump by his cabinet of attorneys who refuse access to protect their corruption.

In Native American culture, Warriors always take care of the widowed, aged and feeble. In the ghetto the leaders of the gangs take care of their members and protect them from others. Because our “Peace Keepers” have been made into law enforcement officers to generate cases for attorneys, they are no longer trusted among the people. Those paid to serve and protect us refuse to do their job. Yet you want more money to support them.

This was lawfully delivered to Trump on April 13, 2026. A week has passed without a word from Trump. It can only be assumed his staff has obstructed its delivery to aid and abet the treason of Democracy of mob rule. Soon I will file a Complaint with the post office that a “Commercial Instrument” has been obstructed and demand proof of delivery to Trump. Either he received it and is ignoring it establishing his treason or his staff has obstructed it. We the people will restore our Constitutional Republic with or without Trump’s help.
The Post Master General can ask Trump if he has received the 1st Amendment Petition. If yes, then Trump is denying due process of law. If no, then his staff is interfering with commerce and must be prosecuted under RICO. I will determine who to prosecute based upon the answer. God gave me the knowledge to exualt Trump or stop him, time will tell which is true my true calling.

Power
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are constantly bombarded with lies of Congress to gain power by limiting Trump’s agenda. These RINOs, such as Rand Paul who lost his Presidential bid and seeks to be an important voice in Congress, claims to support the Iranian people and opposes Trump at every turn. Rand Paul is a puppet of Big Pharma as a Doctor that supports the scheme to keep America sick and on drugs that do not cure the ailment for which they are prescribed, for the profit of Doctors who receive kickbacks for keeping their patients sick and on drugs of Big Pharma. Rand Paul is a closet Democrat who believes in mob rule of Democracy, because he lost his bid for President, he seeks to deminish Trump’s power to conduct his agenda and make Congress superior to the power of our President. Power is the illusion of grandeur, that all of Congress seeks by lieing, cheating and stealing from We the people a government that serves their interests. These primadonnas work everyday to exault themselves to We the people by opposing what 80% of We the people support. Sure they get attention of media, but do they get support? I think not.
To unite our Nation we must restore our Constitutional Republic where only Republicans can hold public office to represent We the sovereign people of the United States of America. Democracy of mob rule has no lawful place in our Nation and must be abolished. Since the Civil War Democracy has stolen our sovereignty to make us all slaves (Citizens) under our government, taking away all our God given rights, privileges and immunities. Government has become a self-dealing Corporation taxing We the sovereign people for funds they use to deny all of us life, liberty and freedom to seek happiness. Both Republicans and Democrats seek power over We the sovereign people, with constant fighting amongst themselves, creating the illusion they are the champion of the people. When in fact none of them give a damn about the people. This system of mixed government was never meant to be by our forefathers of the “Grand Old Party” (GOP) of We the people, that is meant to include all “Americans”, regardless of race, religion or social status.
Today in America, Democracy has allowed an invasion of our Nation by those that hate our morals, ethics and principles. Most of those who invaded our Nation are Illegals, undocumented and have no right to be in our Nation. Democrats represent their interests not the interests of We the people who are sovereigns of this Nation. Democracy is a threat to our Nation because it divides our Nation against itself by allowing foreign interests to invade our Nation and spout their hate by chants of “Death to America” in exchange for illegal votes in our elections. The “Save America Act” is opposed by Democracy and all its supporters, to require proof of “Sovereignty” to our Nation to vote in our elections. Democracy is treason by all who support it.

Winners and Losers.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are made up of winners and losers. The Elites of our society have adopted the policy that only they can win and the rest of us must lose. Their delusions of grandeur must be maintained at all cost, no matter what the facts, law and evidence say. Government has become arrogant in their beliefs that they know what is best for us, so all opposition to their power must be defeated at all costs. Jesus asked what do you gain if you gain the whole world but lose your soul? At birth we are all equal and when we die we are made equal again, with nothing. You can’t take the riches, fame and fortune with you. The illusions of grandeur have created pain and suffering in our world, by ignoring truth and allowing the delusions of lies to prevail. We who have lost and suffered at the hands of the Elites, know the truth, but to protect the lies of the Elites, truth is silenced.

It is an attempt of a Loser to correct many of the wrongs of the Elites who have violated our Constitution and Bill of Rights to gain power over We the sovereign people. In this Petition the illusions of law are shattered, the power of the Elites is destoried and the hope of the Losers is exalted. We the sovereign people are only limited by our conception of what is or is not possible to be achieved. With God all things are possible. Truth is of God, no matter who speaks it. The Elites want us to believe their lies as truth, but We the sovereign people do not believe their lies, We know the truth of who they are and what they represent. The Elites’ illusions of power over the sovereign people have been shattered by the Supreme Law of the Land, that condemns their bogus status of superority over We the people. Government is our employees who hold Public Office based upon the support of We the sovereign people and none of the Elites are above God’s Law.
“One Nation Under God” is the “Constitutional Republic” that our forefathers fought and died to preserve for all of us. The Elites believe they are the only ones entitled to the life, liberty and the freedoms guaranteed to all of us by our “Declaration of Independence”, “Constitution for the United States of America” and our “Bill of Rights”. No where in these documents is the Democracy of mob rule sanctioned, authorized or created. Only in the beliefs of the Elites is the illusions of power over the sovereign people found to exist. Our government is one of limited power to serve and protect the rights, privileges and immunities of all sovereigns of our nation, not just the Elites who believe only they are entitled.
