We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are at war with our identity. Our forefathers created a Constitutional Republic where We the people are sovereign and retain sovereign power. This Republic was created by our Declaration of Independence (1776), our Constitution for the United States of America (1787) and Bill of Rights (1789). This Republic was created by war with England where our forefathers fought and died to preserve our Independence for our posterity of which We the people are the beneficiaries. We each share a part of this Legacy, of our forefathers and all sovereigns have the right to claim their sovereignty in our Republic. This is our history that Democrats want us to forget and bow to the mob of government. The Liars of Democracy are warring upon our Republic by claiming “Democracy is at stake”. There is no Democracy in our Constitutional Republic, there are only traitors, pirates, outlaws and Tortfeasors supporting the mob rule of government.
Democrats have successfully divided us against ourselves. States fell to Democrat Governors who claim absolute power of their Democratic Socialist State. These democratic states elected Representatives and Senators who support Democracy and work to destory our Constitutional Republic. These Democrats support mob rule of government and are warring against We the people to expand their power. These Liars are successful because they are two faced and change their positions based upon the support they receive for their false narratives. The Democrat Party was created in 1828 by those loyal to the King of England and have worked to destory our Republic ever since. The closet supporters of Democracy are Attorneys who have sold their souls for the “BAR Card” of the “British Accredited Registery”. Our forefathers created the original 13th Amendment (1819) to keep these British Loyalist out of our government so they united in the Democrat Party. Democracy has many faces, Islam, Muslim, Black Lives Matter, KKK, LGBTQ, Marxist, etc… all support Democracy and mob rule by them. All of these are enemy combatants of our Constitutional Republic, they are waging war by any means necessary to destory the sovereignty of We the people and make us all subservient to the mob of Democracy.
Trump was elected to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN by We the people. Trump is being pulled into foreign wars and ignoring the threat of Democracy being waged right here at home. Trump is trusting attorneys to hold the conspirators of treason accountable. Trump fails to realize attorneys all support mob rule with them the Supreme power over We the people. They will not prosecute eachother because they all support the cause of Democracy. Our only hope is Trump to exercise his power as Magistrate and fire them all, act as Commander in Chief, declare Marshall Law and arrest the traitors to end this treason. Truth.

Illusions of justice.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are denied justice at every turn. The Elites have created the system of a “Tort Claim” to get compensation for injuries caused by government. The system created requires you to file your Tort Claim with the agency, in my case the Veterans Administration, then wait six months for them to investigate the claim. The agency has six months to settle the claim or reject the claim by letter that allows the claim to be filed in Federal Court. In my case, the six month deadline ended on March 13, 2026 and to date no letter has been received. The letter is important to file in Federal Court, because it gives “Standing” by proving administrative remedies have been exhausted. Veterans are being fucked on a daily bases by the Vertans Administration, under Doug Collins and are denied the right to petition for redress of grievances. This Case Number 2 has been filed with Trump from a Common Law Court of Record of We the people of the United States of America exposing the treatment of Veterans.
We the taxpayers are supporting these rogue agencies of government that have no accountability for their crimes against We the people. Elites are given administrative remedies, We the people are denied the process. Withholding the letter stops the process and allows abuses to continue without accountability. I sought one million dollars for personal damages caused by the Veteran’s Hospital, an attorney who settles Tort Claims for the VA contacted me in the last week of the six month deadline. She claimed because of the amount she had to send it to the Director for approval. Today the deadline established has expired by 13 days without action lawfully required of the VA by their own correspondence.
If this case is not settled, it will be filed in the Article III “District Court of the United States” by
“Mass Action” to establish accountability for the Veterans Administration’s abuse of veterans. The denial of heathcare to veterans is common practice by the doctors who act as legalized drug dealers of pharmaceutical companies, and prescribe drugs that mask the symptoms rather than cure the ailment. The drugs they gave me caused severe breath problems to the point my wife told me to stop taking them because they are killing you. Throughout the year of taking these drugs I informed my doctor of the breathing problem at every opportunity. My doctor told me the benefits outweigh the side effects, keep taking the drugs. After a year I stopped taking the drugs and sought natural remedies to address my breathing problems. I truely believe is I had continued to follow my doctors advice I would be dead now. Only by the grace of God I survived. I will seek Precedence that every veteran can sue their doctor for failure to cure an ailment that has a known cure other than drugs. Common Law Rights.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are being denied free and fair elections by Democrats who are standing in opposition to the Save Act. Democrats are opposing the requirements of establishing sovereignty by production of a “Birth Certificate” when registering to vote. Sovereignty is established when a birth certificate shows you were born in a state to a parent born in a state of our Union. Democrats hate sovereigns because they are entitled to all God given rights, privileges and immunities secured by the “Constitution for the United States of America” (1787). This Common Law defeats all Democrat talking points that illegals have rights in our Constitutional Republic, they do not. Illegals have no right to be here and no right to participate in our elections. Democrats have created the false narrative illegals have Constitutional Rights when in truth they have no protection of law, they are all outlaws who entered our Nation illegally. We the sovereign people make up a nation of immigrants who came here legally by lawful means and are entitled to the American Dream. All first generation immigrants are citizens, their children born here are citizens because their parents were not born in a state of the Union. Citizens’ grand children are sovereigns entitled to vote in our elections. Only Sovereigns are entitled to hold Public Office in our Constitutional Republic. This Common Law defeats the fraudulent claim to birthright citizens who claim the authority to be in our nation because their kid was born here. Only a sovereign can sponsor a foreign national to legally enter our Nation. Only Sovereigns can be counted in our census to determine the number of representatives a state is entitled to have in Congress. Democrats are fighting this common law to allow illegals to obtain sovereignty without compliance with our law.
Democrats are extorting We the sovereign people with free and fair elections demanding illegals be counted in our census and they be allowed to illegally vote in our elections. Thus all Democrats are united in this treason by refusing to vote for the Save Act that required 60 votes to pass by the filibuster. No Democrat supports free and fair elections they support mob rule where all within the United States are allowed to vote legally or illegally without accountability. Our Senate is corrupt by Democrats who promote mob rule in our Constitutional Republic. Article IV, Section 4 guarantees us a Republican form of government, Democrat states are united in treason to corrupt our Constitutional Republic by illegally electing Democrats to our Congress. No Democrat is lawfully allowed to hold any Public Office of our Constitutional Republic, all who do are guilty of treason subject to the death penalty. The law is clear and must be enforced by all law enforcement officers of We the sovereign people.

We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America oppose communism in all its forms; Democrat, Democrat Socialist, Islam, Illegals, LGBTQ and Marxist. These theories are all geared at government control and mob mentality. These mixed policies have the support of the minority of We the people but are opposed by the majority of We the sovereign people who retain sovereign power. This sovereign power was demonstrated in the 2024 Election where Democrats had created a false narrative that Trump is a convicted felon, racist, rapist, nazi, dictator, etc… who would destory Democracy. We the sovereign people elected Trump in defiance of all Democrat opposition. Today the We the people of communism are actively working to stall Trump’s agenda by stopping removal of illegals, by refusing DHS to protect our homeland, by allowing illegals to remain on voter rolls, by refusing to require proof of Sovereignty, by refusing to require photo ID to vote, by refusing to keep men out of women’s sports and by refusing to keep men out of women’s restrooms. Democrats in their quest for communism have used these policies to gain support by the 20% who support their policies and are toiling to convice the 80% they are right. But We the sovereign people see Democrat policies as detrimental to our Nation and support our President. The tools of Democracy are fear, fraud, intimidation, manipulation and coercion to force voters to accept mob rule by them. We the sovereign people do not consent.
Communism always starts from Democracy where they gain support of immoral people willing to lie, cheat or steal in the interest of Democracy. Because there is no documentation that establishes America is a democracy, they make it up as they go along. Today’s standard practice is if Trump is for it, Democrats are against it. The Save Act is a great example of Democrat policy in action. The majority of We the sovereign people want to secure our elections and stop illegals voting in our elections, but Democrats are serving the minority who want to corrupt our elections, by illegal voting to keep democrats in power.
Communist who believe in mob rule exist in all political parties. For example John Thune is blocking the Save Act by refusing to end the filibuster requiring a majority to pass. Thune is aiding mob rule by allowing Democrats to withhold the 10 votes necessary to pass against desires of We the sovereign people. Thune is blocking a vote on the filibuster they all use to stop policy We the sovereign people want. If a republican votes against ending the filibuster on election day if their name in on the ballet, We the sovereign people should write in “None of the above.” No RINO should be allowed in our Public Office. If none of the above wins no candidate can take public office. This is our Sovereign Power to vote all traitors out of Public Office and keep them out.

We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are the voice of the world. Our freedom of speech allows us to support or condemn the actions of governments around the world. Iran has hung a protester with the claim they have the authority to kill all who oppose the terrorist regime. Russia and Ukraine are at war to kill off their people to reduce the population. The Democrat Socialist plan for the world that most disagree with. China has been a bully of the world stealing our technology and destorying our manufacturing capabilities. This silent warfare is supported by Democrats of Congress who profit by selling out the American People. We the people of the world are sick and tired of governments acting against our interests for their personal gain. All leaders of the world get rich in public service, they are lobbied and bribed by Corporations to do their bidding. Their job is to serve the interests of the people of that nation, not to profit from acting on behalf of the special interests of Defense Contractors, Oil Companies and bureaucrats of government.
The key to this corruption is the elections that put these power hungry leaders in office. Most of the elections around the world are stolen from the people by voter fraud, illegals voting and altered results. These are the tools of Democracy to get and retain power over the people. In the United States of America the Save America Act is demanding proof of Sovereignty to register to vote and voter ID to prove who you are. This destories the Democrat process of getting illegals to vote in our elections. Of course Democrats fraudulently claim no illegals have ever voted in our elections. They oppose the Save Act fraudulent claiming it will oppress voters, when in truth it will stop illegals from voting. We the people of the world are sick of democracy (mob rule by government) that violates the rights of the people. To be a sovereign of your Nation you must be born in that Nation to a parent born in that Nation. In a Republic this makes you a sovereign who retains sovereign power over government by the power to vote. We the people of the world must reject the mob rule of Democracy in all its forms and establish a Republic where only the sovereign people of that Nation have a voice.
All sovereigns want the same thing, “Peace”. Special interests want war, inflation and strife because in these profits are to be made. But these are a small minority dictating to the majority of the people what is and is not in their interests. Congress is made up of professional Attorneys, Doctors and Clergy who are united against the interests of We the people by acting in opposition of our priorities. Our courts have become the protectors of treason and are publicly part of the mob. Trump is running out of options to end this treason, only the option of “Marshall Law” is left. The military must be mobilized to arrest the traitors of the mob of democracy and remove all illegals from our Nation. Accountability.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are denied due process of law that holds government employees accountable for the violations of rights. This is the primary purpose of government in its Chief design to serve and protect We the sovereign people. The mob of government has created a system of impossibility where violators are protected and We the people are persecuted for attempting to exercise our Sovereign rights given by God and secured by our Constitution. The Supreme Court is the head of the Judicial Branch that is lawfully required to hear all evidence of rights violations and hold the violators accountable. By the Supreme Court refusing to conduct this lawful obligation, the message to attorneys and judges is you can violate the people at will without accountability. We the people watched this corruption in real time with the trial and conviction of Trump. As a convicted felon, Trump knows the corruption first hand, but for some unknown reason refuses to take action to hold corrupt judges accountable. By allowing fraudulent judges, to operate fraudulent courts, to conduct fraudulent judicial process, Trump has violated Article II Section 3 that requires him to take Care the Laws are faithfully executed. By Trump allowing the Laws to be violated by fraudulent imposter judges and the people to be persecuted without authority of law our Constitutional Republic is in jeopardy. All can claim ignorance of facts, none can claim ignorance of law.
Because all public offices are united as the mob of government We the people must assume the public official is either part of the problem or part of the solution. Based in Maxims of Law once a person is bad, it must be assumed they will always be bad in the same kind of affair. These evil doers have become the norm of government, violating our laws while fraudulently claiming to do good for We the people. God’s law is clear, “One cannot do evil and expect good to come of it.”
Today in the United States of America there is no recourse to hold attorneys accountable for the injuries they cause to We the people. Attorneys are the mob of government who make imposter laws, enforce those imposter laws, prosecute those imposter laws, defend the imposter law and punish violations of those imposter laws. All paid by taxpayers to engage in this organized crime under the color of law.
The mob of government believes they are above the law and in truth they are because those paid to prosecute criminals refuse to prosecute attorneys and judges for their crimes. Of course under their imposter law they are exempt from prosecution as members of the Judicial Branch, but because these are fraudulent courts there can be no judicial immunity for any of these public officials. They are all equally accountable for the crimes they commit just like the rest of We the people.

This fraud is being perpetuated by attorneys who have made it possible to prosecute without a signed Complaint, without an injured party and without due process of law. Indictments are handed down without probable cause, warrants are fraudulently issued by fraudulent judges without authority of law and people are imprisoned without evidence of guilt of a crime being committed. The mob of government have termed this corruption “Democracy”.
We the sovereign people must open our eyes to the plot of the mob Democrat and Republican that works against us to seize power from We the people and our Constitution. Rights only matter when government has abused their authority and violated the individual. Today this is the common practice of the mob of government, who are able to violate the individual without accountability. Attorneys allow attorneys to persecute, intimidate and rob We the people of our rights, liberty and property for their profit without redress of grievances. Attorneys impersonating Judges rule in Attorneys’ favor allowing their criminal conduct to appear lawful, legal and final. These attorneys are sanctioned by the “British Accredited Registery” (BAR Associations) required to be registered as “Foreign Agents” and prohibited to hold public office under the 13th Amendment. This lawfully establishes every attorney in public office is guilty of treason, sedition and insurrection to our Constitution and the sovereignty of We the people.
We the sovereign people must put away our hate and start holding attorneys accountable by our power to vote. If a politican has shown they are dishonorable they must be removed from our government, never to hold public office again. We the people hold the power to clean up our government by peaceful means of our power retained to vote. But We the people must commit to our sovereignty and refuse to be citizens of democracy. History has shown us the importance of this by the phrase, “United we stand, divided we fall.” Today we are divided by hate, party, sex, status and religion, these allow us to be individually violated by corrupt government of the mob. Talking heads.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America are forced to listen to the talking heads of the Democrat Party. For example, Adam Shift is making the loss of 13 American lives sound like it makes the war with Iran seem unnecessary. But where was Shift when Biden lost 13 American lives while pulling out of Afghanistan? Trump had made a deal to pull out, but Democrats ended the deal and left Billions of dollars in military equipment that was sold to our enemies like Iran. Obama the Muslim gave Billions to Iran to provide kickbacks to democrats of Congress. The incompetence of Democrats has made America a laughing stock around the world, but Trump is stepping up and reclaiming the super power that is superior to all militaries of the world. We the sovereign people have been manipulated by incompetent Democrats to believe America is weak and our glory days are over. Trump is giving the United States a rebirth as the leader of the free world and showing our enemies our capabilities. For 47 years our Presidents allowed a state sponsor of terrorism to threaten the world, kill Americans and profit from their crimes. Trump is ending that in weeks of war.

Yes Trump could nuke Iran and be done with it, but he is showing the world our capabilities without Nukes. Madero of Venezuela is in jail and awaiting trial for his crimes. Cuba is also in the sight of our military. The “Democrat Socialists” (Communists) are losing all over the world, We the people of the world are tired of the Elites living like kings while those they represent suffer. Only when We the people of the world demand peace and will accept nothing less, conflict around the world will always be a source of strife to the people. This is supposed to be news, but it is in reality it is propaganda of the left in support of Democracy. MSNOW promotes hate, racism and division of our nation by spinning false narratives to make it seem our Nation is failing. Anything Trump does is attacked as detrimental to Democracy and this constitutes treason for failure to tell the truth about the state of affairs. Every so called journalist can make every act of our President seem bad for our nation. The traitors of our society frequently appear on this platform to preach hate, racism and division that is believed by loyal democrats, as talking points that are spread throughout our society. The truth is easily seen all you have to do is ask to see the documents that establish America is a democracy. There are none.
History shows us our Declaration of Independence, Constitution for the United States of America and Bill of Rights establish a Constitutional Republic. Our forefathers rejected democracy because the rights of individuals could be violated by the mob of government, we see in practice today. Democracy makes us all “Citizens” with no rights, no privileges and no immunities to the actions of our government that violates the Constitution and Laws of the land. Democracy is supported by politicans, attorneys, judges and journalists who want to control citizens based upon what they believe is right or wrong. Democracy is the tool that denies We the people that which our forefathers fought and died to preserve for all of us. Democracy was created in 1828 and has been the leader of all the strife of our nation ever since. Democracy brought us slavery, the KKK, lynching and organized crime. Democrats have been able to turn brother against brother, father against son and created division among We the sovereign people. Democrats showed us all their true nature at the State of the Union when they remained seated in support of illegals, rather than stand in support of the American People. Only fools believe Democrats have our best interest at heart, their whole purpose is to gain and retain power over We the sovereign people. To bring truth back to We the people, the FCC must start holding those accountable who violate our trust by spreading lies and propaganda. MSNOW must be examined as a treasonous conspiracy to destory our Constitutional Republic. We the people must put away hate and start focusing on Truth.
