The lack of honor.
Everything about my life has labeled me a bad boy, this has been wrongfully applied over and over again, to maintain the narrative I am a criminal not to be trusted. Through all these trials and tribulations God was with me. While I admit, I have made mistakes, but they were all done to aid those who could not aid themselves. For example, Sherrie Lee bought a 1977 Corvette Stingray (she named “Betsy”) with an insurance settlement for a car wreck that almost killed her. The Jackson County Drug Task Force lied and said it was bought with Drug money and therefore subject to forfeiture. So on April 1, 1991 the Drug Task Force (hereinafter “DTF”) came to Sherry’s Beauty Shop in full battle dress with M16s, in ski masks, telling us they were taking the car and there is nothing we could do about it. I look this “terrorist” in the eye and said you wait and see what I do about it.
Sherrie Lee gave them the keys under threat they would destory Betsy if she didn’t. She was devastated her injury in the car wreck included a head injury that deminished her mental capacity. On that day I promised Sherrie Lee I would not stop fighting to get her car back, and to this day I have kept my word. Little did I know this would set me on the path of exposing “Organized Crime” of Jackson County, Missouri.
The DTF handed us a “Writ of Seizure” signed by the “16th Judicial Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri” Judge Lee Wells. So on April 2nd I was in his chambers asking for the probable cause for the Writ of Seizure, Wells told me, “I don’t have to tell you anything, I don’t have to talk to you.” I replied, “You are a public servant aren’t you?” Then I was removed by the Jackson County Sheriff. We contacted the Kansas City Star Newspaper who ran the story about the Seizure where the DTF lied and said I was a Drug Dealer, the car was bought with Drug Money that’s why it was seized. Because of this article we were contacted by Robert Beird, attorney who offered to take the case. The attorney had me take an intellegence test where he learned I was 5% of the population in my level of intelligence. He told Sherrie Lee he would take her case for the car but not mine as a drug dealer. Soon I was “Indicted” based upon the lies of the DTF.
Thus began search for truth. It was learned, the “Jackson County Drug Enforcement Task Force, Inc.” is a 501c3 not for profit corporation. This was a secret corporation, who used ski masks to hide their identity, who I called out by name. Howard L. Brown was the president of this “Private Police Force” based upon “Annual Registration Reports” from the Missouri Secretary of State Office. Jackson County, Missouri violated the Constitution of Missouri Article XI, Section 3, “Exercise of police powers with respect to corporations. — The exercise of the police power of the state shall never be surrendered, abridged or construed to permit corporations to infringe the equal rights of individuals, or the general well-being of the state.” Thus establishing “Organized Crime” by the attorneys and judges to allow the DTF to exercise the police power of Seizure of private property without probable cause in violation of the 4th Amendment and the courts to support these crimes in fraud by refusing all challenges to the DTF’s authority. I fought this all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States where the case was simply dismissed by the Clerk of the Court. For me to win would have proven all government corrupt.
Because the DTF was established as the example for all DTFs in the War on Drugs by the 1st Drug Czar William F. Bennett they were given immunity by the courts to all challenges to their authority. Howard L. Brown, at the time, was the police chief of Blue Springs, Missouri with no authority to seize property in Kansas City, Missouri. All the warrants exercised by the DTF were denial of due process of law, all arrests were illegal use of police powers and all rejections of this truth were “Conspiracy against rights 18 U.S.C 241, etc. to generate profits for attorneys and the courts to persecute and defend the public from this fraud.
I was assigned Micheal Allen Wee, attorney for my case who I presented with the foregoing facts. He told me, “The DTF generates hundreds of cases for attorneys, no one is going to shut them down for you.” On that day I fired my attorney and have not hired one since. The headlines read, “First he looses car now he looses freedom.” This fight put me, as the underdog against the judicial system of our nation. Justice requires the Corvette to be given back to Sherrie Lee, the government officials held accountable and she be compensated for her injuries. But corruption requires the past be forgotten, the crimes they committed be ignored and all their crimes be deemed lawful. To date I have been labeled a drug dealer to keep the truth hidden from We the people. I am the bad boy who has the balls to standup against these criminals within our government and say this is wrong. If the law was followed Sherrie Lee would be given back Betsy, but that would be the right thing to do and government refuses the right thing.

Our liberty is lost.
The key to liberty is the freedom and privileges guaranteed by our Constitution. Today our liberty is determined by fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, who have created a system of lawfare where all are guilty until proven innocent. This corrupt common practice of attorneys is supported by the UNITED STATES COURTS OF APPEALS where no challenge is sufficient to overturn the “Bill of Attainder” fraudulently issued by the lower Article IV courts. This is commonly known as treason based upon U.S. vs Will and Cohen vs Virginia. The Supreme Court of the United States is supposed to be our protection from the conduct of “rogue judges”, but they allow violations of rights, privileges and immunities to stand without beinging lawfully challenged in clear violation of the 5th Amendment Right to due process of law. The deep state is the “rogue attorneys” who make up the “Judicial System” of our Nation by “Organized Crime”. Our government has been “overthrown” by attorneys who control Congress and the President by threat, misrepresentation and deciet to limit accountability of these traitors, pirates and thieves.
Until the original 13th Amendment, passed, ratified and made a Constitutional Mandate in 1819, is honored by our government, we will be a corrupt nation of attorneys engaged in treason. The highest authority of law is the “Magistrate/President of the United States”, but Trump is not serving the interests of We the people, he is allowing attorneys to dictate policy and control his public office. Of course the threat of assassination has been made clear and should that occur an attorney (JD Vance) would control the White House again. So our nation is held hostage by attorneys and their supporters of treason. It is hard to celebrate the founding of our Nation when the principles it was founded upon are not honored or enforced. I cannot blindly follow the corruption of our government and show support for those who occupy our public offices in violation of our Constitution. All attorneys support Democracy (mob rule) with them as the Supreme authority of law in direct violation of Article IV Section 4 where a Republican Form of Government is guaranteed. Because there is no repeal of the original 13th Amendment, it stands as a Constitutional Mandate today. But Democrats removed it in 1865 and replaced it with freedom of slaves under the reconstruction Amendments adopted by Congress to give themselves power over the “sovereigns” of our “Constitutional Republic”. By making us “Citizens” under the control of Congress, We the people, were placed under Congress and subject to their fraudulent jurisdiction, of codes, rules, regulations, statutes and ordinances. In 1865 We the people were robbed of our sovereign birthrights given by God and made slaves to our employees in government who dictate what we can and cannot do based upon their fictions of law.
Trump has been lawfully served with undisputable facts, law and evidence of the corrupt courts of the United States. This has been used to obtain victory after victory for his administration, when his lawful obligation is to shut them down and protect We the people from the “Democracy of Attorneys”. The attorneys control Congress, our Courts and justice, the media, the commercial banks, the corporations, etc. Collectively known as the “Establishment”. I know it is hard to do the right thing when faced with the opposition of the establishment, but with God all things are possible. This truth, is documented and lawfully served on those with the legal duty to enforce our law, but they have chosen to stand with the corruption of the deep state. God created the United States of America with the motto of “In God we trust.” to serve as a beacon of hope for the world where all are protected by the Constitution and none are subject to the wrath of the mob, We the people have lost our liberty to a corrupt government of a foreign agents of a foreign state. It is frustrating to know the truth, unable to get justice from the corrupt system of lawfare united in their treason. I know these facts and many others do too.

Self reflection.
To truely be in the pursuit of justice, one must not receive anything of value for doing it. God’s law is clear, “To accept anything as a reward for doing justice is rather extorting than accepting.” In my fight for justice, I have done all my own work, I have paid all the filing fees, all the fees for transcripts, all legal fees out of my own pocket only to be denied justice to date. I say “I” but I speak as one with my wife who has suffered 10 times what I have suffered, who has stood beside me every step of the way, knowing what was done to me was wrong. Because all those who know us, like me and loves her. She is a Virgo, very strong in her beliefs of right and wrong, secure in her morality and innocent by her record of all crimes. She has been violated, damaged and suffered irreparable harm by loss of me for 13 years. She worked 3 jobs to file habeas corpus in every jurisdiction, where I was incarcerated, She did all her own work, she paid all the fees for filing appeals and Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States where the Clerk Dismissed habeas corpus.
For the ignorant, the due process of law for a Writ of the privilege of habeas corpus allows a prisoner to challenge government’s authority to keep him. This is done by the prisoner being brought before the court and government proving it has authority to hold them. In 7 petitions for habeas corpus not once was a hearing held, the challenge of jurisdiction was never allowed, thus establishing denial of due process of law required by the 5th Amendment, in treason, by the Supreme Court of the United States. The list of crimes associated with the treason is as long as your arm, this is documented in the “Chancery Court of Jackson County, Missouri” established by a “Bill of Equity by Affidavit” as required by “Common Law”.
This fight is for all red blooded Americans who value their rights, privileges and immunities, given by God and confirmed by our Constitution. This fight is being fought in a “Common Law, Court of Record” that has been taken to Congress, Senate and President who have all aided and abetted the Supreme Court of the United States to continue its treason. Trump told me, you are just mad the decision of the court didn’t go your way. My question is, “Why aren’t you mad that the Supreme Court is violating our Constitutional rights?” If all facts, law and evidence support my position, “Why didn’t I win?” “Was I a victim of lawfare?” Of course, I was, but more importantly, “How many other Americans have been violated by these corrupt courts?” The answer is every American who has ever appeared in any UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS and been denied in the Supreme Court of the United States all Americans have been denied due process of law in every case. This fact opens the flood gates of litigation against attorneys for fraud. My case opens this can of worms and exposes the “Organized Crime” of all attorneys within our nation.
But none of this matters to those we pay to enforce our law, they all look the other way, when faced with holding members of government accountable. It does not matter to them how many of us are violated. My question is does it matter to you? Have you been violated by our courts? Have you suffered injury and damages at the hands of attorneys and judges?
If it does not matter to you then I am sorry for wasting your time. If it does matter I ask you to send a copy of this to all you can. Only when it cannot be ignored will action be taken to restore justice to America.

The “big stick” I provided Trump was provided to stop the persecution of We the people by fraudulent courts who are engaged in fraudulent judicial process under the color of law. This has allowed Trump to become the “dictator” who is handed fraudulent judgment after judgment in his favor allowing him to claim victory at the expense of We the people’s rights to life, liberty and freedom. By leaving the corrupt courts in tact Trump is insuring We the people will be violated over and over again, he has sold his soul for victories in court.
The Trump Administration is the same old song and dance my friends, the “Elites” prosper while the poor suffer. What has Trump done for the We the people? Nothing I can see. All his victories are for himself to be praised by all of his greatness. The emperor has won again and all must praise and applaud his victory. But it is nothing more than stolen Valor used as a “threat” to make the corruption toe the line. Trump has become the “King” of corruption, when he could have been a great “President” with legitimate power over all government. Like all Presidents he prefers the illusion of power with praise of the “Elites”, rather than true power to help We the people by enforcement of the Constitution and Laws of our Nation. Trump the chump is just another puppet of the corruption doing the same old song and dance of the Washington shuffle, the Elites prosper and the poor are forgotten.

As long as these things are possible without accountability our government is corrupt. All the recent victories are hollow because they have been achieved by fraudulent power exercised without jurisdiction or authority of law. There is no way wrong can be made right. What is wrong in the beginning remains wrong until the end. The only way to fix a wrong, is to examine the facts, law and evidence, and hold those accountable who have violated the law. In this case that would be the “Supreme Court of the United States of America” who are allowing fraudulent courts to operate without jurisdiction or authority of law. As long as the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS continue to operate their fraud, the United States of America will be a corrupt society without honor, integrity or authority of law. The science of COPD.
I have had severe COPD for the past few years because I follow my doctor’s advice. While in prison I quit smoking and had trouble breathing but it was managable. After having 5 stents put in my heart by St. Luke’s Hospital, the drugs they prescribed were changed by VA Hospital that prescribed different drugs 5 of which had breathing problems as a side effect. I took these drugs religiously for over a year, trusting the VA Hospital for my treatment, I repeatedly informed them of breathing problems to which they responded keep taking the drugs. I was to the point I could not walk up 5 steps without being winded. My wife convinced me to stop trusting these doctors whose conduct was killing me. So I stopped all medications except Albuterol.
For the last couple of years I have been searching for an herbal remedy to my breathing problems. I have found that Albuterol is useful in the short term, but inflames my lungs causing my body to produce mucus thus limiting my lung capacity causing shortness of breath. So now I am stopping the Albuterol and replacing it with a different regiment.
I have found for me that smoking a couple of cigarettes, followed by a toke of Marijuana, clears my lungs and allows clearer breathing. My O2 level in the morning is 93 to 94, after two cigarettes and a toke of Marijuana, that causes coughing and spitting up mucus, my O2 lever is 97 to 98. As I see it the Albuterol is a foreign substance that causes my lungs to produce mucus, the tar of cigarettes can not be broke down by the body, so the tar acts as a binding agent and the thc of Marijuana loosens it and as acts as an expectorant to get it out of the lungs.
We have all been lied to by doctors for their kickbacks of pharmaceutical companies. We have also been lied to by those who produce natural remedies for profit, claiming this and that works. But my belief is our bodies are unique and are all different. What works for one may not work for another. But I know I will no longer trust the word of doctors and will manage my own health care. It is a shame doctors have abandoned their oath to their patients in favor of money. It is a damn shame those professionals of our society (Doctors, Lawyers, Clergy, etc.) no longer serve the interests of their clients, but rather give their loyalties to wealth, money and power.
We must get away from the mistrust of each other and start depending upon ourselves. The Elites need our labor more than we need their direction. Elites want us to unite under them, I say we are stronger is we unite ourselves in common knowledge, common among us all. We are divided by race, gender, religion, and life in general, but if we start caring about eachother and lending a helping hand we can unite on common ground that our government is not our friend. They beg, borrow and steal from us everyday, time to stand in the light of truth, against the evil of darkness.

The death of a dream.
I have spent most of my life fighting government based upon our Constitution. In all my cases not once has the Constitution been upheld in any court of our Nation. I established a private bank to help people pay off their debts, this cost me 13 years of my life by the corrupt courts, FBI and commercial banks who conspired to convict to retain their “Organized Crime”.
We prayed Trump would restore justice and stop the persecution of We the people but there is no sign this is true. Now I am to the point that I must accept the fact all government is corrupt and none of us should support their plans for our demise. When government is presented facts, law and evidence of treason and refuse to stop it, We the people can only assume all government is part of that treason. The days of America being a fair and just society are over, it is a corrupt dictatorship working to protect government corruption. I can no longer have faith in this organized crime and must accept I have been a fool believing in our Constitution and that there are honest men in government who would stop the treason of the courts. But that is a lie, all government employees are in it for themselves, they could care less that wrongs have been done to the majority, as long as they are allowed power and wealth, that is all that matter.
My whole life I have brainwashed to believe America is the greatest nation on earth, that America is a fair and just society. But our government refuses to act to the benefit of We the people. They will say anything to get elected then kick us to the curb. Corrupt attorneys and judges are allowed “Organized Crime” against the people. They steal our lives, liberty and property to enrich themselves. The bankers block our access to our personal accounts in the Federal Reserve Banks. State and local government double our taxes to support the corruption of attorneys. The Federal Bureau of Investigation refuses to investigate Organized crime of government. My question is, “What useful purpose does government serve We the people? Why do we need this government for, that refuses to support our Constitution of the United States of America?
I have spent most of my life chasing justice only to be denied the results the law requires. Today my dreams of helping this nation dies, trying over and over again to get someone in power to recognize the truth and act to correct the wrongs, is just a lie to keep us fighting for justice that never comes. Trump claims to be draining the swamp yet no one has been charged, attorneys protect crimes of attorneys. So get ready for 4 more years of lies, fraudulently claiming to restore America, with the cloud of injustice hanging over their heads. America will never be great until the injustices of the past are corrected, and those injured are restored to their quality of life. So Trump talk all the shit you want you are just another fucking politican of our corrupt government. Wonder what God thinks of your conduct? Justice was the first step and you failed miserably.

Healing prohibited.
I am suffering from COPD. Because I only get $20.00 Disability from Social Security I am forced to work as much as I can while suffering difficulty breathing. The problem is I love to work and provide nice living environments for people, but I am no longer physically able to perform at my level. My whole life I have worked at various jobs but now that I am 66 and cannot work I live as a popper. What makes me mad is the doctors work for pharmaceutical profits rather than heal my ailment. I know there is a cure, cause the “Elites” like Kid Rock have cured their COPD, but it is not in the interests of big pharma to heal anything, their priority is keep us dependant on their inhalers that put money in their pockets. The number one cause of death is medical malpractice by doctors. I am not sure but I would bet it is because prescribing drugs not needed for kickbacks is the standard practice of doctors these days.
COVID taught us the true character of doctors these days, who put masks on us all that had no possibility of working. They stopped religious services, but allowed protesters to riot in the streets. But worst of all they recommended vaccines that have killed more than COVID did.
If there is a cure for a problem, it should be medical malpractice for a doctor to treat symptoms.
This should be a Felony with a lengthy prison teem. Today doctors’ goal is to see how many drugs can be prescribed without killing the patient. This has reduced the patient to geinnie pig status where doctors play Russian Rulet with the lives of their patient. I was told at the VA Hospital that natural remedies are not approved by pharmaceutical companies. Why? Because their is no profit for healing the patient. Killing a patient with pharmaceutical drugs should be prosecuted as “First Degree Murder”. Because Doctors are acting with malicious intent to profit from prescribing drugs of big pharma. These pharmaceutical companies have shown they are not to be trusted.Because Doctors will not disclose the remedy to COPD, this is an “Indictment” of these professionals who are engaged in “Conspiracy” against our health in my opinion.
I just want to be able to provide for my family again as I always have. But because Doctors desire for profits I am not allowed to be healed. God gave you the gift of healing but you have given into the temptation of profit even if it causes harm. God knows the truth.

The threat from within.
Media is the largest threat to the United States of America. Media has become a conspiracy against the Constitution by spouting treason against our Nation on a daily bases. This false narratives are concocted by Democrats to create tension among We the people by making it acceptable to support illegals to remain in our nation after Biden allow the invasion of our Nation by at least 20,000,000 undocumented illegals to invade our Country. Democrats paid them $5,000 a month of our Social Security, provided them free housing at tax payers expense, enrolled them in Medicare/Medicaid giving them free health care, and some Democratic States issued the Driver’s Licenses and Social Security Cards. This was a malicious act, done with malice, intent and knowledge to destory our Nation. This treason was meant to establish Democrats and their supporters as our “rulers” as the “mob of government” who would have total control without accountability. “Lawfare” during the Biden Administration showed us this corruption on all the major news outlets creating the false narrative that this conduct of our government was acceptable. Today the same treason is being conducted by the Democrats who are allowed to continue to maintain the false narrative mob rule of Democracy is acceptable in the United States of America. 80% of We the people say it is not acceptable and united our “Right to Vote” in a sound defeat of their platform. Yet the traitors of our nation are allowed to abdicate treason without fear of accountability. The law, our Constitution and Bill of Rights are ignored by Democrats whose leader Obama termed it that damn peice of paper referring to our Constitution. These things are threats to our “Constitutional Republic”.
The difference between the Biden and Trump Administrations are the changing of the guard. Democrats are still above the law and allowed to attack our Republic without accountability for their treason. The courts are still conducting “Lawfare” in conspiracy of “Organized Crime” by conducting fraudulent judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law. The rich are getting richer, while the average and retired are still struggling to make ends meet. I’m sorry I don’t see much difference between Democrats and Republicans they are all egomaniacs seeking power and ignoring the things that matter to We the people. Do you feel like me? What happened to the “America First Policy? Do you feel First or forgotten by the Trump Administration? I feel like most, they got our vote then kicked us to the curb. Unless there is change between now and 2026, I suggest We the people write in “None of the Above” and send a loud message that We are dissatisfied with them all. We have the power by our vote to force all of them to serve our interests or lose their seat to represent us. Why should we pay them to work against us. Time to shit or get off the pot.

Restoring our “Republic”.
Our forefathers were well versed in “Common Law”, so when they penned our “Constitution of the United States of America”, it was based in common law. It has been established that the Constitution cannot be interpreted without common law. Today I want to share some of the common law with you as follows:

To restore our “Republic” and establish compliance to Article IV, Section 4 to it’s guarantee of “Republican Form of Government” in every state, all Democrat Governors must be removed from public office for treason, by fraudulently changing a Republic State to a Democracy. A “Republic” is a one party system where the people retain the sovereign power and elect representatives who exercise that power. Democracy is mob rule that denies our Constitution and Bill of Rights in favor of their absolute power over the people by “Fictions of Law” termed “Lawfare”. Democrats have been labeled liars, thieves and dictators who refuse the law as written and act without authority of law in clear acts of treason against the authority of law. The “Republic” can only be made whole when all 50 States adhere to the first principles of law and act in the interests of those they represent. One nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Democracy has unlawfully seized our States from the “Republic” and they must be restored to their rightful place among the Union of the United States of America. These democratic governors are engaged in treason by giving aid and comfort to illegals who they allowed to invade our nation to allow illegal voting and expand their numbers in Congress by fraudulently claiming they are constituents to be counted in the census. For these reasons, I seek the removal of all Democrat Governors from Public Office for conspiracy of treason.

The power of a sovereign.
All sovereigns share the Bill of Rights as protection of law. But the “rogue judges” violate our rights, privileges and immunities on a daily bases without accountability. When a judge, prosecutor and defense attorney allow a violation of a Constitutional Right, many crimes have been committed. “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241. “Deprivation of rights under color of law” 18 U.S.C. 242. “Treason” 18 U.S.C. 2381. These rogue judges whether Democrat or Republican all are loyal to the foreign state of BAR Associations and its Conspiracy to maintain mob rule of our courts. Every sovereign who has every appeared in any court was denied due process of law by attorneys operating fraudulent courts, conducting judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law. It seems politicans of government, who have been informed and refuse to take action to correct the treason, are principals of the treason. God’s law is clear, “He who does not condemn, condones.” This tells me all government (attorneys) condones the courts treason operated for attorneys’ profit. Every attorney who has ever appeared in any court who did not establish jurisdiction, Plaintiffs legal duty or challenge jurisdiction, defenses legal duty, are all principals of treason. If we had a lawful court to file our petitions in we could hold these attorneys and judges accountable. They conducted fraud and like murder there in no statutes of limitations on “Fraud”.
Sovereigns share the right to be heard and have their grievances resolved. But justice is dead in our courts because BAR attorneys would have to be punished by Congress for their treason in accordance with Article III, Section 3. Attorneys are above the law and not held accountable for any violation of We the people. They are allowed to persecute us, steal our property and defame our character without any due process of law. Attorneys are a very small part of our society, us convicted felons outnumber them at least ten to one. When the ordinary system fails We the people are allowed extraordinary remedies to resolve the injustice.
Law and order can never be restored without accountability of those who have abused We the people, violated the Public’s trust to support, defend and protect our Constitution and profited from “Organized Crime”. But if government can not or will not stop the reign of terrorism by despot attorneys and judges, that’s OK We the people can handle the problem. Trump was elected to take Care that the law is faithfully executed, but it seems he is allowing the corruption to continue. All his acts to date are in his interest, not the interest of We the people who want justice restored and traitors held accountable. Until this is done, government will not be trusted and our nation will continue to teeter on the fringe of civil war. We the people are sick and tired of lawless attorneys profitting from “Organized Crime” without accountability. Either there is law for all of us or there is no law for anyone.
As sovereigns we love God, the law and our Constitution that established our Country. When our law is not enforced by those paid for its enforcement it is a slap in the face of all of We the people. There has been more injustice in our courts than there has been justice because our courts are not being governed by law, they have become despots stealing our lives, liberty and freedom based upon politics. Law is black and white, right or wrong is determined by facts not allegations. But when the judge, prosecutor and defense attorneys conspire to convict because of personal prejudice, injustice is manifested. “So the law is written.”
