Our Elections.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America share the God given right to choose our representatives for our public offices. Our elections are for sovereigns only, citizens are prohibited to vote in our elections or seek public office. A sovereign is born in a State of the Union to a Father or Mother born in a State of the Union, thus establishing their birthright to sovereignty. This Common Law must be restored and enforced in all elections of the United States of America. This is the treason of Democrats who have allowed illegal and legal citizens to vote for them in our elections to deminish our Constitutional Republic, by foreign nationals who have no rightful say in our government, no authority under our Constitution and no standing to argue for or against any candidate for public office. Our forefathers created “One Nation Under God” where all of We the people are sovereign, as established by Supreme Court Precedence.
The people are individually sovereign. Chisholm v. Georgia 2 U.S. 419 (1793).
There is no such thing as inherent sovereignty in the government. Juilliard v. Green man 110 U.S. 421 (1884).
When our Constitutional Republic was created by our Constitution and Bill of Rights, neither the Democrat or Republican Parties existed. The “Tories”, (British Loyalists) banded together to create the Democratic Party in 1828. The Republican Party was established in 1854. These two factions were created for the purpose of dividing our Nation by loyalities, Democrats loyal to slavery and mob rule of our nation and Republicans for the individual rights of all of We the people, who fought the civil war to end slavery in the United States of America. The majority of We the people have been conned into believing We the people must be either Democrat or Republican. But in truth both parties are equally corrupt controlled by foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations. Both parties worked in conspiracy against We the people to remove the original 13th Amendment from our Constitution that prohibits foreign agents to hold any public office of trust or profit in government.
We the sovereign people are under no obligation to support either party, We the people all share the right to vote based upon our personal beliefs of who would best serve our interests and the interests of our Nation. We have all seen the effects of the professionals (Doctors, Lawyers and Clergy) being given power, they have abused that trust to further expand their powers over We the people. When our sovereignty is restored and only sovereigns vote in our elections, we will no longer have to vote for mob rule of attorneys. If only attorneys are running We the people have the right to write in “None of the Above”. If none of the above wins neither party can take possession of the public office. This is the power of We the people to control government.

God’s grace.
We the people are sovereigns who all share the blessings of God’s grace. Among us there are those who God has blessed with money, power and fame. Among us there are those who have survived in conditions that all rational thinking would imply death. I cannot count the number of times death has passed me by. I have seen risk of death more times than I can count, but by God’s grace I survived the encounter. These have led me to believe God must have a purpose for me and is preserving me for that purpose. Unlike the rich man, I do not take life for granted, I believe everything happens for a reason in God’s plan. Faith is trusting the plan without knowing why.
Throughout our history many have achieved extraordinary things that most believed impossible, but with God all things are possible. Those who have received divine introvention and achieve historical things were just ordinary people who God graced with the power to achieve the desired result. To some the path was clear, to some the path was made clear long after the achievement. But many more have died never knowing the impact they had on our society. Each represent a piece of the whole picture of God’s plan for our society, none of us know everything in God’s plan We the people are limited to our personal information needed for our specific purpose.
Of course among We the people there are those who have no faith in God and live their lives believing they can do as they please without consequence for their actions that harm others. Most of these ware black robes and proudly claim their title of nobility of “Esquire”. They believe they are entitled to power over We the people and routinely violate God given rights, privileges and immunities without authority of law. Because they hold a monopoly of our courts, they can deny, dismiss and ignore all lawful claims against them without adjudication. This is the corruption of our society, because BAR members are not subject to prosecution for their crimes. 95% of all violations of We the people are conducted by Fraud of attorneys.
Because I am an injured party of the treason of our courts, I have standing to petition government for the redress of grievances under the 1st Amendment. This has been done through all normal channels to seek justice, all have failed to provide due process of law and act within God’s Law that requires just judgment of all controversies. God has shown me the law that holds these rogue judges accountable, this has been presented to Trump that has refused to take care the laws are faithfully executed allowing the treason to continue without authority of law. This is no longer about my government’s violations of me, it is now about our governments’ violations of God’s Law. I only have the power God gives me, but God has all powers to hold judges and politicans accountable, by God’s grace or condemnation of their soul.

Epstine files.
Many questions come to mind. How did the survivors get into Epstine’s position? Were they kidnapped? Were the sold by their parents? It seems the Democrats are only interested in creating the illusion Trump was involved. Surely the survivors can tell us of their ordeal, but to protect Democrats and Republicans the truth is being ignored. Let’s demand their stories be allowed to be made public so those responsible can be held accountable. We all know the Clintons were regulars along with John G. Robert’s, Jr. Hakeem Jefferies and many many more. But it seems these pedophiles are protected by the mob of government because in Truth most are part of the criminal enterprise. 300,000 children disappeared during Biden’s reign as the molester in Chief, as Obama’s third term. Obama has been attached to Epstine. Why aren’t there criminal charges with the release of the files? Because politicans want the talking point not accountability, too many members of Congress would fall. We the people have to wake up to the fact all our government is corrupt.

Sovereignty.
We the people of the United States of America are all
“Sovereign”. This is our “Birthright” shared by all of We the people of the United States of America. This “Birthright” can only be proved by a “Certificate of Live Birth” or the modern form of “Birth Certificate”. This document shows what State you were born in and what State your Father or Mother was born in. This “line of succession” establishes the “Sovereignty” of each and every member of We the people and excludes all foreign nationals from claim of “Sovereignty”. In my case, I was born in the State of Missouri, to my Father born in the State of Missouri and my Mother born in the State of Arkansas. To be clear, Trump was born in the State of New York, to a Father born in the State of New York, thus meeting the basic requirement of line of succession for Sovereignty. Likewise every member of We the people must establish this line of succession to claim their sovereignty. All of We the people as “Sovereigns” have God given unalienable rights, privileges and immunities secured by our “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 in our Constitutional Republic. This is the “Common Law” every sovereign is entitled to by “Birthright” in the United States of America.Democrats hate “Sovereignty” because only sovereigns have the right to vote in our elections. Only Sovereigns have the right to hold public office to represent Sovereigns from their State. This system, created by our Forefathers, is under attack by all attorneys who have created a system of corruption where all are “Citizens” subject to “Fictions of law” that allow attorneys to rob, steal and defame Sovereigns to deprive them of their “Birthright”. All sovereigns have been denied “due process of law” required by the 5th Amendment to allow “Foreign Agents” of the “Foreign State” of “British Accredited Registry” (BAR Associations) to rule sovereigns with an iron fist without any authority of law. This treason began in 1865, with the removal of the original 13th Amendment and has raged ever since in our Nation.
The 13th Amendment stands as a “Constitutional Mandate” passed, ratified and published in 1819, that today requires the removal of all “Foreign Agents” from all “Public Offices”. This can only be done by “Marshal Law” where the military arrests and prosecutes the crime of treason and felonies associated. There are alternatives but that would require Trump to take action to enforce our laws, to date he has refused this lawful obligation. It is coming that Trump will be established as the “President of a Republic” or the leader of the mob of democracy leading the treason against We the people. There is no middle ground, this issue is black or white, there is no gray in the law. Trump will either restore sovereignty to We the people or We the people must exercise our power to create new guards of our Republic.

Fraudulent Judges.
Trump is being stopped from carrying out the will of We the people by imposter judges of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. Isn’t it funny, all the evidence presented to Trump that the law denies all jurisdiction to the Article IV LEGISLATIVE COURTS, yet no attorney has challenged the jurisdiction of these courts. The organized crime of attorneys is to keep the system of organized crime functioning based upon the assumption the courts have jurisdiction, when in fact they do not. As the only “Magistrate” of our Republic Trump can fire every fraudulent judge of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. SCOTUS has failed in its chief design to provide We the people with Constitutional Article III judges and allowed fraudulent courts to conduct judicial process without authority of law. Acting without jurisdiction is treason, punishable by either life in prison or death. Every fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT Judge should be fired and charged with treason. Of course all these fraudulent judges will declare they are immune to prosecution by judicial immunity. But only Article III judicial officers have judicial immunity, Article IV administrative law judges have no immunity whatsoever. The problem of We the people is enforcement of our “Common Law”.
The Common Law, of our Constitutional Republic, is the original “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 ending with the original 13th Amendment ratified and published in 1819. By proxy this is the “Supreme Law of the Land” that gives sovereigns their right to challenge the conduct of public officials by law. By refusal to enforce our Constitution government has become a mob of criminals of the BAR Associations working in unison of treason to destory our Constitutional Republic, in favor of their Democracy.
I lawfully challenge all Attorneys within the United States of America, to produce the Amendment that “Repeals” the original 13th Amendment as required by our Constitution to remove a Constitutional Mandate as clearly stated in the 21st Amendment, that repealed the 18th Amendment. Failure to produce the Amendment of Repeal will establish the original 13th Amendment is a “Constitutional Mandate” that establishes every attorney in a public office of trust or profit is guilty of treason subject to the death penalty. Again the problem of We the people is there is no authority to enforce our Constitution, they are all united in the scheme to violate our law by treason.
We the people must come to understand Attorneys are the enemy of our lives, liberty and freedom. Attorneys are foreign agents of foreign states required to be registered by 22 U.S.C. 611 as foreign agents. Holding a public office as an unregistered foreign agent is treason in our Constitutional Republic subject either to life in prison or death

We the people have turned against those of our government law enforcement, who have become the criminals of our society believing they are above the law. Today I watched “Public Enemies” that depicts life in America when gangsters robbed banks and killed without compassion. During this time the FBI was formed, their first case was the massacre at Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri. Hoover fought Congress by blackmail to obtain police powers that the Constitution does not delegate to the federal government. Since that time the FBI has become the largest organized crime syndicate in the World, as depicted in the movie any act of violence is acceptable to get their man. All honor has been lost by these fraudulent law enforcement officers, who lie, cheat, steal, break the law, violate rights, privileges and immunities all under the cloak of doing evil hoping good will come of it. Like most cases the cure is often worse than the problem that created them. Rather than a few robbing banks and killing, we have thousands of rogue agents violating We the people without accountability under the illusion of law enforcement.
The FBI has become a self dealing entity, they refuse to investigate criminal conduct of government officials and allow treason to operate openly within our nation. The FBI and Attorneys have united in conspiracy against rights that allows them to ignore real crimes and fabricate cases to inflict maximum punishment for perceived crimes. This is all done in the fraudulent “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” that have no jurisdiction or authority of law to conduct any judicial process. It is the job of the FBI to investigate, but they refuse because they are complicit in the organized crime. In 2028 there should be a confidence vote to retain the FBI or abolish the fraudulent agency. No where does the Constitution authorize the FBI or grant police powers to the Federal Government. Just another deep state illusion of authority exercised without lawful authority.
These are the individuals paid to provide us with protection of law. These are the quality of law enforcement provided to taxpayers at taxpayers’ expense. All are above the law and not accountable for the injuries they cause, anything is permissible to the FBI, bank robbery, armed criminal action, kidnapping, false imprisonment, forced labor, etc… are some of their crimes against me. But there is no government entity that holds the FBI accountable.
As long as these rogue agencies can violate We the people without any authority of law, our nation will remain a lawless nation of corruption. Of course, government don’t care its just thousands of agents paid for services they cannot legally perform. This is the conspiracy of attorneys, politicans, judges and law enforcement operating organized crime for their profit, at taxpayer’s expense.

Window of the soul.
We the people must start looking at the window of the soul, which is the eyes of the individual. Democrat women show us their true nature by the hate in their eyes. Their hate is so evident in their manner, words and presentation. The mob of government tried in 2024 to get Communism in the United States of America and lost every state, because their cheating (like 2020) was expose in real time. They still believe it is possible to get the illegals on the voter roles and allow Democrats to retain their seats by Fraud, theft and treason. This ploy is by governors of states issuing Drivers Licenses to illegals that can be used by illegals to vote in our elections. This is the crime of treason to our Constitution by giving illegals rights, privileges and immunities reserved to sovereigns of our Constitutional Republic.
Why is sovereignty important? Sovereignty sets us apart from citizens of foreign nations who come to our nation either legally or illegally. Sovereignty can only be obtained by birthright. A sovereign is born in a state of the Union to a parent born in a state of the Union. This makes the individual sovereign entitled to God given rights, privileges and immunities secured by our Constitution for the United States of America. This is the goal of the mob of Democrats, to make all people citizens under their control and deny sovereigns their birthright. All of We the people of the United States of America are sovereign, those who are born to foreign nationals in the United States of America are citizens and have no sovereign rights, privileges or immunities under our Constitution. These citizens have no right to vote, no right to hold public office and no right to receive any benefit of our social welfare system meant to assist sovereigns in thier time of need.
Democrats are the enemies of Sovereignty, because Democrats seek power over all of We the people, when in fact sovereigns are not subject to the authority of any Democrat, sovereigns are only subject to another sovereign who claims injury, by a complaint signed under penalty of perjury, seeking compensation for injury or accountability for criminal conduct. This is due process of law is required by every public office by the 5th Amendment. Until Sovereignty is lawfully restored to We the people the future of our Constitutional Republic will be in limbo, when our birthright is recognized and honored, sovereigns will no longer be subject to the frauds of attorneys and their fake law that violates our rights. I believe all sovereigns are the elites of the United States of America, protected by our Constitution and entitled to all protections of law. Otherwise we are all slaves to the corrupt mob of government and subject to thier wrath without rights, privileges and immunities as we live today. It is time to restore law and order to We the people, by enforcing our Sovereignty.

Integrity.
The government of We the people has lost all integrity. Those in public office are all criminals holding atleast one of these titles, thief, liar, traitor, fraudster, forestaller, tortfeasor or Outlaw. They all steal a salary from the American taxpayer, in breech of their employment contracts to serve and protect our Constitution for the United States of America. Those with duty to enforce our laws have become complicit with the criminals to allow treason to continue in our government. All have either committed felony crimes or refused to prosecute those crimes. All have either committed treason or refused to prosecute treason conducted in public media before the American People giving the illusion this treason is acceptable. It is obviously acceptable to corrupt government officials, but it is not acceptable to We the people. The fear of God must be restored by swift and just punishment of the crimes committed by the traitors of our government. Government always forestall accountability until someday that never comes.
Democrats have destoried our government and Constitutional Republic with lies, theft and abuse of power. They believe they are untouchable and can do anything without accountability to the law. They are stupid and naive, everyone knows it only takes one, to take one out. The lone wolf is the threat of We the people, no one is ever 100% safe from the actions of one, with intent to harm.
My Lord Jesus Christ tells me thou shalt not kill and in my 66 years I have taken the life of no man. But all those who do not believe in God, have no such limitation, to them they only want fame, fortune and notoriety these could come from the accountability of government. The family must protect the family, the warriors must protect the widowed, aged and feeble and all must stand to protect those who protect us. Today government holds that position, but support for them is dropping due to willful neglect of duty to enforce our laws and protect us from criminals within our government. When it becomes popular to take out the corrupt of our government, the corruption will soon vanish.
Patients are running very thin and the time for words are coming to an end. We the people are 80% in agreement against the 20% of democrats that has caused all our suffering, high prices, illegals, Muslims, theft, fraud, embezzlement and abuse of power. It would not take much for the 80% to eliminate the 20% from our Nation. Democrats keep calling for war, keep talking and war will come to you. A war without pity, without mercy, without sympathy or compassion. The traitors will face accountability without trial, due process of law or evidence, the mob will determine your guilt and carryout the death sentence by public execution, hanging, shot, beaten to death, stabbed, etc…. all will be acceptable. But it will not matter anymore all democrats will be dead.

Habeas Corpus.
Rachel Maddow of MSNOW is declaring illegals detained for deportation now have the right to a petition of Habeas Corpus. Democrats who have repeatedly denied Americans the privilege of a Writ of Habeas Corpus now want illegals given this Constitutional Privilege. The hate filled Democrats are out to stop all efforts to restore our Constitutional Republic and must be dealt with in the most harsh terms. These haters hate We the people and stand with illegals at every opportunity. Look into the eyes of these Democrats, as they talk they blink, establishing they are lying. They lie repeatedly claiming to be for our Republic while violating the rights of We the people. Democrats all seek power by using the mob to instill fear among We the people that if We stand against democracy We will be subject to their wrath, violence and destruction. It is time to send the message if Democrats will not conform to our Constitutional Republic they will be subject to our wrath as the Body Politic of We the people.
The lies of Democrats change more often than I change my underware, sometimes they change repeatedly in the same day, this is necessary to fan the base of their hate, and promote defiance of the Trump Administration’s authority to enforce our law. Democrats all claim to be for law and order while opposing it at every opportunity. We the people must stop waiting for the mob of government to do their job and remove those who obstruct justice from our public offices. We see the Democrats everyday talking against the morals, ethics and principles of our Nation, without accountability. These are felony crimes and treason, failure to prosecute constitutes the felony crime of “Misprison of felonies” 18 U.S.C. 4 and “Misprison of Treason” 18 U.S.C. 2382. This is the conspiracy of attorneys to allow attorneys to commit crimes without accountability. Justice has become an illusion because We the people suffer the wrath of attorneys and attorneys never suffer accountability for their crimes.
We the people see them clearly, Democrats of Congress, Courts and Media all working in concert to control power of prosecution to persecute We the people under the color of fake law. We the people must stop trusting government to deal justice to Democrats by acting to impeach them, sue them for their slander and deformation and force media to fire the liars they employ to spread Democrat talking points. Truth must be restored to our society, the only way this can be done is for the liars to be exposed and held accountable. Without accountability doubt can always be exploited as truth. Every member of media should be held accountable based upon the record they have provided to the American People. Rachel Maddow should be first, just because she is a dike does not give her the right to lie to We the people. Time for truth to reign over our society and liars be condemned.

Today I watched the treason of Congress in 1865 to pass the 13th Amendment to free the slaves. This movie depicts the struggle of Congress to pass the 13th Amendment making it appear to be a monumental point of our history when in fact it was the biggest fraud every conducted against We the people. This fraud was conducted in January of 1865 and is the foundation of treason present in our Nation today. This is fraud by the fact the original 13th Amendment was passed, ratified and published in 1819, the Amendment to free the slaves was lawyers seizing our government to operate as their personal domain without jurisdiction or authority of law. Attorneys removed the original 13th Amendment and claimed to free the slaves. This treason in fact made slaves of us all under the 14th Amendment. Our Nation will fail until the original 13th Amemdment is restored and attorneys are removed from our government as intended by our forefathers, in the original 13th Amendment.
