We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America 250 years ago stood united against those who strived to retain power. Our forefathers, who were great men of our history stood up against the most powerful military of that time and said no more. Thus began the quest to establish one nation under God where all people are entitled to life, liberty and freedom. Our Declaration of Independence was a beacon of hope for the world that opposed all the powers of the British who abused their power in our colonies. At that time in the Colonies We the people live under Common Law and the Magna Carta. There was no Constitution or Bill of Rights and judges were vicious in their treatment of We the people. Among their crimes was taxation without representation, denial of due process of law and military enforcement of all “Fictions of Law” created to control We the people. Our forefathers stood united in the face of this tyranny and said no more.
The birth of the United States was the birth of the Spirit of Justice that created a nation where all of We the people are born free. In those times this was not true, there was slavery and those who worked to destory our Constitutional Republic and restore our nation to British Rule. Our forefathers, rejected the democracy of mob rule of a Monarchy and chose to establish a Republic governed by our Constitution for the United States of America (1787) and Bill of Rights (1789). British Loyalist tried to restore British Rule by military force in the War of 1812 but was soundly defeated again. So the British Loyalist took a different path to regain power by creating Democracy to destory the United States from within. The Democrat Party was established in 1828 and has been gaining power for almost 200 years. We the people, in a Constitutional Republic hold sovereign power by the right to vote for and against those who represent us in our Government. We the people have yet to see our Constitutional Republic because British Loyalists, of both the Democrat and Republican Parties, have created mob rule of Democracy where government has illegally seized sovereign power from We the people and fraudulently claimed the authority to violate our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Democracy has manufactured hate for our nation, We the people and our Constitutional Republic. We have yet to see the full potential of our Constitutional Republic because the mob has divided us by race, sex, wealth and status. Today Muslims, LGBTQ, Attorneys and politicans are working in treason to establish Communism by destroying our “Pledge of Allegiance” that established our unity. “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.” If you are against this pledge, then you are the enemy that must be defeated by any means.

Organized Crime
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are forced to deal with government officials engaged in organized crime. Among these is foreign banks, who are supposed to be regulated by the Federal Reserve Board, but are in fact aided and abetted to continue their criminal acts. I received a letter telling me the issue of my complaint about a “Business Trust Account” could take 60 days or more to resolve. Thus clearly denying me my right to engage in Commerce while they drag their feet to resolve the issue. The Federal Reserve Banks are supposed to be the Fiduciaries as Trustees of our trust accounts with We the people as beneficiaries. But they refuse to serve the interests of their depositors and have placed Foreign Banks above those they are suppose to serve and protect. The organized crime of “Interferrence with Commerce” is alive and well in the Federal Reserve Banks.
I believed I was dealing with an American bank but because of the denial of “Business Trust Account” I learned I am dealing with a foreign agent of a foreign state “Central Trust Bank” of the UAE who has obtained “Central Bank of the Midwest” who clearly deny the American People their right to engage in Commerce. I would bet no Muslim has a problem getting a “Business Trust Account” at this Foreign Bank. It would be easy to go to a different bank and open an account, but that would allow this Foreign Bank to win by denying Americans their right to banking. I will go though their process and document every step to expose this organized crime.
Trump claims he wants to Make America Great Again, but with foreigners controlling our banks to deny Americas access to accounts and the ability to prosper, can his claims be true? I believe all foreign owned banks should be outlawed in the United States of America. Since these Foreign Banks are regulated by the Federal Reserve Banks who deny direct access to the accounts of Beneficiaries, this is clearly a conspiracy to deny Americans their assets under their “Sovereign Birthright”. This explains the poverty of Americans. We the people are denied that which we own by foreigners working in conspiracy against our right to contract, right to engage in Commerce and right to happiness for the profit of foreigners. “A Fiduciary is a person who is required to act for the benefit of another person on all matters within the scope of their relationship; one who owes to another the duties of good faith, trust, confidence, and candor.” [Black’s Law Dictionary, 8th Edition]. It is obvious the Federal Reserve Banks are not acting as our “Fiduciary” or “Trustee” they are working against us with “Foreign Banks”. There needs to be an investigation of this organized crime. Since We the people are denied banking in Foreign Banks no Foreign Bank should be allowed to operate in our nation, all should be banished.

Common Sense
We the people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are not “Citizens” We are “Sovereigns”. A sovereign is one born in a State of the Union to a parent born in a State of the Union. U.S. Citizens are established under the 14th Amendment of the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America”. The mob boss of Democracy known as the Supreme Court just ruled that those born in a State of the Union to foreign parents are United States Citizens. This was done to water down the power of We the people who are sovereign and allow citizens the right to vote in our elections. Sovereigns have all God given rights, privileges and immunities, citizens have none. Sovereignty can only be established by a “Birth Certificate” showing you were born in a State of the Union to a parent born in a State of the Union. All others are citizens with no rights, no privileges and no immunities,
This matters because of the “Cestui Que Vie Trust” Account established at birth in the Federal Reserve Bank. All sovereigns have an account in the Federal Reserve Bank, who is the Fiduciary as “Trustee” for the sovereign who is the “Beneficiary”. The Federal Reserve Banks have united in “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241 to deny access to the account by the Beneficiary. This fraud is operated by all banks who fraudulently claim to make loans to sovereigns. They use the “Promissory Note” fraudulently claiming it is a loan application, when in fact it is a negotiable iinstrument that is monetized through the trust account. Then the real fraud begins, Banks tell you, you must repay the loan. If you fail to pay, they fraudulently foreclose on your property, repossess your car, garnish you paycheck and seize your bank account. This is the “Organized Crime” of extortion conducted by Banks, Federal Reserve Banks and Attorneys who threaten pay or you will lose. This is easily defeated by demand for the original wet ink signed Promissory Note. When monetized it is stamped on the back, “Non Redeemable” meaning it has already been paid.
America was great when We the people were sovereign. Trump wants to “Make America Great Again” this can be done by one Executive Order to all Banks in the United States to allow sovereigns direct access to their trust accounts in the Federal Reserve Banks. The account number is on the reverse side of the Social Security Card. Three things should be required for access; 1) Photo ID; 2) Birth Certificate and 3) Social Security Card. Only Sovereigns have access to their accounts, citizens have no account.
I am not a United States Citizen, I am a sovereign. It is time We the people put away the hate generated by our government and united to demand our “Birthright Sovereignty”. Time to break the chains of our masters as citizens, establish We the people are sovereign and only sovereigns have the right to vote.

Dictators
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are at the whims of attorneys to determine justice, prosperity and success. These foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations control our courts, our banks and our elections. They are allowed to act in fraud without accountability to dictate what can and cannot be done in our society. Attorneys all have one thing in common they will screw their client to preserve the corruption and will never act in the interests of We the sovereign people. Every Judge holds a position of “Trust” that they violate on a daily bases. I have exposed the corruption of the Supreme Court allowing fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to conduct judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law. Yet no attorney informed has stood up against this corruption because they all profit from it.
Attorneys within our government refuse to pass the Save America Act that over 80% of We the people support. This is clear evidence our elections are rigged to aid and abet attorney to be elected to our public offices. The establishment does not care who is elected as long as they share the common interests of attorneys. Attorneys want a communist dictatorship one that gives them total power over We the people. A society where they prosper and the rest of us suffer.
Then we see the power the attorneys have in our banking system. These attorneys have sold their souls to foreign banks for power to determine who can or cannot have power to start a business and have that business funded by a Bank. When I tried to open a “Common Law Business Trust Account” the documents were sent to legal who determined I failed to meet the Banks unspoken criteria therefore the account was denied. The law is clear In Commerce if a mistake is made one must be given the opportunity to correct the error. Attorneys are dictators of the banking industry that allows bank accounts to be regulated by attorneys, not the law that governs them. It is a crying ass shame that Americans have to fight attorneys to give foreign Banks our money.
These schemes of attorneys only work because our “Constitution of the United States of America” (1865) is all fraud. Our true “Constitution for the United States of America” (1787) ended with the original 13th Amendment that prohibited foreign agents of a foreign state to hold any office of trust or profit. Today all offices of Trust and Profit are dictated by attorneys who have been indocrinated into the corrupt system of BAR Associations. We the people must find a way to eliminate attorneys from our public offices before they destory our Constitutional Republic in favor of the democracy of mob rule by attorneys. The British was last defeated in the “War of 1812” so they are attempting to destory our Republic from within, they have created an army of attorneys who dictate every aspect of our society.

Foreign Banks
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are being played for fools by foreign owned banks. I am in the middle of a fight to establish a business trust account, a common law practice, with the “Central Bank of the Midwest”, who will allow me a business account but refuses to establish a “Fidicuary Relationship”. The difference being a “Business Account” is only insured for $100,000.00 by the FDIC, whereas a “Trust Account” makes the Bank responsible for the full amount deposited. The “Regulator” of all American owned Banks is the “Comptroller of the Currency”. When I went to the Comptroller to report the refusal of a trust account by “Central Bank of the Midwest” I learned it is not an American Bank, it is owned by the “Central Trust Bank” of the United Arab Entities (UAE) and regulated by the “Federal Reserve Board” who works against Americans by setting large interest rates for the profit of foreign banks they regulate, while refusing “Common Law Banking Practices” to We the people of America.
As a “Private Banker”, my bank ledger shows I have $453 million + interest for 20+ years, sitting in my account in the “Federal Reserve Bank of New York” who is the “Trustee” for me as “Beneficiary”. Every sovereign has an account in one of the Federal Reserve Banks who holds the accounts as “Trustee” but denies “Beneficiaries” direct access to their account. As Beneficiary I have requested an audit of my account three times but to date have been denied access by the Trustee. This fact constitutes unlawful seizure of my account in violation of the 4th Amendment, if the Beneficiary is denied access, then the Trustee has stolen the account to serve as his personal asset.
As a sovereign I thought to establish a common law business, did all the required steps to establish a “Limited Liability Corporation” and obtain an EIN number from the IRS, only to be denied a “Common Law Business Trust Account” by my banking institution, a foreign owned Bank who works the conspiracy of keeping sovereigns drowning in debt. But the law says Banks cannot make loans, they are prohibited to risk the deposits of their depositors. All loans are fraud by Banks.
The “Complaint” has been filed with the “Federal Reserve Board” against “Central Bank of the Midwest” for refusal to establish a “Common Law Business Trust Account”. Time will tell where their loyalties lay, with the “Common Law Business Practices” or “Fraud” of foreign bankers. The question being asked is, “Does the Federal Reserve Board serve the interests of We the sovereign people or the interest of foreign Banks?

Voter Rolls.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are in a fight to secure our elections. All elections, except the Office of President, are State Elections run by the party in power. We have all seen the results of Democratic States engaged in “Voter Fraud”, created by mail in ballots. This fraud is maintained by refusal of these States to release their Voter rolls. Voter rolls are important because they show the exact number of registered voters lawfully allowed to vote in all elections. Democrat States refuse to release their Voter rolls because they are packed with illegals, dead people and those not allowed to vote in our elections. These Voter rolls limit the ability to cheat, by removing all those not lawfully entitled to vote and states the exact number of total votes available in the State. In the 2020 Election we seen Michigan had 400,000 more votes than registered voters. Yet the courts determined there was no voter fraud.
The Save America Act, is based upon the principles of law that restricts illegals from voting in our elections. This fight is for the sovereignty of We the people, led by government who supports democracy of mob rule. There is no greater right of a sovereign than to vote in our elections to determine our representation. The vile men and women of Democracy are elected by illegals who have no knowledge of our culture and vote Democrat for the bribes of free stuff by law they are prohibited to receive. All attorneys in government support democracy of mob rule with them empowered over the sovereignty of We the people.
As the Chief Magistrate of our Constitutional Republic Trump has the authority to make the Save America Act law by “Decree” thus making only sovereigns lawfully able to vote, and making them prove they are sovereign by being born in a State of the Union to a parent born in a State of the Union. All sovereigns are united in the posterity of We the people, the mob of democracy is against the sovereignty of We the people.
It seems so simple to me, by “Decree” Trump can lawfully order all States to turn over their Voter Rolls within 30 days or lose their representation in the House of Representatives and Senate. If a State refuses to conduct free and fair elections, then they have no right to representation among We the sovereign people because their voice is not of the sovereign people of their State they speak for illegals who have no legal voice in our government. If the State refuses to turn over their voter rolls then their Representatives and Senators should be expelled immediately from the Congress of our Constitutional Republic. We the people own our Constitutional Republic and renounce democracy of mob rule.
This “Judgment” is lawfully rendered based upon facts, law and evidence, on this 17th day of June in the year of our Lord 2026 by the Tribunal Denny R. Hardin within Common Law.

When hope dies, adapt.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America have been lied to by Washington to the point there is no longer any hope of “Justice”. Our government has become a character in a comic strip that plays a dangerous game of chaos. They want us to believe that their side represents the people when in fact neither side works for us. The criminals of democracy (both Democrat and Republican) play their part to keep us focused on the drama so their lack of ability to govern is not challenged. When the heat gets too hot they shut down the government by tricks and coercion that usurps power of government without authority of law. The vast majority of We the people want free and fair elections, but democracy want to retain the ability to cheat. By blocking a vote on the Save America Act, R.I.N.O.s have publically joined democracy to allow illegals to vote in our elections. The traitor to the Constitution and We the sovereign people will be those who talk against the Act. The R.I.N.O. Suzan Collins sees the writing on the wall and her possible replacement come November, so she jumped the ship of democracy and now stands with the Republicans. This turncoat should not be re-elected, but democracy has put up a despicable individual nazi who abuses women and claims to be innocent of his crimes. Either way Democrats have secured a vote in their favor no matter who wins. MAINE should be the first state where voters write in “None of the above” and deny a seat to the state for the nomination of candidates of questionable character.
The Save America Act has the potential to stop all illegals from voting, all of We the sovereign people born in a state of the Union to a parent born in a state of the Union are the only voters allowed. No sovereign has a problem producing a birth certificate to register to vote. Only illegals have a problem with that. No sovereign has a problem presenting an ID to vote, but illegals cannot produce this document except in blue states that give them drivers license.
The question is does the politican serve We the sovereign people or the illegals. By their words they will be known, they will try every excuse in the book written by those to buy their votes and to whom they give their loyality. We the sovereign people have had enough of business as usual.
The second test, for the “None of the above” should be the LA Mayoral Race where we have seen extensive voter fraud. The 28,000 ballots for the communist and zero for the Republican tells me something is wrong. The deck is stacked for only a Democrat can win, but is it? We the people who believe voter fraud has occurred have the authority to vote “None of the above”. If none of the above wins a new election must be held without either original candidate. This makes We the people sovereign over our government who cannot take any public office without our consent.

The fraud of debt.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are plagued with fraudulent debt by our financial institutions. The fraud of debt is a conspiracy against rights by our Banks, lending institutions, attorneys and judges working together to keep you in debt. I created a private bank to pay off people’s debts and was attacked by attorneys, judges and the FBI. My intent was to help people by paying off their debt, but the conspirators had me locked up for ten years and three years of probation. I wrote over 2,900 “Bonded Promissory Notes” for over 168 million dollars. The law requires, if a “Bond” is dishonored it must be returned to the creator with a reason for dishonor. To date not one “Bond” has been returned to me by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The Federal Reserve Bank acted in the conspiracy by refusal to provide an audit of my account, requested three times. The judge aided and abetted this treason by refusing a subpoena for the record in violation of the 6th Amendment.
The organized crime of the United States, the States and their Corporations have created a system of fraud that allows corporations to put sovereigns in debt, when all “Promissory Notes” are paid by the sovereign’s signature. All payments on “loans” (house, car, school, credit cards, etc…) are fraud by the lender claiming they loaned you money, they did not loan you anything, they monetized the loan through the Federal Reserve Bank and received 110% of its value.
Then these corrupt institutions tell you, you must pay such and such amount per month to pay off the fraudulent loan. Everything is fine as long as you are paying, but if you stop paying then comes the “Collection Agency” who use threats, court and credit scores to extort money from you. When that fails they foreclose on your property, repossess your car and/or seize your bank account. All of this is fraud. I tried paying them off through my private bank, but the commercial Bankers could not produce the deeds to the properties. Establishing mortgage fraud.
So to help my brothers and sisters I have started a business to stop debt collectors. I started with student loans, but realize the same system works against any debt collectors. I believe the FBI is interfering with mail to stop my business, so if you want me to stop debt collection of any debt please follow the instructions except send it FedEx or UPS, the mail is not secure.

There are many tricks to this process that attorneys use against us. I will take care of any debt for $200.00 that includes all follow up. The extortion of law.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are forced to accept the organized crime of attorneys. Our forefathers created courts of Common Law to protect the rights, privileges and immunities of We the people. Common Law requires an injured party who signs a Complaint under penalty of perjury, to establish personal and subject matter jurisdiction for the judge. Today 95% of those in prison have no Complaint signed against them. The organized crime of extortion is conducted by the Judge, prosecutor and defense attorneys who work in concert to threaten, coerce and extort guilty pleas. On Meet the Press Trump pointed out this organized crime being utilized against the January 6ers, who pled guilty or face 15 years in prison. I got news for him, this extortion is used in every case in American by the mob of attorneys. This accounts for the 97% conviction rate in our courts where 90% plead guilty to their bogus charges.
Everything about our courts is fraud by attorneys to maintain their conviction rate. First the “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” are fraudulent without jurisdiction or authority of law to conduct judicial process, they use the fiction of law known as the “Rules” to fraudulently claim they are “District Courts of the United States” and usurp “Jurisdiction”. The attorneys use these Rules to obtain fraudulent warrants, prosecute without complaints in violation of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. These fraudulent courts make up a corrupt system deprived of all standards of justice they fraudulently claim to uphold. Every sovereign in prison without a signed Complaint against them have been kidnapped, held hostage in involuntary servitude and forced labor for the owners of private prisons who profit from their organized crime. We the people see this corruption but attorneys label us “convicted felons” so the truth is oppressed. Only attorneys are heard, the rest of us have no voice or right to an audience required by Common Law.
This organized crime is practiced in every Court of our land, where rights are violated, truth is ignored and injustice prevails in every case. Families are destoried by attorneys exercising fraudulent authority claimed without having to prove their cases. Our Judicial Branch operates with fraudulent Judges, paid by government to fill the beds of prisons, who own and operate those very prisons. Common Law requires every case to be presided over by an impartial “Tribunal”, no judge is qualified, because they have a conflict of interest as members of the BAR Association. We the people have given up on justice in the corrupt courts where We the people always lose regardless of what the facts, law and evidence prove, there is always an excuse why attorneys cannot be held accountable. We are sick of excuses and tired of losing.
