Breaks.
We the sovereign people are all struggling to make it in this world and looking for the break that will change our lives. Breaks come in many forms, some need financing, others need guidance, but all need recognition of their value by someone capable of meeting their needs. This is God’s Grace where God touches the heart of a person to give them the desire to help another. We the sovereign people have all seen the stories of those who have made it to the good life, while others continue to struggle on and pray for their break that will allow them to prosper. Sometimes all it takes to change a life is a kind word, sometimes it takes faith that the person deserves to be recognized by those who control the power of our Nation. All of these require one thing action. Faith without action is useless.
We the sovereign people speak truth to all who will listen, but the establishment is always quick to condemn the individual who is exposing their corruption. They have spent trillions of tax payers’ dollars to create Democracy where the mob of government gets rich, without accountability for their crimes and control of who is heard and who is not. But my Lord Jesus Christ is a powerful God, with God all things are possible. The faithful struggles everyday to make ends meet, while asking for help they so desperately need. But those who are capable of helping have hardened their hearts to the plight of others. They sit in their Ivory Towers and look down on the poor with contempt. My Bible tells me how you treat the poor is how you will be treated.
We the sovereign people are in this fight against our government together. The government steals all our stimulus through shadow NGOs that are tasked with distributing the funds, they have many reasons that justify denying benefits, while management is paid large salaries to administer the programs. It seems so simple to me, to fix the problem, all stimulus should be added to the Social Security Check or Deposit. This would cut out the theft of NGOs by denying them access to taxpayer money. The criteria for stimulus can easily be determined by the Social Security Administration, who must also stop all stimulus to illegals. The waste, fraud and abuse of government can be stopped but only by limiting access to taxpayers’ money by those whose theft is common knowledge.
God has taught me many solutions to many problems, but using that knowledge is obstructed by those profitting from the corruption. Our President has become unaccessible to those fighting corruption by the wall of attorneys around him who filter all information he receives. Breaking through this barrier seems impossible, but with God all things are possible and those obstructing will be seen in the true light of their character. It is all in God’s Plan in God’s time.

Power.
We the sovereign people have been bombarded with lies by Democrats to gain political power over Trump. Democrats have shown us their true character by serving illegals, paying protestors to attack ICE and deflect from investigations showing their frauds, theft of public money and stealing our elections. The leaders of the Democrat Party claim the authority to shut down our government, force Trump to bow to their demands and created false narratives that Trump has issued unlawful orders to our military. This treason is a coordinated effort by Democrats, their supporters in media and followers to create chaos to stop Trump from acting in the interests of We the people. Democrats have tapped the mental illness of the LGBTQ Community by making them believe Trump is a Racist, Nazi and Dictator that must be stopped at any cost to preserve Democracy. In our Constitutional Republic there is no founding documents for any Democracy. Democrats are all fraud, treason, insurrection, sedition and rebellion against We the people who voted for Trump.
Democracy is the illusion of power by the mob that they have power in our Republic, but in reality they have none. In our Republic the individual has the power to stand against the corruption of government, to hold them accountable for violations of our Constitution and laws. The Forefathers of We the people created these limitations on our government and rejected the mob rule of Democracy because individual rights could be violated by the mob. Democracy and all its followers are enemy combatants working in concert to destory our Republic. Democrats want us to follow them and allow theft of our public money, abuse of power by our courts and the policy of our Nation to be controlled by attorneys of the mob. But this is God’s land created by divine introvention by our Forefathers who were dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. This is the motivation of the mob to establish the mob is superior to We the people.
This treason is conducted under the color of law where the leadship of the Supreme Court has usurped power to operate fraudulent Courts of the mob without due process or authority of law. Trump is the highest ranking member of our government, as “Magistrate of the United States of America” he has the power to assemble a “Common Law Court of Record” to prosecute traitors of the mob engaged in treason. Trump has the power order any member of government to appear in the Court of Record and answer for their conduct in our public office. This is what all Democrat fear the accountability for their treason presented in the Public Record on various networks clearly showing violations of Constitutional Mandates. The most serious of this treason is the Supreme Court to allow fraudulent Article IV courts to conduct fraudulent judicial process under color of law. Trump has all power to fix this forever.

The cracks of benefits.
We the people are being deprived of benefits by Non Governmental Agencies (NGOs) responsible for distribution of those benefits.
For example, Trump has claimed stimulus for all senior Americans, but the NGOs all require Medicare parts A and B to be eligable. Because I am 66 retired with sever COPD and unable to work, and live on less than $1,000.00 per month Social Security. Because I was guaranteed medical for life with my enlistment, I have no need for ObamaCare the VA provides my health care. So therefore, I am not qualified for the stimulus that gives thousands to illegals and minorities every month. I just fall through the cracks and suffer on without stimulus intended for all senior Americans. The advertisements all claim the benefits are for all low income Americans but in truth they are only for those who buy ObamaCare. Is this Trump’s intent or are Democrats running the NGOs working to retain ObamaCare and his legacy?
At 66 years old, I am no longer able to climb a ladder to repair my roof. 25 years ago me and best friend tore off 6 layers of shingles, resheeted and shingled the roof. Today I am no longer able to do the maintenance, so I live with a leaky roof and pray it does not rain. Trump has claimed free roof replacement for seniors but all the advertisements for this government program lead to a roofing company that claim no knowledge of the program. Again is this Trump or Democrats working to deprive seniors of these benefits? I have heard there are programs for seniors and veterans, both of which I would qualify for, but the cracks in the system create a system of deprivation of these benefits. I have heard the rich are getting free roofs through these programs while the poor who cannot afford a new roof are denied the benefit.
Trump should look into these programs to determine if the NGOs are really providing the benefits or stealing the benefits that is the common practice of Democrats. There always seems to be some reason seniors are not qualified for the help they so desperately need. I believe Trump really wants to help seniors but Democrats are working to block the benefits so seniors will blame Trump. I know the benefits exist but they are not reaching the people who need them. Perhaps an investigation is warranted into the NGOs and the benefits they are supposed to be distributing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Abolish Taxation.
We the people are kept poor by illegal taxation by fraudulent government entities claiming fraudulent authority to tax their superiors We the people. In the 1890s and again in 1913 the Supreme Court determined income tax is Unconstitutional. We the people were never meant to be taxed, corporations were supposed to pay taxes to support all government programs. But as government grew government needed more money to pay for their pet projects, so they made all of We the people corporations by capitalizing our “Certificates of live birth” and “Birth Certificates” to establish We can now be taxed. By treason, attorneys unveiled the massive scheme to bill corporations for taxes. By taking John Doe and making him JOHN DOE government fraudulent claimed authority over the “Citizen” established by the fraudulent 14th Amendment.
This corporate entity is billed for utilities, that taxes provide to We the people. This act of treason was to steal the sovereignty of We the people and make them slaves to the corporations who are required to pay taxes. By the fraud government started taxing sovereigns without authority of law. This organized crime is conducted by the IRS a Porta Rico corporation that uses fraudulent courts to extort, intimidate and pressure sovereigns to pay their unconstitutional income tax. The IRS should be required to return all taxes collected from We the people, and never be allowed to tax sovereigns again.
Then comes local governments taxing personal property of sovereigns. For example a house, We the people are taxed by sales tax to buy the house. Then our personal property is taxed every year to have the personal property in our possession. If We the people give our personal property to a family member they are required to pay a gift tax. If we sell it we are required to pay income tax on the sale. If the federal government can not collect income tax then no state should be allowed to tax income either. This process is conducted in organized crime for cars, businesses, food, utilities, schools, etc. To support all the government officials sovereigns never asked for and do not want. We the people have no representation in government because no government official serves the interest of We the people. By threats, intimidation and coercion local government has made it legal to steal our homes if taxes are not paid. The original 13th Amendment prohibits attorneys to hold any public office, by their organized crime attorneys are all getting rich at tax payers’ expense, by illegal taxation of sovereigns, theft of personal property for failure to pay taxes and extortion of fines in fraudulent courts. Our tax dollars are supporting the organized crime of attorneys who have no authority to hold the public office for which they are being paid. All property tax money should be returned to its rightful owner, We the people.

Internet Traps.
We the people have lost all credible sources of information, everything about the internet has become a trap to sell you something worthless or force you to download Reddit to watch a program. I liked the mini series “My Baby’s Daddy Merchant of Death”. FACEBOOK let us watch it for free, then Reddit took over requiring downloading their program to watch the rest of the series. This is extortion to load our devises with unwanted programs, to monitor what we are watching and sell our information to whoever. This accounts for the constant repeated calls from Telemarketers trying to steal personal information to receive some bogus offer. Where is the protection of FACEBOOK for it’s users? Are they complicit in this extortion? Of course they are, they sell our information everyday.
Of course government is no help either. Missouri has a no call list through the Attorney General that is supposed to stop these unwanted calls. I applied over a year ago and still get bombbarded with unwanted solicitations. They claim it takes 6 months to activate in these modern time of instant notification. So we consumers are bombarded with calls, commercials and unwanted offers, as our privacy is sold around the world for the profit of these con artists.
There needs to be penalties for these crimes and the people need protection from the constant harassment of Telemarketers. The mini series should either be offered in their entirety or blocked by FACEBOOK from extorting their users. But when organized crime is profitable all are quick to jump on the wagon, no matter who it hurts. The sale of our information should be a criminal act punishable by law for repeated unwanted solicitation. The internet has become as corrupt as our government, making Billions in profit from the misery of We the people. I pay for a private phone number, but when corporations can buy that number and call 30 to 50 times a day, my phone is just another marketing tool of fraud. It has gotten so bad I have to turn my phone off most days, just for peace of mind. TRACKPHONE should be investigated to determine who they are selling my private information to. Of course that would be in the interests of We the people and government does nothing for the people.
I am ready to throw this phone in the trash because it has become a burden rather than the convenience it was originally intended. Why does it take six months to be put on a no call list? Is this government complicity in this organized crime of harassment? When will the rights of We the people to be secure in their privacy be enforced by those paid to enforce our laws? I guess never as long as outlaws can profit from their crimes.

Law.
We the sovereign people have been conned into believing attorneys who lie to us that fictions of law are “law”. Our Constitutional Republic is based upon three laws, the Constitution, Common law (Definitions) and Legal Maxims. The Codes, Rules, Regulations and Statutes are just “Fictions of law” created by attorneys to create the illusion of authority to hold sovereigns accountable to it. No sovereign is accountable to fictions of law, We the sovereign people are only accountable to an injured party, who has signed a Complaint under penalty of perjury. 95% of those in prison have been railroaded by attorneys using fictions of law, that have no legal authority on We the sovereign people. These fictions of law allow denial of due process of law required by the 5th Amendment. Our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Law. Our Constitution can only be enforced by Common Law that was the law of the land when it was written, based upon the principles of law of “Legal Maxims”.

This is treason by every attorney in the United States of America. Trump is bogged down by the Supreme Court who are the leaders of this treason by allowing fraudulent judges, operating fraudulent courts, to deny due process of law and act without authority of law.

Supreme Court.
We the people are being conned to believe the Supreme Court is the highest authority of government. In truth Trump is the highest as “Magistrate of the United States of America”. Trump has the power to preside over a “Common Law Court of Record” to hold any government official accountable for their conduct. By “Decree” Trump can remove any individual from public office or abolish any government institution that does not serve the interests of We the people. This truth has been hidden by attorneys engaged in insurrection to control our government from within. Attorneys want us to believe they are the law and have been given fraudulent immunity without authority of law to evade prosecution for their crimes. But in truth, “So the law is written.” and “No one is above the law.”
I wonder how much longer Trump is going to bow to inferior Attorneys of the Supreme Court. I have charged the Supreme Court with treason by their operation of fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. To date no jurisdiction has been established in any court of the United States. But Attorneys have seized power claiming fraudulent authority over Trump to conduct the foreign policy of our Nation. By the original 13th Amendment no attorney is allowed to hold any public office of trust or profit in the United States or several States. Attorneys are all traitors, tortfeasors and outlaws who have no standing in our Nation as foreign agents of the foreign state of the British Accredited Registry (BAR). This organized crime of attorneys is led by the Supreme Court that refuses jurisdiction over cases that would require them to punish the treason of attorneys. They are all united in Conspiracy against We the people, our Constitution and Nation.
Trump has always worked with Attorneys and the courts paying huge fees to protect himself. He usually wins because of his elite status, but times have changed, Trump is now being limited in his Constitutional power to conduct foreign policy to impose Tariffs on foreign nations. This is just the latest usurpation of power without authority of law by the Supreme Court. Trump needs to fire all members of the Supreme Court for their treason and stop bowing to corrupt attorneys who are working to forestall justice. No judge of any fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT has any authority to issue any order to our President. The Supreme Court is leading the Conspiracy to destory our nation by limiting the power of our President to carry out the business of the United States of America. Time for these fraudulent justices to be held to account for their treason and high crimes, a black robe does not give anyone authority to violate God’s Law by denying the Common Law of our Constitutional Republic.

Conspiracy Theories.
We the people have been conducting research into the conduct of our government and exposing the treason being conducted under color of law. The attorneys conducting this treason have conspired to call all those investigating them “Conspiracy Theorists”. Theory is a plausible chain of thought that makes sense of the circumstances. Theory backed by facts, law and evidence is no longer speculation, it is a determined fact. Attorneys being exposed have created the common practice to call all those exposing their treason “Conspiracy Theorists”. This term allows the individual to be discredited without an examination of the facts, law and evidence that establish their guilt. The media is complicit in this treason by identifying the subject as a “Conspiracy Theory” thus making it almost impossible to have a fair hearing of the issue or accountability of the attorneys’ criminal conduct. By the monopoly of our courts, attorneys have made themselves totally immune to prosecution for their organized crime.
Let’s consider the Judicial Branch of our government who are required to provide us with Article III courts to enforce our Constitution and hold those accountable who violate it. The Supreme Court has allowed fraudulent Article IV legislative courts, to conduct fraudulent judicial process, by fraudulent “Administrative Law Judges” that have no jurisdiction or authority of law to conduct any civil or criminal judicial process. Of course this is treason by all these judges who lawfully have no judicial immunity while impersonating lawful Article III Constitutional Judges. This treason is possible because the Supreme Court refuses to hear cases against the organized crime of these imposter judges, thus granting them immunity without authority of law and thereby establishing their own treason for acting without jurisdiction. Of course these facts, law and evidence will never be heard because attorneys have deemed it a “Conspiracy Theory”.
We the people must wake up to the fact all attorneys, whether Democrat or Republican are united in the organized crime of our courts. Since it has been established the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS have no jurisdiction, every prosecutor who presided over any criminal case did so without jurisdiction in clear acts of treason. Every defense attorney who represented a defendant, who refused to challenge jurisdiction and force the due process of law to dismiss the case is guilty of treason by acting in conspiracy to convict with the prosecution.
We the people don’t stand a chance in the courts of today, where fraudulent judges work in conspiracy with the prosecutor and defense attorneys, paid by government to put us in prison without authority of law. This is the deep state of our government that must be stopped or eliminated to protect our liberty, freedom and rights from this “Conspiracy”.

Loss of trust.
We the people have lost all trust of doctors and the medications they prescribe. Those who try to shows us cures for our ailments are blocked by pharmaceutical companies and platforms of the internet who work in conspiracy against our right to try. Therefore, We the people are left to suffer from ailments that are curable. So like so many others We the people are seeking alternatives to the treatments prescribed by doctors. I believe any doctor who allows his patient to die from a disease that a known cure is available, should be prosecuted for murder and striped of his licenses for life. The American Medical Association and Pharmaceutical companies have created a system whereby they profit for the suffering of their patients, by hiding cures and treating symptoms, they are getting rich by the misery of their patients.
Likewise the internet has become masters of misdirection. All the sights that show us cures are routed to a sight that sells some concoction that does nothing for the ailment. This is done in clear conspiracy to profit from the act of keeping patients sick and denied inexpensive treatments that cure the patients’ problem. These practices constituted organized crime under R.I.C.O. by doctors, attorneys and public information sights working in concert to deprive We the people of our right to health.
Covid showed us all the heartless doctors of our society who prescribed vaccines that have no medical benefit whatsoever. They got paid more for Covid patients, so everyone was diagnosed with Covid. You could go to the hospital with gun shot wounds and die, doctors would list your cause of death as Covid.
Doctors have become greedy monsters who have abandoned their oath to cause no harm and are getting rich by lies, coercion and manipulation of their patients by prescribing drugs that fail to cure the problem and usually cause problems that require more drugs. Most under a doctors’ care are taking sometimes 10 to 15 drugs a day. Most who go to doctors health deteriorates by the medical malpractice of doctors who have no desire to cure their patients, their profit from kickbacks of pharmaceutical companies are their priority.
Doctors once held a position of trust among We the people because their motivation was the health of their patient. Today that is no longer the case, doctors are taken with a grain of salt, their medications are scrutinized by the patient. Only fools trust what doctors say today. Not every doctor is like this, but the bad ones way outnumber the good ones. The bad conduct of doctors must be punished in accordance with law. No one is above the law.

Citizens.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America are under attack by all foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations. Both Democrat and Republican Parties are always advocating for “U.S. Citizens”. This treason began in 1868 when the fraudulent 14th Amendment was ratified without quorum to take the sovereignty of We the people and make us all citizens under the mob rule of foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations. Every politician who uses the term citizen is directly attacking the sovereignty of We the people. This is important because sovereigns have all God given rights, privileges and immunities under common law, the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Sovereigns are only subject to a complaint signed under penalty of perjury by an injured party. The treason of BAR Associations is to take the sovereignty of We the people and make them citizens under mob rule of attorneys. The proof of this treason is in every prison where 95% of sovereigns have been fraudulently prosecuted without a complaint, without due process of law in fraudulent courts and incarcerated based upon a fraudulent “Bill of Attainder” issued unconstitutionally by a fraudulent Administrative law judge of no lawful jurisdiction or authority of law. This treason is further proved by the failure of those entrusted with enforcement of our laws who refuse to prosecute other BAR Association members for their treason and felony crimes. Trump ran on draining the swamp of Washington DC but he has made a grave error by trusting foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations to follow the law and hold BAR members accountable. This treason is present throughout the Judicial Branch and Military where attorneys have total control of prosecution and refuse the lawful obligations. Trump as the “President of a Republic” has the power to drain the swamp himself, as “Magistrate of the United States of America”, there is only one, Trump.
Trump has the power to dictate policy by “Decree” that forces all government to comply or be fired and removed from public office for insubordination. The only limitation of this power is Trump must act within the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We the people are tired of the bantering of attorneys who never prosecute their own, Trump has the authority to bring these traitors before him and examine their conduct for compliance to their Oath of Office or treason against the Constitution. If treason is found Trump must refer the case to Congress for punishment. We the people are the judges of Congress to punish the treason or refuse to enforce the law of We the people. I predict those who vote against punishment will be removed from office in the next election. This is the Constitutional Republic created by our forefathers as a fair and just society for all sovereigns.
