The treason of Congress.
With the re-election of Trump as President we have a Congress working to stop the policy that was approved by the majority of voters. Frauds such as Rand Paul who claims to be a Republican is in fact a RINO supporting Democrats. This is clearly a system of corruption that allows fraudulent judges to make law from the Bench, and a congress to make imposter law that limits the Constitutional power of the President. Based upon the conduct of Congress you would think they have total power but that is not true. The President holds “Veto power” of stopping any bill he believes is detrimental to our Nation. If you listen to Paul and RINOs like him you would think Congress is superior to our President. How soon we forget the true nature of Paul who was overwhelmingly defeated in his quest to be President who now wants all of us to follow him against Trump. I say no thank you. Paul has emerged as a hostile leader of the opposition of Trump and should be primaried in the next election. The problem with Paul is he sides with other RINOs and Democrats against the America First Agenda. Yet he never spouted any discontent with the Biden invasion of our Nation. Rand Paul has proven to be a fair weather friend of the President and a back stabber of the movement to Make America Great Again.
There are many things going in Trump’s favor and many politicians working to undermine his administration. The fraudulent Courts and corrupt judges are engaged in treason to stop Trump in his quest to restore law and order in our society. If we believe Congress, we should impeach Trump and trust
Congress traitors as our leaders. In my opinion there are none I would trust as a Stuart of our nation. The professionals (Doctors, Lawyers and Clergy) have shown us their true purpose is to be more powerful than our President and elevate themselves above those they serve. Congress has a 27% approval rating and do nothing but obstruct the process of government. Based upon this fact we the people should consider abolishment of the House and Senate as failures in their chief design.We the people have come to trust those we chose to represent us less and less. They lie, cheat and steal their way to wealth on the taxpayer’s dime. They all have an “Oath of Office” that they refuse to honor by violation of the Article II authority of the President, but his policies are being hindered daily by corrupt judges and politicans who fraudulently claim they know what’s best for our Nation and we should follow them. The problem is they have no policy, just the desire to achieve power without any plan of action. Like Harris said elect me and then find out my policy. I am from Missouri and we are the “Show me State” we like to know what we are voting for, Trump met that requirement and won my vote for President. No member of the House or Senate have shown me any evidence to question that decision. But to hear them tell it Trump’s presidency is a total failure in 100 days. Truth.

Fraudulent Judges
Fraudulent CourtsRecent developments has led to the arrest of two judges. This is an attempt of Pamela Bondi, our Attorney General, to show the public she is fighting crime even by judges. When information has proved all UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS are corrupt and all 677 judgeships of these courts are fraudulent, she and the FBI arrested two as a show of their power. I have repeatedly called for an investigation of these corrupt courts who are ignorant of law, operate “fiction of law” under fraudulent color of law, to steal salary and benefits from We the people for services they cannot lawfully rinder. These are facts presented to the Biden Administration and ignored, now they are presented to the Trump Administration.
To the Attorney General: You want power supposedly to fight crime. You are fighting in corrupt courts, in front of fraudulent judges, to create “Bills of Attainder” to exercise the authority of law, under fraudulent pretenses. Either you are ignorant of law or you are a participant of this treason of judges acting without jurisdiction. I believe you are ignorant of law, but that is not your fault, I blame your Ivy league Universities that dumbed attorneys down in “fiction of law”. Let me splain it you. Our Constitution is the “Supreme Law of the Land”, Maxims are “Legal Principles” based upon ancient teachings that prove law, as proof of God’s Law. Within these “Justice” is found. Truth is the mother of justice. Truth no matter from what source truth is of God.
For too long, We the people have suffered greatly at the hands of corrupt attorneys and judges, operating court as their personal domain and not as the domain of We the people. What is written is law and so the law is written. Our God given rights are confirmed by our “Bill of Rights” as part of the Supreme Law of the Land our Constitution that every Public Official must have an “Oath of Office” to support as part of their employment contract, once paid they are under contract and subject to the Constitution. The President has the power to remove all who engage in bad behavior, that is the power of our President.
The Attorney General has power to stop all corruption by government officials engaged in treason. To date all Attorney Generals rolled over and profited from joining the corruption. Garland used the office as his personal tool of vengeance for not being put on the Supreme Court. Barr profited by throwing Trump under the bus to protect voter fraud of the 2020 Election. All the greats of our history gave something to We the people, you could be among them by restoring Article III Constitutional Courts and making all judges subject to their “Oath of Office”, mine should be the first case examined for grounds to abolish these fraudulent courts and restore Article III “District Courts of the United States of America”. Greatness is earned by doing the right thing.

The loss of law.
The loss of the law has caused a loss of dedication to our founding principles because they have been lost in the ignorance of the people. We have been dumbed down to believe our Constitution is just a “damn peice of paper”, outdated and no longer needed in our society. Democrats hate our Constitution because they are no where in it. The United States of America, by our Constitution, is a “Constitutional Republic” where We the people retain sovereign power over our government. All those gloryhounds seeking power hate the Constitution because it limits their power and establishes any power of government must be delegated by the Constitution. Our forefathers sealed the deal by the 10th Amendment where We the people have all powers while Federal and State governments are limited in their powers by our Constitution. The treason of Democrats and their supporters is promoting the idea our Constitution should be ignored and soliciting We the people to give up our power over government by allowing courts and judges to be the authority of law. Because the courts and judges are all fraudulent, the courts by lack of jurisdiction and the judges by their titles of nobility from BAR Associations, justice has been removed from our judicial process.
Because acting without jurisdiction is treason for a judge punishable by death Congress was lawfully petitioned and refused to exercise its Constitutional duty under Article III to hear evidence of treason for punishment. Article VI requires every government official to have an oath of office to support our Constitution. One cannot claim support of the Constitution while refusing to do its bidding. All members of the House of Representatives and United States Senate have violated their employment contract as a employee of We the people to operate our government within the Constitutional guidelines. One cannot be loyal to an oath of office by rebelling against the authority that limits their power. These “Principals of Treason” are now declared “Outlaws” outside our protection of laws for their violations of the “Supreme Law of the Land” our “Constitution of the United States of America”.
The mob rule of attorneys is present in both parties of the House and Senate who are acting in treason to oppose the President to cause harm to his authority under Article II. The imposter judges have created a false premise that they can hold Trump accountable, as the “President” for carrying out the agenda he campaigned on and was elected for by Mandate of We the people. These fraudulent judges have committed fraud upon the court by claiming authority they are not delegated by our Constitution. The art of polling.
Today “Polls” have become a tool of profiteering and misinformation. I personally do not participate in these schemes to generate support for some issue. The profiteering contact a polling Corporation known for support of Democrat talking points and seeks a percentage of supporters who disagree with Trump’s traffs. So the Corporation contacts its Democrat participants who 67% disagree with Trump’s Traffs, these are distributed to the talking heads of the media who become mockingbirds in all outlets that 67% disagree with Trump’s traffs. The ignorant supporters of Democratic news networks are now all against traffs. So who is really against “traffs” no one, the “globalist” use them against us all the time. So they pay traitors within our government to gain public rejection of Trump policies and cause decention among We the people, this act is treason for collaborating with our enemies of our “Trade War” being fought by our President acting in our interests. Treason constitutes the death penalty, I would settle for their resignation and exit from “Public Office”. God’s Law, vengeance is mine says the Lord. I am not here for vengeance, my purpose is to show you who you are. You gloryhounds of power who voice treason everyday on our news (Public Record) are enemies of our Nation by your conduct. You lie, cheat and steal in the name of Democracy that is treason in our Constitutional Republic.
On the Record, for the Record, I 100% percent support the Constitution of the United States of America and my President Donald J. Trump and condemn the “State Actors” of government who are engaged in treason by obstruction of his policies. The courts have become an impediment to the functions of the President by usurpation of power not delegated by our Constitution, this establishes them as enemies of the Constitution engaged in treason. I support by Mandate the policies Donald J. Trump abdicated for during his campaign that now he is enforcing throughout our government and condemn all “State Actors” who rebell against Trump and his policies that support God’s Law, like no men in women sports, Maine’s Governor is opposing the policy that 99% agree should be enforced. She, by her treason, has created decention among We the people, that women are not worthy of protection of law, I disagree with her philosophy and declare her an Outlaw. The “Trade War” being conducted from within our nation paying “State Actors” to conduct treason, sedition and conspire to destory our Constitution and government by making it fail to provide that which the law requires (due process of law) must be held accountable by those of their profession.
We all have a choice to love God or not, to love Country or not, to love family or not.

We are being played like a fiddle.
Government has become a master manipulator of media, politicians, judges, attorneys, etc all working together to create their version of our world.
Media is available to justify your inner desires to be a part of the whole. Different networks provide their viewers their version of the truth, based upon anonymous sources, the viewers are provided with talking points to create a public issue that the media who generated the issue blows way out of proportion. The mockingbirds of media then chime the talking points as the issue that will stop Trump. The majority of our media are Democrats and use a variety of players to mold a lie just right to make it appear true. Of course when the source is examined, cannot justify their lie, the liar is exposed when the claim “An anonymous Source” is used. When the lie is exposed, the liar is fired for awhile, then brought back by the same network or a competitor where a new lie is concocted. 98% of news is negative to Trump from one lie to another with a change of the channel.
We the people no longer trust what we see on the news, because liars have been exposed, yet the media still uses them, like nothing ever happened. We remember their lies and always doubt every word they say. CNN and MSNBC are notorious for this practice which is common on all networks. Truth comes from integrity and the character of the one producing it is the common lies of the players. Politicians, attorneys, judges, celebrities all spin their version of the lie to allow it credibility among their followers, who they lead. When a lie is put into the world it allows doubts among the people as to what is or is not true. When that lie goes unpunished by their superiors, the character of the brand is tarnished. Thus the loss of viewership. This mistake is made over and over again on both Democratic and Republican networks. Proven liars are retained because they are sponsored by those who profit from the lies. This is why the stock market acts as a burrometor of the success of the lies or their failure. This game is for all the gamblers, I chose not to gamble, therefore do not participate. But have noticed through the years many have gambled their life savings and lost betting on Corporations. Of course that brings us to the courts/banks who steal our lives, freedom and liberty without due process of law. Only ignorant people trust these things.
We the majority of people believe God has a plan and everything is on Schedule.
I believe Trump’s plan will Make America Great Again by removing the corruption, waste, fraud and abuse from our government. It remains to be seen whether the people will prosper or not. We are use to politicians lying while we suffer, but we understand what he is trying to do, restore America’s wealth, whether that is for the people or Corporations remains to be seen. The right to say “No”.
As “President of a Republic”, Donald John Trump is the “Chief Magistrate”, the highest ranking official of a government, which means his power is superior to all other government officials. The issue of the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS has become public and must be addressed. These fraudulent courts have usurped power over the “Public Office of President”, fraudulently claiming they can limit the President in the performance of his Article II authority from the “Supreme Law of the Land” under Article VI and his “Oath of Office” as “President” under Article II, Section 3, “… he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all of the Officers of the United States.”
The question of the power of our President has been raised in the Courts who are acting without authority of law in treason to our Constitution. What these corrupt attorneys, holding public office in violation of our Original 13th Amendment, fail to realize is our “President” has total power over every officer who he “Commissions” and also possess the power to “Decommission”. There is no Judicial Officer who cannot be decommissioned for “bad behavior”. Congress only has power of “Impeachment”, the President has power of “Removal” of any officer of the Federal Government for bad behavior.
Recommendation:
As Magistrate please consider the following action:
1) Order the Supreme Court by “Edict” to provide a certified copy of the law that gives “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” jurisdiction to conduct judicial process, within 3 days or Abolish all “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS”.
2) When they are abolished, Order Congress by “Edict” to restore the Article III Constitutional “District Courts of the United States”, within 3 days or all officers of the House and Senate will be “decommissioned”.
3) If Officers are Fired, Order the several States by “Edict” to hold special elections to replace those fired. No member of a BAR Association is eligible under our original 13th Amendment that is now resurrected.
The Supreme Law of the Land has total authority over every member of the Federal Government that must have an “Oath of Office” to support our Constitution, any violation is grounds for termination by our President for bad behavior. This makes our President our leader to act in our best interests in all situation with total authority of law. Every other officer has limitations on their authority, when they usurp authority the law does not give them, allows Donald John Trump to simply say “No.” and take whatever action the law allows to correct the problem with full authority of law. This power includes removal, prosecution and enforcement of law rests in the capable hands of our President in our Constitutional Republic. Democrats, media, courts, judges, etc are public servants that serve at the pleasure of our President and can be fired, or lose their FCC licenses by bad behavior of lying. In God we trust. Amen.

The treason of Meet the Press.
The treason of MSNBC is the lies they tell on a daily bases telling the American people illegals have rights. There is no Constitutional protection of law to any illegal, the Democrats claim the 14th Amendment give illegals citizenship is “Conspiracy against right 18 U.S.C. 241. This is also spouted by fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS Article IV legislative courts engaged in treason acting without jurisdiction to conduct judicial process. Chris Van Hollen is leading treason by circumventing the Constitutional power of the President to conduct foreign policy established by Article II. Chris Van Hollen has violated the Login Act in conspiracy with media who are aiding and abetting illegals by fraudulently claiming they have rights, when in fact they have none. Those who go through the legal process of entering our country have protection of our laws, those who entered illegally have no right to any due process of law. The corrupt Supreme Court of the United State has become a political institution that violates our Constitution on a daily bases, they have one purpose to enforce our Constitution in every court of our Nation, they have repeatedly failed in their chief design.
Justice has been denied in every court of our land, where imposter judges appointed to fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS engage in treason by violating Constitutional Mandates and exercising power not authorized by our Constitution.
The law is clear in the 10th Amendment, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitutiion, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The Supreme Court of the United States has acted in bad behavior by dismissing Constitutional Rights Violations and denying prisoners’ writs of Habeas Corpus, to challenge their unlawful incarceration. The Supreme Court denys rights to We the people of the United States of America while giving rights to illegals. The entire Supreme Court needs to be impeached and removed from public office for bad behavior. Because the courts have been corrupted by the BAR Association to believe they can write law from the Bench justice has be denied to We the people of the United States of America.
Until the liars of the Democrat Party, the Media, corrupt judges and the Supreme Court are dealt with and consequences established the corruption will continue and we the people are being denied the government our forefathers created with the creation of our Constitutional Republic. In our Republic we the people elect our President based upon his policies that are mandated by his election. No UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT has any authority of law to stop the foreign policy of the President interfer with the Administration of immigration or removal of illegals. The war on drugs.
In the early 1990s, under the fraudulent authority of “law enforcement officer” the war on drugs began in Kansas City, Missouri, with the Jackson County Drug Enforcement Task Force, Inc. a 501c3 not for profit “Corporation” in bad standing because I exposed its “Board of Directors”, by “Annual Registration Reports” which they stopped filing operated by Howard L. Brown, Chief of the Blue Springs, Missouri Police Department. This Corporation dawned military battle gear to conduct armed robbery under the color of law. They would breakdown We the peoples’ door and take whatever they wished, my personal experience was standing toe to toe with one of these law enforcement officer in full battle gear who was telling me he is taking my girlfiend’s 1977 Corvette Stingray because she paid cash for it, it was bought with drug money and subject to forfeiture and there was nothing I could do about it. I looked him in the eye and said wait and see what I do about it. I fought the illegal seizure all the way to SCOTUS, where the lawful challenge of this corporation to exercise police powers was dismissed by the clerk.
The owner (Sherrie Lee Hyde of Dubuque, Iowa) was given a “Writ of Seizure” issued by Judge Lee Wells of Jackson County, Missouri and they stole/seized her Corvette that I promised to get back for her and not stop fighting until I do. With me its principle wrong is wrong. My authority to say it is wrong is the Constitution of Missouri, Article XI, Section 3 prohibits use of “police powers” by a corporation.

But the fact is the wrong remains, William F. Bennett the First Drug Czar of the US visited Kansas City and adopted the organized crime of the Jackson County Drug Task Force and gave illegal law enforcement officers power to rob the public under the color of law. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of Drug Cases for BAR Attorneys. This is what happens when the laws are not enforced.
Sherrie Lee Hyde’s defense is the car was bought with an insurance settlement from a car wreck that almost killed her. During our time together she was healing from this accident. She asked me and I advised her to buy herself a nice car that would increase in value. She found the Corvette, bought it for $11,700 cash and named it “Betsy”.
This was done by small town cops, coming into the big City to rob, loot and steal, Drugs (resold by Delbert Dunmire) who imported airplane parts from South America, the only thing that could not be inspected by Customs. Rumored to have received the Corvette.
Sherrie Lee went on to become a paralegal and we have not spoken in years. When the Supreme Court refused to enforce our Constitution something in me snapped and I gave up on getting the car back. I basically gave up on my ability to win against the criminals in government. But have not forgotten the wrong that was done.
I say use what has been done to me illegally as a guide to all the wrongs done to Americans under the color of law. When the courts allow corruption of government to rob the people, we must ask ourselves why do we need or support government. These only have power because we allow it in our society. My question is, “Do you think this is wrong, Mr. President? “What will you do to correct this wrong?” The spirit of this wrong haunts me and will do so until it is corrected. God knows its wrong. The breeding of killers.
The Father of Austin Metcalf, who was murdered by a black youth, attended a news conference of the Father and Mother. In his news conference he asked that this not be turned into a race thing, the victim’s Father called for calma. At the killer’s parents’ new conference, it was all about race. The parents of the killer hired the political activist Domonic Alexander to act as the mouth peice to play the I am a victim race card, to justify the killers’ act of killing Austin. Austin’s Father showed up at the public news cast and was attacked as making this racist. But he called for calma. The killers parents, who created this murder by giving it life and teaching it to hate our Nation and all white people, bare the responsibility of failing to teach their child the value of life. Austin is the victim and his Father raised him right, he did nothing wrong. In the case of the killer he believed he had the right to kill and took life with a knife. He is the reflection of his parents actitudes, that hate all whites for no other reason than that is how it has always been. The hate is not bread among the whites, it is engrained in the hearts of blacks by their parents. His smug mugshot shows all of us the actitude of hate he puts in the world by his presence, this kind of hate can only be taught by a parent.
This case makes me understand the Chinese system of justice that punish the family for the crimes of a son or daughter. Their system of justice is harsher than ours, but that is what the communist Democratic Socialist in America want “mob rule” of the people. Austin will be missed, his killed will be punished and if justice exists the parents will be held accountable. If not in court by the people around them. The blacks have to stop allowing political activist, who are con men like Al Sharpton, make their crimes justified because of the color of their skin and their hate of whites. To take a knife and plung it into a man’s heart to kill takes a hatred I hope I never know. For those who value all life we can never understand why people hate enough to kill simply because the color one’s shin. It takes those who hate, day in and day out, spouting disrespect for life to created a heartless cold blooded killer, who takes life without remorse. You have seen the killer’s face and know the truth from his expression of hate by his own face.
Now we come to the heart of the problem, as a society we have allowed the majority of whites to be threatened by blacks use of violence, with good reason. Blacks do not value life and live that thug mentality that allows them to kill without reservation. Whites like me follow God’s Law taught by our Bible “thou shalt not kill”, which gives us pause for killing in cold blood. But we believe in justice and justice demands crimes be punished. The American Revolution showed we can be pushed to the point of fighting back and killing without mercy. But Jesus said “vengeance is mine”.

Funny there is never any view replies on any of my postings you would think out of over 800 someone would have taken a look, but I guess not. Ignoring the issues will not make them go away, so posable deniability does really cover you for ignorance of law. But I guess you can hide truth and keep We the people in the dark or can you? Time will tell it always does.
