The Revolution.
Our forefathers, faced conditions exactly like we face today they called it “tyranny” and fought the American Revolution to end it. In those days we had a “Dictator” King that placed immoral men in positions of power, who abused those beneath them to the point where they decided it was better to die fighting for their rights than to live under the reign of terror of the British. In those days Britain was the strongest military “Empire” in the world who ruled the people with arrogance believing the Americans could not do anything about it. Big mistake, that rag tag army led by George Washington, was destined to be the father of our nation. They suffered greatly fighting with limited resources, many without coats and shoes in winter, to win “Independence” for We the people. They stood against the evil of the British and won their freedom.
When the war ended, the true battle began, but it was a war of words with each colony represented they debated who are we? Among these were the “British Loyalist” (tories) who did all they could to make our “Independence” fail so the British government could be restored. They argued for Democracy and was soundly rejected because it would have established mob rule and would once again allow abuse of those unable to fight for themselves. These Tories were hung when discovered and so they created a political party that today we call Democrats. The 2024 Election was Democrats believing they had become strong enough to force mob rule upon the people again. They believed like the British, that they could destory the reputation of our leaders and turn We the people against them. They made Trump a criminal without a crime by denial of due process of law. They worked in conspiracy to attack Trump’s reputation in every news media available. When that failed they tried to kill him. This treason is all by organized plot to establish mob rule with the mob being attorneys, judges, politicans, doctors and preachers, the professional class we call “Elites”. They worked in unison to created hate among the people by lies, misinformation, coercion, deception and insurrection to the President of our Republic.
If this fight was just about me I would have given up long ago like millions of other “Sovereigns” of the United States of America who has been persecuted by the “Elites” and taught you cannot fight city hall and there is nothing you can do about it. I believe God made me to protect Trump and restore the power of our Constitutional Republic. God chose me to restore “Common Law” and expose the treason within our government. Everything I have written has been established as “dispositive fact” establishing treason of those who refused to enforce the Mandates. Under God’s law, “He who fails to deny, admits.” “So the law is written.” I have first hand experience of this treason ready to aid Trump in his legal fights to restore law and order.

The fraud of debt.
All debts are paid in full by your signature within the “Common Law”. There are two kinds of debt “Public” and “Private”. This is the great hidden secret of all “sovereigns” of the United States of America.
Public Debt is all debt of your Social Security Number, all “Promissory Notes” you sign under fraudulent pretenses of being a loan. These fraudulent debt “Collectors” claim the authority to seize our wages, bank accounts and even Social Security without a judgment of the court based upon fraudulent claims you owe a debt.
All “Sovereigns” share the protection of law by our 7th Amendment as follows:
“In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of common law.”System of corruption:
You are offered a “Promissory Note” to sign for something you want as a fraudulent loan, you signed the “Promissory Note” under fraudulent pretenses you owe a debt with interest.
When you sign the “Promissory Note” the “Banker” takes it in the back room and runs it through a scanner to your private account in the “Federal Reserve Bank” who gives the bank 110% credit to pay the debt, then places a Stamp on the back of the “Promissory Note” of “None Redeemable” meaning it has been paid and cannot be presented again. Then the Banker gives you a copy of the front saying you must repay the loan with interest. This is fraud because your debt is paid in full by your signature. When you become unable to pay the loan, your fraudulent debt is sold to an attorney for pennies on the dollar who then steals your property for payment of the fraudulent debt often without a judgment of the court. This fraud is easily stopped by “Notice of Debt Dispute” submitted under the authority of the “Fair Debt Collection Practices Act” (FDCPA) 15 U.S.C. 1692

Priorities.
We the people have been removed from the priority list of the Trump Administration. You would think that holding corrupt judges accountable would be high on the list of objectives of the President, but sadly it is not. Trump, who has seen lawfare firsthand, refuses to examine facts, law and evidence of treason by the “Judicial Branch of the United States”. We the people who have suffered at the hands of traitors, been deprived of life, liberty and freedom without due process of law are ignored by those of the Trump Administration who are paid to enforce the law and hold criminals in government accountable. Attorneys are protecting the “Organized Crime” of attorneys who have been engaged in treason for decades.
The facts, law and evidence was sent by “Registered Mail” (USPS Tracking No. RC 055 740 426 US) Delivered May 21, 2025 in a “Petition for Certification of Law” available to the Public on the “Common Law, Court of Record” website https://Americansrepublicparty.org that has been rejected by the highest ranking official of our Republic. Article II, Section 3 Mandates the President of a Republic, as “Common Law Magistrate” shall take care that the law is faithfully executed. But this “Legal Duty” is not on Trump’s priority list. Under God’s law, “He who does not condemn, condones.”
We can only assume, since the President is not stopping the corruption he has joined the treason of attorneys and allowed it to continue to persecute We the people who are denied due process of law in fraudulent courts of no lawful jurisdiction or authority of law. I have four questions for Trump’s cabinet who are attorneys; 1) Are you a BAR Association member? 2) Have you ever defended a case in a UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT? 3) Did you challenge jurisdiction of the court? and 4) Why not? By these four questions, the conspiracy of foreign agents of the BAR to operate fraudulent courts will become clear.
Regardless of who is President, foreign agents of the BAR control our government by holding “Public Offices” that our forefathers established was prohibited by the original 13th Amendment that was removed from our Constitution by foreign agents of Britain engaged in treason. But truth is ignored in favor of lies that keep attorneys in power. Trump told me I am just mad that my case didn’t go my way. That’s not it, I am mad because those paid to enforce our laws, refused to perform in accordance with written law and acted without authority of law to take my life, liberty and freedom. But it seems this treason is acceptable to Trump, who has the “legal duty” to provide every American protection of law and prosecute all those who are engaged in treason against our nation. But I guess his priority is to those who sing his praises and kiss his ass for positions in government that are prohibited by our Constitution. All recent Presidents are members of the BAR, I believed Trump was different but all politicans are the same.

The invisible man.
God has given me an impossible task, to make powerful men see the folly of their quest for power. I have written much about the current state of our nation only to be ignored by those who have a God given duty to make our lives better. No man has ever achieved anything great without devine introvention. But We the people are invisible and ignored because those in power only trust those who sing their praises. They refuse to believe God would give great insight into the problems of our nation, to one who has no formal education or licenses and could do great things if only given a chance. But We the people are so divided by those who profit from our separation. Their biggest fear is that We the people will unite and condemn the hostility of our government. We the people are forced to live in a hostile land where only the Elites are allowed an opinion and only they are allowed to be heard. The rest of us are invisible and non consequentcial to the powers that be. God’s law has shown me that he with the least licenses has the most power. Understanding the power of words is the true power of We the people, but attorneys have kept us ignorant of these things to maintain unauthorized authority over us.
You cannot imagine the frustration of knowing the truth and not being respected enough to be heard. What could I possibly know that isn’t already known by all the Ivy school graduates serving in the administration? The answer is clear all those things hidden from us, lied about by professional liars and hidden to control the masses. Common knowlege is the enemy of corruption because when we join in truth, lies are no longer accepted because we see the motivation of those spouting deception. If I had one dream for the four colors of the world it would be that we can all see the beauty of life and condemn the ugly of hate among us. I am by no means perfect but I believe God loves all the children of the world and he is saddened to see the conflict among us. God planted a seed in me that caused me to become critical of our government because of the things they do, but I realize God loves all of us, but is saddened by the things we do.
Someday maybe I will be given an opportunity to show the world what an invisible man can do if given an opportunity. Those who believe they are all powerful must come to understand God gave them power to do good and will take that power away if they use it to harm his children. My words have given hope that someday we can all walk in peace without hate in our hearts. God’s justice is coming, from who, from where and when is unknown, but it will come to those who deserve his wrath. I can only have faith that someday I will be seen and can restore justice in our nation, but until that time I am invisible like the majority of you who could achieve great things if given an opportunity. Due process of law.
Congress has been acting as a “Fiduciary” of illegals making fraudulent claims they are entitled to protection of law under our Constitution. Media has become the mouth peice of illegals spouting lies that illegals have the right to due process of law. Fraudulent judges are issuing “Bills of Attainder” to punish Trump for exercising “Executive Power” to remove illegals from our Nation. These Democrat mockingbirds have no authority to advocate on behalf of illegals and should be removed from “Public Office” for bad behavior. By their public statements their treason is established.
Like a King of a monarchy, the President of a Republic is the highest ranking official of a government. Treason is a capital crime, that has become common practice, of Democrats and those loyal to them. As Magistrate, Trump is required to take care the laws are faithfully executed, by his Executive Power under Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution. Until there is a genuine effort to restore law and order, prosecute the treason of attorneys, judges and politicans we are a lawless nation persecuted by those engaged in “Lawfare”.
Time is running out for the Trump Administration to enforce the law and hold the traitors accountable. We the people are sick and tired of the “Lawfare” of corruption exercised by the Courts without “Jurisdiction” or authority of law. Many believe the only way to restore law and order is to eliminate the traitors from our Constitutional Republic by “Civil War”. As a pacifist, I believe the only way to restore law and order is to enforce the law as written, prosecute those who have acted in treason against our laws and create accountability of all to the laws of our nation. The “mob rule” of Democrats is exercised by the fraudulent courts of the “Judicial Branch of the United States” where the Constitution is repeatedly violated by those engaged in treason as fraudulent judges. Until this fraud is addressed the United States can no longer claim to be a nation of laws.
Many attempts have been made to restore “Justice” to the American People, but it seems Trump is following the advice of traitors who have accepted the “Title of Nobility” of “Esquire” from the “British Accredited Registry” a foreign state warring upon our nation from within. I am sure they are all telling Trump he is limited in power based upon “fictions of law” that they created to deny powers of the Presidency. Trump has 4 years and the limited actions taken will not Make America Great Again, because corruption is controlling our government. Only when our nation is governed by law and all are accountable to it equally, will greatness return to our nation by the beliefs of We the people that we are a fair and just society.

2. This Commercial Instrument was presented under the 1st Amendment Right to petition government for the redress of grievances and stripped all UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS of all jurisdiction and authority of law based upon Supreme Court Presedence, Codes, Rules and Regulations.
3. As the highest ranking official of our Constitutional Republic Magistrate Donald John Trump was empowered to execute his “legal duty” under Article II, Section 3 to take Care the laws are faithfully executed.
4. Facts, Law and Evidence have been presented by the Common Law Tribunal denny ray hardin (under signature and seal) that establish the “Supreme Court of the United States” is aiding and abetting Treason by allowing Article IV legislative courts to conduct fraudulent judicial process under the color of law.
5. Either they have jurisdiction or they don’t.

Of course, Magistrate Trump might claim he did not receive the petition, which would establish R.I.C.O. violations for “Iinterference with Commerce” 18 U.S.C. 1951 (a)(b)(1) and (2), “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241, “Deprivation of rights under color of law” 18 U.S.C. 242 and “Treason” 18 U.S.C. 2381.
God’s law is clear, “He who does not condemn, condones.” We the people have lived through decades of persecution by these fraudulent courts and been punished for violation of “Fictions of Law” without jurisdiction or authority of law. This injustice must be corrected in the interests of “Public Safety” and “National Security” of We the people of the United States of America who are entitled to lawful judicial trials. Where is integrity?
We the people pay our taxes to support our government to enforce our law against all who violate it. For years now we have watched the corruption of our government on news networks, that in hind sight, clearly show crimes given the conspiracy of Democrats to allow a mentally incompetent to retain the Public Office of President. This Conspiracy included Courts, Department of Justice, Congress, FBI, Media, etc. all of who swore that Biden was mentally fit to be President. Today We the people know this was a “disinformation campaign”. So with the new Trump Administration I ask where is your integrity?
For years We the people have been deprived of our God given Rights by those who are paid to enforce them. Our Constitution has been abandon by those who are sworn to support it by their “Oaths of Office”. We the people have been promised that the Trump Administration would “Make America Great Again” but so far those are just empty promises and the corruption continues unscathed. I voted for Trump because I believed it was the best thing for our nation and I still do with the reservation those attorneys of his cabinet must be working against him to suppress accountability of their associates of the BAR. I ask will attorneys prosecute attorneys for criminal conduct they are all engaged in? Can We the people trust the integrity of those who are paid professional liars as attorneys to get “Justice” for us? I think not.
Attorneys controlled the last Administration and acted in bad behavior by covering up the mental state of Biden. Democrats have conducted treason in public settings and presented We the people the fact they are above the law. God’s law says, “No one is above the law.” We the people have been lied to, manipulated and coerced to believe the character assassination of Trump, but we see little accountability for this conduct. All the news networks can provide all the evidence necessay for conviction of a whole host of crimes, but the charges must be filed by a person of integrity and prosecuted based upon the facts. The only way to unite the country is to make the bad pay the price for their behavior and their true character be shown to We the people for all to see. Their supporters should be asked to testify under penalty of law to be sure the truth is known by all. But first We the people must restore honorable courts to
present our cases.Of course all these cases could be heard by the Magistrate of the United States of America Donald John Trump, in a Common Law Court of Record, by televised Public Trial, where the accused must speak for themselves to answer the complaint. The chump Pence.
Meet the Press is all about finding anyone who will attack Trump and his policies. Mike Pence served our enemies well by claiming Trump should follow his advice. Pence allowed the 4 years of Biden, of course he says Trump needs to be on the future not on the past where his treason is evident. Of course Trump asked Pence to have the states certify their electorates but he refused and allowed voter fraud to stand. In my opinion Pence is a traitor who stabbed Trump in the back, to allow one of his BAR Association attorneys to steal the White House. Attorneys are all the same all about the Benjamin’s, greedy, power hungry, egomaniacs, believing they are all powerful, but when our original 13th Amendment is restored, none of these foreign agents can hold any public office federal or state. Their cabal has been in control for decades and is now being exposed in its true light. The corrupt Supeme Court the leader of attorney treason is now being forced to establish law that gives jurisdiction to UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, which is impossible because Article IV legislative courts can not be given Article III judicial powers and cannot provide a judicial trial. Take away their power and their money then justice can return to our Nation. God says money is the root of all evil.
As long as we allow Democrats in our Public Offices, Attorneys to control our courts for their profit, our Nation will be divided into those who have and those who have not. Evidence of Treason.
With the invasion of the United States of America, Americans have been solicited to give aid and comfort to the illegals who unlawfully entered our Nation. Democrat sponsors pay those who are willing to go public and spout support for the illegals. The courts are conducting treason by acting without jurisdiction to issue “Bills of Attainder” against the “Constitution of the United States of America” to obstruct the President Donald John Trump to carryout the Executive Power given by the Constitution in Article II, Section 3. Democrat members of Congress are conducting treason by publically promoting “Impeachment” of the President and fund raising from those who lost the 2024 Election. The Democrats are supported in their treason by media owners who wish to create a narrative rather than present facts. They are masters of supposition where a few words added to a fact can gain or loose the support of We the people. For example, illegals have no rights, privileges and immunities under our Constitution and laws, but claiming illegals are being denied due process of law allows media to obtain support for that issue by fraud, misrepresentation and deciet to mislead We the people of the facts. The Politicans of the Democrat Party then become mockingbirds to lend credibility to the false narrative making it a public spectacle to enrich the medias who gain or loose views based upon their support for the narrative.
My question is, “Who in paying for this public spectacle?” We all know about George Soros, Bill Gates, Marc Zuckerberg, etc., but we also know these “traitors” are manipulating the political climate to cause insurrection and rebellion against the Trump Administration. The problem is these Billionaires want “mob rule” as long as they control the mob of Democrats. They have corrupted our courts by promoting Democrats to the position of judge who issue unconstitutional orders to stop the agenda of the Trump Administration. In my opinion rich Democrats bought the 2020 Election, brought us Covid and shut down our society. This allowed mail in voting where Biden supposedly got more votes in the history of our nation.
Our forefathers, knew this corruption of Democray (Mob Rule) would ruin our nation because the rights of the majority would out weigh the rights of the individual. They seen “mob rule” under the British and dismissed it and established a Constitutional Republic where all of We the people are “sovereign” above their government. The “Elites” who quest for power over the individual to do to as the please in the opposition to liberty, freedom and the American way. They seek our failure by paying stupid people to unite in Democray to riot, burn and support the communist views in our Republic.
