Law
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are living in a lawless society of mob rule. The Supreme Law of the Land our Constitution for the United States of America is denied, dismissed and ignored in every fraudulent court of our Nation. These fraudulent courts operate a lawless system based upon “Fictions of Law” (Codes, Rules, Statutes, Regulations and Ordinances) that have no legal authority of Law. Over 90% of these fictions are null and void as repugnant to the Constitution. The mob of democracy utilize these fictions to impose fraudulent judgments upon We the people without jurisdiction or authority of law. The mob of the Judicial Branch are united in conspiracy against rights to use these fictions as their fraudulent authority to violate Constitutional Mandates and our Bill of Rights. All Attorneys are foreign agents of the foreign State of BAR Associations holding the title of nobility of “Esquire” prohibited by our Constitution to be issued by any State or Federal government body.
The acceptance of a title of nobility is a disqualifying factor for any Attorney to hold any public office of trust or profit. Every Attorney being paid to hold a public office of trust or profit is a traitor to our Constitution engaged in treason, insurrection and rebellion against We the people and our “Birthright” as “Sovereigns”. Attorneys are living lives of luxury, at taxpayers’ expense, for holding a public office they cannot legally retain or conduct the duties of that office. This conspiracy to defraud of Attorneys is the source of all corruption of the United States of America. Attorneys break the law and We the people pay them to violate all of us. Injustice is the common practice of every public servant paid by taxpayers to enforce our law and hold criminals accountable. Justice is denied by Attorneys who all refuse to prosecute an Attorney, a Doctor or Clergy who cause injuries to We the sovereign people. We can no longer depend upon these corrupt Attorneys and their fictions of law that provide no protection of rights, privileges or immunities shared by all sovereigns of this Nation.
I have created a “Common Law, Court of Record of We the people of the United States of America” to charge the crimes of Attorneys within our government, based upon facts, common law and evidence. These lawful Complaints have been submitted to Donald J. Trump to preside over as the “Chief Magistrate” of the United States of America under Article II, Section 3 that requires him to take care the law is faithfully executed. To date Trump has refused this jurisdiction offered under authority of “Common Law” and allowed the fraud of attorneys to continue without consequence, in clear treason for refusing to enforce the law of our Constitution, courts won’t, President won’t and Congress won’t. We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are currently living with state run TV of Democracy to retain fraudulent power for the mob of government. This same system was operated with Twitter that banned Trump from its platform for taking his policies directly to We the people in the 2020 election stolen by voter fraud of Democrats. Today Trump has banned CNN, MSNOW and Politico from access to the White House. Trump has labeled these networks “Fake News” that lies about his policies, his achievements and continually misleads the public about his popularity. 91% of their stories are negative about Trump, while only 41% were negative for Biden. These middlemen have worked to destory our nation and the belief of the people Trump is doing a great job. These liars have made a system of misinformation, dishonesty and sensorship common practice at their networks. Trump has decided to establish “Trump TV” that allows him to present his message directly to We the people without the lies media creates to maintain control of their false narratives.
When Trump tells us why he is doing something, the majority of voters agree with him, then comes all the attacks from democracy twisting the truth to create the false narrative orange man bad. The problem is no matter how good the policy is, democracy turns it bad and condemns Trump for doing it. For example the Save America Act, 85% of all voters agree only sovereigns should vote in our elections, those born in a state of the Union to a parent born in a state of the Union. This is easily shown by a Birth Certificate when registering to vote, either you are sovereign or not. Then all you need is a picture ID to vote. Democrats hate this system as proved in the State of the Union Address when Trump asked them to stand for We the People, they refused in support of illegals. The “Fake News Networks” have united against Trump to support these networks to maintain control of the false narratives they all cover. Obama identified this ploy saying lie enough and most will believe it to be true. The number of lies told by democracy cannot even be counted, most all of the lies have been debunked except those media want to remain to create doubt and cause loss of trust, like the Epstine Files. If Trump had done wrong they would have been released long ago, but the illusion of wrong is enough for fake news networks.
I believe Trump TV should broadcast once a day on all Public Airways so he can give the unfiltered truth to We the people. Any outlet that refuses to broadcast Trump TV should lose their licenses to access Public Airways. Time for all the liars to be held accountable, truth to prevail and Trump to lead our one nation under God. This is clearly within God’s Commandments “Thou shalt not lie.” God has a plan and everything is on schedule.

Power
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are being played by those who abuse power to do the wrong thing in our society. The Supreme Court is the leader of democracy by allowing fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to issue fraudulent nationwide injunctions to stop the Trump’s agenda to secure our elections. The Senate is blocked by John Thune from passing the Save America Act by democracy keeping the filibuster in tac to require 60 votes to pass a bill that 85% of all of We the people support. True power is the authority to do the right thing determined by our Constitution and the will of We the people, but that power has been used to retain fraudulent power to deny voter consent and maintain mob rule by government.
Trump has the power to do the right thing but thus far has chosen not to exercise that power. As the Chief Magistrate he can issue a “Decree” that is lawfully binding on all States and all Courts to secure our elections. All the decisions of the Supreme Court are repugnant to our Constitution allowing democracy to prevail in our Constitutional Republic. All the Supreme Court decisions are null and void according to Mulberry vs Madison as repugnant to our Constitution.
Trump has the power to “Decree” no “Democrat” can be put on any ballot in our “Constitutional Republic”. Trump’s authority is in Article IV Section 4 where We the people are guaranteed a Republican Form of Government. No democrat has authority to run for any Public Office to practice mob rule of Democracy in our Constitutional Republic. This “Decree” would restore the one party system our nation was founded upon and remove the corruption of division created by the mixed government to divide and deny We the people our Birthrights.
Trump is the highest ranking official of our government with all the power necessary to restore the true power of government to do the right thing. The corrupt attorneys, judges, Justices and politicans must be held accountable for their treason that violates our Constitution and law. To support Democracy in our Constitutional Republic is clear treason subject to the death penalty. But We the people have no authority of our government who will prosecute these traitors and hold them accountable for their wrongdoing. Thus the mob rule of Democracy is allowed to continue unchallenged. True power is only demonstrated when the right thing is performed and all opposition is silenced in the process. When the treason of democracy is finally prosecuted all its supporters will vanish like a fart in the wind because the wrong will finally be addressed. The hardest thing to do is stand for what is right, when so many want the wrong to continue for their profit, fame and power. AI
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are being bombarded by Democrats fraudulently claiming AI needs to be regulated. Democrats hate AI because AI can instantly tell if a person is qualify to vote or not. Democrats are being paid under the table, in the form of campaign contributions, to regulate the industry to allow a monopoly by the three top providers and squash the competition. Like everything else Democrats want control of the technology so it will not be used against them. Like Banks, Courts and Law Democrats twist the truth to maintain their fraudulent authority. This is possible because We the people are divided by stupidity. We the people are stupid fighting to be citizen slaves of government in the democracy of mob rule, when as sovereigns they have no true authority over us at all.
AI can be manipulated and used to limit information, this is the desire of Democrats. In the past We the people seen this in Twitter, now X, where censorship by democrats was blatant. Democrats will lie over and over again to make us believe their lies are true. Russiagate was debunked after years of lies by Democrat Adam Shiff telling us he had seen proof but could not produce it when challenged. More recently we have the Epstine Files where Democrats tell us Trump was in the files, but in truth most Democrats listed in the files have also used taxpayers money to settle sexual misconduct cases and applied a None Disclosure Agreement to cover up their crimes. The democracy of mob rule is supported by career politicians working in unison to retain mob authority of government. Republicans, Democrats, Socialist and Communist share the common interest of power. This is possible because We the people are divided and easily swayed by False Narratives generated by AI and other Public Information outlets.
There is no lawful democracy in the United States of America We the people are guaranteed a Republican Form of Government. We the people must get back to our roots of the “Grand Old Party” where all American Sovereigns United to establish our “One Nation under God”. Democracy cannot stand in our Constitutional Republic because the mob has no power over sovereigns, all who support democracy are traitors to our Constitution working in conspiracy to destory our nation. It is our choice to support the hate of our Nation or love our nation and work to make it better. We the people must abandon party lines and vote all liars out of our government and stand with those who tell us the truth, whether we like it or not. Jurior’s Right.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America seen justice in the Clancy trial where a black man stood against all opposition to preserve the case against a murderer. The right of a jurior to disagree with the majority and refuse to change his position is a fundamental right of every jurior. Democrats have created a narrative that it is ok to kill your children, by their stand on abortion. 11 juriors wanted to let Clancy off with insanity, but one man stood his ground and defeated all of them. Usually the holdout buckles to the pressures of the majority and just goes along. This jurior stood on integrity that killing three children is a crime that must be punished. I salute his morals, ethics and principles to have the courage to say no as a man of Honor.
Every jurior in every court has this same right to vote innocent or guilty. Every jurior has the right to agree or disagree with the prosecution or defense. Every jurior has the right to agree or disagree with the law and the judge. The jury is the law of the case and the judge has no power to make a jurior agree with the law he stated. This right is one of the few times We the people hold sovereign power over government. Every jurior is entitled to their own opinion and as in the Clancy case can cause a mistrial by refusal to comply with the majority.
In my jury trial in a state case, after trial three told me they thought I was innocent but the just wanted to go home. Their decision sent me to prison for the crime of practicing law without a licenses. Of course in hind sight the judge acted in treason for allowing the State of Missouri to be Plaintiff thus denying me the right to face my accuser in violation of the 6th Amendment. Thus denying due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment. When I pointed out his treason, he put me in jail on a $50,000.00 bond, that was paid in 2 hours. Today the judge would be challenged “Coran non judice”.
This is possible because our right to trial be jury of peers (those who know you) has been taken away. Government hates this because they cannot lie about the character of the defendant, those who know you know whether you are a good or bad person. Only 12 juriors can turn you over to government for punishment. Any one can stop that punishment.
We the people must take back our courts by trusting our beliefs of guilt or innocence and stand our ground. Guilt is established only when the evidence shows beyond reasonable doubt that the Defendant committed the criminal act. The jury also has the right to judge the law to determine if it is just and refuse to convict if it is not. Finally the jury has the right to doubt the evidence presented. We the people must stop trusting attorneys who are all liars. This is the duty of every sovereign to protect other Sovereigns’ rights in court. God has a plan and everything is on schedule.

Corporate Greed
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America are dealing with Corporate greed going into the midterms. Under Biden corporations were allowed to increase prices/profits by over 20%, today those corporations are keeping prices high to hurt We the people and cause them to turn on Republicans. The economy is being rigged by corporations who use the War with Iran as a lame excuse to keep prices high. For example oil prices should be set based upon availability, but oil companies continue to inflate prices for their profit. They should be taxed 100% of their profits for the past 5 years and those funds should be put in Social Security to replace the funds stolen by illegals under Biden. Corporate America is mostly Democrats who believe in mob rule of Democracy that allows them to profit from over inflated prices that makes them huge profits. The war in Iran has no real impact on the price of oil, We the people get no oil from Iran anyway. Oil companies piggy back on global prices set by foreign countries who must import their oil, America has plenty in their reserves and prices should drop based upon that stock pile. But the greed of oil companies demand huge profits for their executives.
This greed is not limited to oil companies, beef growers are also inflating prices for profit. As one living on Social Security I get to eat beef maybe once a month, beef has become a treat not a food in my house. Again under Biden beef prices were inflated over 20% and is continuing to increase today. This inflation by Corporate America is present in all markets across the board and a coordinated scheme of profiteering by all corporations. Again the war is an lame excuse for the inflation of our cost of living.
Then we have the inflation of utilities. My light bill went from 250.00 in July to 565.00 for September. These inflated prices are to cover the cost of AI and to cover the taxes imposed on these utilities that are supposed to be paid by the Corporation. The corporate greed is clear to see to maintain their huge profits and make consumers pay their bills.
These monopolies have a free hand to set their profit margins and We the people are forced to pay the price. These profiteers need to be regulated with a specific profit margin allowed across the board. After all the oil belongs to We the people, not corporations. The electricity is generated by plants built by We the people for our use not corporate profits. All traffs should be removed from imported beef to give profiteers of the beef industry competition to bring down their profits at consumers’ expense. Of course this organized crime is sanction by government who enjoys kickbacks in the form of campaign donations to ignore all this malicious criminal conduct to continue to fleece We the people. God has a plan and everything is on schedule.

Corporate Fraud
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States have been robbed by Corporate America evading paying taxes. The IRS has created the fraudulent system of contract labor that allows Corporations to evade paying Social Security. At the time it seems beneficial to the worker who receives their pay without taxes being taken, but when they retire they are denied a living because Social Security has not been paid for the employee. This system of fraud has been depriving the trades (Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, Maintenance, etc…) their retirement for decades. Taxes are a Corporate responsibility not the employees’. By extortion of Corporate America, employees are threaten to sign the fraudulent IRS form 990 establishing they are responsible to pay the Corporation’s taxes to be employed. Corporations who use “Private Contract Labor” are evading taxes and denying the employees their retirement benefits, that Corporations are required to pay.
Corporations are all “Fraud” because they have no “Principal” responsible for their malicious intent to defraud their employees. A Corporation is a group of agents who create a fictional entity where agents fraudulently contract without authority of law. Only a “Principal” can contract, “Agents” have no authority to “Contract”, because they are not given authority by the “Corporation” that cannot speak, write or legally contract. A Corporation has no “Standing” to file any claim in any Court within the United States of America, because the Corporation cannot meet the “Common Law principle of Agency”. Agency requires a “Principal” to sign a “Power of Attorney” or stand in open court and grant another to speak on their behalf. Every Corporate Plaintiff who filed a complaint in any court has committed “fraud on the court” fraudulently claiming the authority to contract. This fraud is possible by the treason of Supreme Court of the United States that allow agents to litigate on behalf of Corporations without authority of law. Every case that allows the Corporation, State or United States of America to be Plaintiff is “fraud”. Every act of a “Judge” to hear any case where the Plaintiff is a corporation is guilty of treason for acting without jurisdiction. Only a sovereign can contract or file a complaint in any court within the United States of America.
This “Organized Crime” of Attorneys, Corporations and Courts has destoried our justice system, by denying sovereigns due process of law in our courts paid to operate by taxpayers. Every Defendant in a case involving a corporate fiction is denied the 6th Amendment right to face their accuser, because a corporation cannot appear, be questioned or be cross examined. Therefore every “Judgment” for a Corporate Plaintiff is fraud and a violation of the 5th Amendment Right to due process of law. This act by any judge is treason because no judge has the authority to violate our Constitution. God has a plan and everything is on schedule.

Trump’s God complex.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America have a President who believes he can send us to hell for not voting for him. My Bible tells me only Jesus Christ can judge a person for the life they lived. Trump has become a threat to We the people who he refuses to recognize as sovereigns and has joined the mob rule of Democracy that views We the people as slave citizens whose only value is to vote on election day. The nobels of the foreign state of BAR Associations establish all attorneys are foreign agents required by 22 U.S.C. 611 to be registered as such. The original 13th Amendment passed and ratified in 1819 prohibits all foreign agents to hold any public office of trust or profit. Trump in his delusions of being God has aided and abetted these foreign agents by appointing one to be his vice president. Trump has been informed of the treason being conducted in our Supreme Court, rather than exercise the power he has to stop it he has become a willing participant of the treason. Trump has been informed of the unlawful seizure of the “Birthright Asset Trust Accounts” of We the sovereign people by the Federal Reserve Banks and unlawfully operated foreign banks that steal our assets without accountability.
Trump has boasted about how he is taking care of Veterans, but in fact his administration is operating a corrupt system to deny veterans benefits. Through fraud NGOs paid for by tax payers work in concert to deny benefits so their funding can continue. All the tax dollars appropriated for veterans is milked out by administrative cost very little actually goes to veterans in comparison to administrative salaries.
Everything done by our government since the Civil War has been treason by Republicans and Democrats to steal the sovereignty of We the people and keep us citizen slaves to government. Democracy of mob rule is the treason of all government officials to keep We the people in poverty and desperate while they live lives of luxury at taxpayers expense. These traitors are not content with their inflated salaries, they manipulate our government’s process to steal millions from taxpayers. All this is done in sight of We the people without accountability, because they are all participating in the fraud, theft and extortion of taxpayers.
I have spent over 30 years studying the treason of government and have determined there are no government officials who serve the interests of We the people. They are all corrupt from the bottem to the top and all protect eachother to prevent accountability. None of these traitors are worthy of my vote or any vote of a sovereign American. All of the above is facts, law and evidence presented to Trump and ignored like a good slave of treason. Trump has crossed the line claiming he determines who goes to hell. The same old song and dance.
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America seen the same old song and dance on the second night of the convention. Like Democrats, Republicans want us to be good little slaves (Citizens) and follow them. All the Elites were present and accounted for in this show of solidarity that We the people must bow our knee to or face communism under the Democrats. Both are telling us what is wrong with the other and both are promising the moon to secure our allegiance. All of them are liars working together to maintain the democracy of mob rule with government having all power. This is not the Constitutional Republic our forefathers died to created. This is a system of liars saying whatever will appeal to the listener to gain their support. We the people are being divided up by the many factions, each of which have their own agenda and act contrary to the desire of We the people.
The factions of our mixed government are Democrats, Democrat Socialists, Republicans, Independents and Communists. None of these were a part of the founding of our nation they are special interest groups who all believe We the people are all citizens under their authority. They are all the same, they all refuse to recognize the sovereign power of We the people and view us as slaves who must vote for them. None of these factions were a part of our founding documents that by Article IV Section 4 that guarantees us a Republican Form of Government. In a Republic the people retain sovereign power and elect representatives to exercise that power. Republicans have shown us, by refusing to pass the Save America Act, that they are a part of the democracy of mob rule and are not acting in the interests of those who elected them.
I voted three times for Trump, I have petitioned him many times to fix problems within our government, Trump has not taken care to make sure the law is faithfully executed as required by Article II, Section 3. Trump has become a patsy of attorneys who are dictating what he can and cannot do as President. The Public Office of President is the highest office of our land he holds all the power of a King without that title. He has the authority to dictate policy and hold any member of government accountable. But all the special interests of the factions of government are working against him to stop all initiatives that are in the interest of We the people and run out the clock on Trump’s Presidency. Almost two years have been wasted by the factions bantering back and forth to forestall Trump’s agenda that We the people voted for in 2024. Perhaps Trump should lose both the House and Senate to force him to take matters into his own hand to resolve the issues and hold those accountable who have violated their oath of office. These things I believe to be true, but all I know for sure is God has a plan and everything is on schedule.

Midterm Convention
We the sovereign people of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America watched the first midterm convention spread the propaganda of government. Yes many good things have transpired but it has all been for corporate profits. Trump boasts of Trillions of dollars of investment into making the rich get richer. Much of the fraud of Democrats stealing from our social programs for illegals has been exposed, but those living on Social Security are still living in poverty. Inflation is still increasing the cost of living without increase of Social Security to offset the cost. I see no difference between Biden or the current Administration both fail to provide for the little people. They both bow and lick the shoes of the elites who all look down on those they are supposed to serve and protect. It is a crying shame all the investment is into creating future profits for Corporate America but there is no action to ease the burden of those who worked for years to retire only to be forced into poverty by the elites of government.
Elites are all paid large retirement income at taxpayers’ expense for a short term of service in government. But those in the private sector who worked their whole lives are denied a retirement that allows a basic life to be maintained. The Elites can easily live on the millions they have stolen, yet Trump want to give $5,000 more to each one of them. Trump is just another RINO working to keep mob rule of Democracy in power and We the people as citizen slaves to government. All the elites were present and accounted for at the convention singing the praises of eachother while We the people struggle to pay our bills.
I will not vote in the midterms because there is no elite worthy of my vote they are all out for themselves. The elites eat fancy dinners at taxpayers’ expense and gloat how important they are, while We the people on Social Security are lucky to have dinner every night. I cannot remember the last time I took my wife out to dinner, because we cannot afford it. It has been years. All these Social programs designed to take care of the retired but after government elites get done stealing from them, very little goes to those who can no longer work for Corporate America. Citizen slaves are of no use to government except on election day, every other day they are just beggers being thrown crumbs from the masters’ table. Where is the investment in those who already served and are entitled to live out their days with dignity? I am not asking to be rich, I only want to pay utility bills, eat regular and maybe take my wife to dinner every now and then. Is that too much to ask in the richest country of the world? We the people don’t need much we just need more than we are allowed in this current failing economy. If one person suffers because of government policy, it is bad business.
