Deception.
We the people are deceiving ourselves that government is working for us. Nothing any politican does is for any of We the people, it is always citizens of government who receives the benefits of their actions. All government’s actions are deceptions of the truth, but it is easy to tell they are lying because they always have a poll to support their narrative. Polls are utilized by liars to make us believe the majority agree with them and their narrative, but this is all smoke to hide the fact they are all working together. Regardless of whether they are Republican or Democrat they all act in their interest to retain power over the sovereigns of the United States of America. They use fake news, fake law, fake court, fake causes, fake polls, fake outrage, fake sympathy, etc. to divide, deceive, manipulate and profit from the division of We the people. By keeping us at odds with eachother they are able to keep us from uniting against them and holding them accountable for their treason to our Constitution. Legally there can be no “Democracy” in our “Constitutional Republic”, but the mob rules our society, the mob of judges determines who is given justice and who is denied, the mob of journalists determine what narratives are given to We the people and the mob of Bankers determine who can have credit and who is denied. The mobs are all guilty of “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241, “Deprivation of rights under color of law” 18 U.S.C. 242 and “Treason” 18 U.S.C 2381. The biggest mob are those We the people elect to represent us in Congress, these traitors fraudulently claim to make law that makes all these crimes legal. But in reality it is the conspiracy of “Democracy” that unites all these mobs against We the people.
We the people have watched members of the mobs commit felonies and treason without prosecution. This in itself is a crime “Misprison of Felony” 18 U.S.C. 4 and “Misprison of treason” 18 U.S.C. 2382. These Codes are for government authorities only, not human Creators in accordance with God’s law, all Codes, Rules and Regulations are unconstitutional lacking due process required by the 5th Amendment. But attorneys do not prosecute the crimes of attorneys, the mobs protect the crimes of the mob. The treason of the “Supreme Court of the United States” has been provided to Trump in a “Petition for Certification of law”. Trump’s failure to hold the Supreme Court accountable is an “Impeachable high crime” of “Misprison of treason”. Of course, the mob of attorneys is telling him he can’t expose their treason and hold them accountable. But as the highest ranking official of our Republic, he not only has the power to enforce our law, but the duty to be sure justice is served on those who have deceived We the people. Of course, to impeach him for this would cause the exposure of the treason of the Supreme Court as evidence of crimes not prosecuted.
Democracy is the enemy of our Constitutional Republic and all who support, abdicate and promote democracy are guilty of the crime of treason against the Constitution of We the people of the United States of America. Every fraudulent claim that the United States of America is a democracy is treason that must be prosecuted by those We the people pay to enforce our law. Every failure to prosecute is a Felony crime by the attorney refusing to prosecute. Dignity.
We the people have been reduced to scum, robbed of our dignity, by those our taxes pay their salaries. Gone is the respect all deserve as a matter of principle, that establish every red blooded sovereign is given as a birthright to be heard, respected and served by those of our government. We the people of this Nation have suffered public humiliations simply because we stand on the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon by our forefathers. Government in their quest for power have become tyrants who refuse to honor We the people as their superiors. Government has become thugs, traitors and pirates who steal all the dignity, honor and pride of We the people to create the false narrative they are our superiors. The welfare democracy is government who live a lavish lifestyle at the expense of taxpayers. They steal from our social programs meant to serve the needs of the elderly and poor to enrich themselves without regard for us who suffer at their hands. Government is full of egomaniacs who are arrogant and dismissive of those they are paid to serve. We the people only matter to government at election time, when they lie, manipulate and coerce our votes to allow them to retain power over us, once elected their arrogance returns and We the people are ignored, denied and dismissed until the next election. Until this pattern changes We the people will continue to suffer at the hands of the government.
Dignity requires a standard of living where the average can live without worry of our ability to pay our bills, feed our families, enjoy the respect of fair and equal treatment as a member of We the people. Government created the social program called Social Security, that they claim was to provide the elderly with a modest living in their old age. This program has become a slush fund of bureaucrats who steal its resources, allow illegals to recieve benefits and put the elderly of We the people in poverty. But all is acceptable to those of government who enrich themselves at the expense of taxpayers. If it is not in our Constitution it is waste, fraud and abuse of power by government officials engaged in organized crime against We the people. The vast majority of our government is not sanctioned by the Constitution and should be abolished.
We the people have learned the game of government that gives trillions to foreign nations who pay kickbacks to politicians, while refusing assistance to the needy, poor and elderly of our Nation. This is why there is no accountability of our government because they are all participants of this organized crime where they get rich while We the people suffer.
We the people who worked their whole lives paying into the Social Security system only to be pushed into poverty by those paid to serve and protect us. The blame game always says it is someone else’s fault but in truth it is a failure of all government officials to operate our government in its chief design to serve and protect We the people and allow them the dignity of being self sufficient. Excluded.
We the people are excluded from our government, by the elites who have seized it as their personal money machine. All government programs are supposed to be to serve We the people, but in truth they do nothing for us. The funds of these public institutions never seem to get to We the people, the funds are high jacked by Non Governmental Organizations who use 75% of the funds to administer these programs, then distribute 25% to Democrats. These programs are meant to fund things most red blooded sovereigns disagree with. For example, trans gender care, housing illegals, health care for illegals, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Democratic National Convention, MSNBC, CNN, FOX, NEWSMAX, etc.. All these public democrat organizations spout hate, fear mongering, gay issues, illegals’ issues and racism to keep our Republic divided against itself. To restore our Constitutional Republic We the people must stop all funding to any Democrat Corporation. Democracy must die in the United States of America.
The “Constitution of the United States of America” states, in Article IV Section 4, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, …” history shows us our forefathers rejected Democracy of mob rule by the majority in favor of a Republic where all individuals are protected by the Constitution. All government officials must have an “Oath of Office” to support our Constitution and the rights, privileges and immunities of We the people of the United States of America. 21 States have abandoned the Constitution to create a democracy in their state in direct defiance of the will of We the people expressed in our Constitution. The United States of America is a one party system called a “Constitutional Republic” and every “Public Office” must be held by a “Republican”. No “Democrat” or attorney is constitutionally eligable to hold any public office of trust or profit of the United States or several States.
Democrats loss of power in the 2024 election, has shown us their true colors, by supporting illegals, paying for insurrection against federal immigration laws and the never ending attacks on our President to aid and abet our enemies by weakening our nation with division. Democrats have become the biggest threat to the National Security of our Republic. All Democratic States must lose their Representatives and Senators from our Congress because they refuse to provide a Republican form of government to the sovereigns of their state. One cannot support our Constitution and defy its Mandates. Those who defy our Consitution must be removed from our government in the interest of National Security.
Trump, as a President of a Republic, is the “Magistrate” of the United States of America, with authority to remove any member of government who spouts hate, division or racism to separate We the people of our Republic. As Magistrate Trump has the authority to order the Department of Justice to investigate anyone who interferes with federal law, national security or foreign policy. The Executive Power of President trumps all legislative power with the power to Veto and all judicial power with the power of Pardon. Trump alone carries the burden of protecting our Nation and We the people of the United States of America. That is why he is the only nationally elected person in our government. Trump commissions all officers, all public servants holding Public Office and can decommission any officer for cause. His decisions are final with no appeals allowed by the judicial branch. Democrats have been making the case, “Trump is a dictator.” They are right, Trump does have the power to dictate law, policy, foreign relations and speak for We the people as our leader. Loan sharks.
Our nation has become a bed of Organized Crime, where loan sharks prey upon We the people. The Bankers and financial institutions have created a lawless system that allows them to prey upon those who do not comprehend their complicated scheme. Their public image is “We are here to help.” But their actions are aimed at putting us in debt, creating our failure on paper, then taking our homes when we fail to meet their bogus obligations. As a “private Banker” whose sole purpose is to pay off debt, I personally dealt with these loan sharks who operate bank fraud, extortion and organized crime, under the color of law. These criminals are protected by the FBI who protect commercial Bankers and financial institutions from accountability for their crimes. Government has created the “Federal Trade Commission”, “Comptroller of the Currency” and “Security and Exchange Commission” who are lawfully required to protect We the people under the “Fair Debt Collection Act” 15 U.S.C. 1692. Of course these government entities refuse to hold Bankers and Financial Institutions accountable for their crimes. We the people are subject to taxation without representation, because there is no government agency the protects We the people. Their public image provide the illusion of accountability but in practice none do the task for which they were funded. Just another waste, fraud and abuse of We the people.
These beliefs are not allegations, they are facts of “Public Record” that show “Interference with Commerce” prohibited by R.I.C.O. 18 U.S.C. 1961-1968. We the people as “Sovereigns” have a public side under our Social Security Number and a private side established on the reverse side of our Social Security Card. I established the “Private Bank of Denny Ray Hardin” in my private account in the “New York Federal Reserve Bank” and was engaged in Commerce of paying off the debts of We the people across our Nation. The problem is the Bankers could not produce the deeds to the properties I was paying off. So they called the FBI to shut down my “Private Bank”. The United States Attorneys charged me with “Fictictious Obligations” for telling Bankers and financial institutions, “You must process the note, receive the funds, credit the account and release the deed.” The FBI fraudulently claimed this “standard business practice” was a “Fictitious Obligation” and worked with U.S. Attorneys and the fraudulent courts to railroad my to prison for 10 years, but their primary goal was to protect the corrupt Bankers and shut down my private bank. They succeeded but the “Private Bank of Denny Ray Hardin” is on the private side and cannot be touched public obligations. But the Federal Reserve Banks are complicit in this organized crime by allowing corporations access to our private accounts. Your debts are paid by your signature and seal. All other public transactions not authorized by you must be restored to your account.
As a “Private Banker” I wrote 2900 “Bonded Promissory Notes” backed by two “50/50 Offset Bonds” by contract with the “Secretary of the Treasury” lawfully binding on all “Successors” in the amount of about 168 million dollars, my ledger shows a balance of 453 million dollars + interest for the past 18 years. The “New York Federal Reserve Bank” has seized my account in violation of the 4th Amendment by refusing to provide an “Audit” of the account repeatedly requested and ignored. Subpoena was denied by the fraudulent court to make the Federal Reserve Bank produce the audit. By the Federal Reserve Banks refusing We the people access to our private accounts all Federal Reserve Bankers are guilty “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241, “Deprivations of rights under color of law” 18 U.S.C. 242, to aid and abet “Treason” 18 U.S.C. 2381.

Exile Democrats.
It is time we dealt with all those who spout hate and division in our Nation. Democrats do not serve the interest of their constituents, they are the party of illegals. They lie on a daily bases to create hate and division with their hairbrained ideas as solutions. I say exile all Democrats to communist countries since all Democrat Socialist are really communists they should live in a nation of their party. Their treason against our Constitutional Republic has been allowed for far too long, time to arrest, prosecute and punish their leaders. We must purge our government of those who are working for our Nation’s failure. Their quest for absolute power failed in the 2024 election, this is law and order in practice, chop off the head and the snake dies. Democrat leaders are a threat to our Republic and either government will put it down by legal and lawful means or We the people can quash this conspiracy of treason with justice. We are giving Trump the benefit of doubt, but if justice is not served soon, patients will be exhausted. We the people are the largest standing army in the world and the time is coming when talk will no longer be enough to quash the demands for justice. Either government will do their jobs and hold Democrats accountable or we the people will exercise their power and duty to stop the treason against our Republic. The media is among these traitors who are promoting communism by giving a platform to communists to spout their lies to We the people. Though not believed, they are corrupting the minds of the young, who have come to believe socialism is the way, because everything is free. They fail to see all that free stuff must be paid for by taxpayers. Time to end welfare democracy in our Constitutional Republic forevermore and punish those who promote such theories.
Trump was elected to drain the swamp, but without prosecution and punishment it is business as usual in our Capital. Our Constitutional Republic is a one party system where all sovereigns are united by the 5th Amendment Right to due process of law, but attorneys have created lawfare that allows selective presecution where public criminal acts go unpunished. Either we are a nation of law or we are not, either all are subject to law or none of us are accountable to law. The impediment of law stops all rational people from taking matters into their own hands, but if lawless democrats are allowed to continue their treason, then the right to protect ourselves will remove this impediment to justice. The Elites.
As the leader of our Nation Trump seeks to destory all who refuse to bow to his agenda. Truth and the American way have been silenced in favor of lies and deceptions about what is or is not acceptable in our society. Wrongs are allowed to continue even when they are clearly against the morals, ethics and principles we claim to hold in honor. It is all about power of the elites, that refuse to let the little guy win, because if one wins it could start a trend where others believe they can win as well. This is unacceptable among the elites, because they would have to comply with all the God given rights, privileges and immunities secured by our Constitution, that today they ignore. They have been allowed by God to raise in our government to positions of authority where they hold the fate of God’s land in the palm of their hand. God has blessed them with this power but God can just as easily take it all away. These elites are traitors of God’s land that are entrusted to provide We the people with justice and security. Instead they abuse that power and use it to enrich themselves.
Those of us who believe in God and the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon, are the outcasts of society who are oppressed, defamed, ridiculed, patronize and ignored to allow injustice to stand in false honor. The elites must be protected at any cost, from the law, justice and accountability. If one is held accountable it means others could be held accountable as well. The elites fear accountability because they have all committed crimes against We the people to secure their spot among government. These elites are the “Organized Crime” of the “Deep State” who control the masses with prison, poverty and suppression with the sole purpose of exercising power over them. God gives power to do good for We the people and knows every act of elites who fail in this purpose.
I have stood with God against these elites, only to me mocked, denied, dismissed and ignored to protect the “Organized Crime” of our government. God has provided me with a life of knowledge, that allows me to speak truth based upon personal experience. God has promised me if I seek, I will find. If I knock the door will be open to me. My God is an awesome God and with God all things are possible. Today I live in poverty, unable to secure a loan to cover my needs, I am broke, destitute and oppressed by the elites of our government who work this system of tyranny to keep the masses under their authority. The elites control the fraudulent courts to deny justice, the Bankers to allow or deny access to money and government to make it all legal and lawful in violation of our Constitution.
I stand with God against these elites and have lived the life of Job for my conduct. I have fought the elites in their Courts based upon our Constitution only to be denied justice for those I tried to help. In all the cases of record the elites refused to honor our Constitution and protected their “Organized Crime” by sending me to prison for practicing law without a licenses. A “License” issued by a foreign state engaged in treason to our Constitutional Republic. In an effort to help We the people I stood with God against the Bankers by creating the “Private Bank of Denny Ray Hardin” through my Federal Reserve Account #B68997026 that has one function to payoff “Debt” for this conduct I was railroaded to prison for 13 years by the elites to protect the fraud of debt. The elites must keep We the people in debt to exercise fraudulent authority over them. Now I stand with God in my darkest of times, where I can get all the money I need at the cost of losing my home. The elites will sanction money to cover my needs, but want all the equity of my home.
God blessed me with this house through a family friend who gave me a great deal. If I fixed up the house and sold it, I would owe her $5,000.00. If I fix it up and live in it I would owe her nothing. At this time, the house was a rental property, in disrepair, a two bedroom apartment downstairs with a studio apartment upstairs with and outside staircase for access. I tore down the outside staircase and built one on the inside making it a three bedroom two bath single family dwelling. As a trim carpenter I have created many built ins and made it into a show place of my talents. Today the Bankers seek to take it for a home equity loan needed for a family emergency. They will not allow me the $2,300.00 applied for, but will give me upto $100,000.00 mortgage. They know living on Social Security in our nation will allow them to take the property when I default on their mortgage payments. My wife and I have banked at the “Central Bank of the Midwest” for 8 years without any overdrafts or penalties being charged to the account. Our credit application was denied because we failed to maintain a $1,500.00 balance for a year. By the sanctions of the elites, Bankers are allowed to allow or deny access to money based upon the rules, policies and practices of these financial institutions across our nation.
Like Job I have suffered greatly to retain my belief in God. Along the way I have lived public humiliation for claiming my sovereignty, been made an example of what happens when you exercise you rights and persecuted for righteous sake of the elites. Jesus asked us, “What do you gain if you gain the world, but lose your soul?” I stand with God’s promise of blessed are those who are persecuted for righteous sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Maybe I will continue this life of persecution if it is God’s will without any award in this life or maybe my life will be restored to even a greater blessing. Either way I stand with God against the elites and say you are wrong. If you agree pass this on.

A solution.
Throughout these posts I have attacked many problems facing our Nation. These attacks are based upon God’s Law, Common Law and our Constitution that establish facts and evidence of treason by attorneys throughout our history. This law establishes the death penalty for every member of a BAR Association in a public office based upon the original 13th Amendment. All are united in their guilt of Treason. All are subject to the death penalty for their personal acts to promote, create and institute policies in our government to give themselves power.
As a sovereign, I have the right to seek the death penalty of these foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations that are issuing “Titles of Nobility” of “Esquire” from our government in violation of Constitutional Mandates. This would be vengeance and God has told me no. “Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.” So to take my Vengeance out of it, on March 3, 2023 I filed a “Bill of Attainder”, “In The Chancery Court For Jackson County, Missouri” in a “Court of Justice” Case No. 1916CV05668, against all UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS and All BAR Associations. By removing the “Title of Nobility” of “Esquire” unconstitutionally issued by BAR Associations, there are no “Titles of Nobility” in any public office, thus removing the charge of treason. It also removed the monopoly of attorneys by removing the unconstitutional “licenses to practice law” issued by the foreign state of BAR Associations. Of course this finding of facts and conclusions of law can be rejected by the courts, thus putting the charge of treason back on the table against all attorneys.
God says, “A prophet has no honor in his own land.” God has given me great insight into many of the problems of our Nation, but the corrupt of our government refuse to listen. They are united in their treason to retain power over United States Citizens. As sovereigns they have no power over any of us.
The “Bill of Attainder” also declared the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS are dead in law as Article IV legislative courts with no jurisdiction to conduct judicial process. There are 677 of these fraudulent judges, that can not legally perform as a “Judge” for which they are being paid.
Solution:
These fraudulent courts cannot provide a sovereign with due process of law required by the 5th Amendment, therefore all judges could be fired for cause. But instead I say let them exercise jurisdiction over all illegals only. All criminal prosecutions can be handled by the state courts. The federal government only has police powers in one area, immigration. By stripping jurisdiction over sovereigns the courts can free up to handle removal of illegals. When all illegals are gone Congress can restore the Article III “District Courts of the United States” with jurisdiction over citizens in criminal cases, and civil jurisdiction for sovereigns under Common law. The only law that can be enforced by the federal government is immigration law. All law enforcement agencies should be combined with ICE. In this way government will start serving the interests of We the people, by removal of illegals from our public programs, money is freed up to help sovereigns who are long overdue for assistance.The above is a rational solution to the current problem. God has shown me insight unique to address problems areas of our nation. But to achieve these it must be for the right reason, to Make America Great Again not vengeance. When the power structure is limited by the Constitution, We the people will have protection of law, a source of justice and restored faith in the process. I also have solutions for the Federal Reserve Banks and ending Homelessness but those are for another time.
The “Bill of Attainder” has been written all it needs is to be enforced. But that would mean We the people win and our oppressors lose. To truely Make America Great Again, We the people must win every time, not just sometimes. As a sovereign, I stand and say this is truth.

The theft of profits.
We all see government is making money, stopping fraud, waste and abuse and some prices are coming down. But there are those engaged in profiteering by extortion of the poor. In Kansas City, Missouri where I live, last month my light bill was $195, this month my light bill is $495, that is a 150% increase in one month. This has been the common practice of “Evergy” for the past 4 years, for three months in the summer our light bill jumps to $500 under threat of turning off the lights if we refuse to pay. Of course this allows “Evergy” to obtain huge profits for their share holders, at the expense of food for the poor. During these three summer months, we are lucky to be able to eat for the full month. It seems government allows this “profiteering” for a resource that comes from the earth that taxpayers build the plants to generate. This did not occurred under “Kansas City Power and Light”, but under “Evergy” the cost of power just keeps going up and up. Government is allowing this “Organized Crime” and to date have refused to examine the extortion being conducted for profit of the Executives of “Evergy”. This needs to be investigated, to learn the extent of profiteering occurring in the Electric Industry.
We know “Evergy” does not create the electricity, they are allowed to conduct this extortion as the middlemen between the supplier and the consumer. There seems to be no regulation on the amount of profit a private company engaged in extortion can make and the result is the poor are forced to suffer even more to maintain their low standard of living. We the poor live life in the basics food, lights, water, gas, phone, internet, etc. the bare essentials of life, that most take for granted. We the poor struggle every month on Social Security, to budget the bills and still eat that month. We the poor never eat what we want we eat what we can afford, sometimes nothing at all.
If you are black, brown or an illegal you can get all kinds of stimulus from government. But if you are white or a veteran you do not qualify for any assistance, the middlemen have created all kinds of barriers that disqualify you for stimulus fraudulently claimed to be for all Americans. My question is why do NGOs have control of distribution of these funds, when they could be deposited directly into our Social Security accounts? Government is trying to help the poor but the middlemen keep more than they give for operations, salaries and expenses. Stimulus is great for those who qualify, but does nothing to help those who do not qualify who are struggling just to make ends meet. I say eliminate the middlemen and put the stimulus money directly into our Social Security Accounts. Only in this way can the poor be truely helped.
Trump has done nothing for the poor on Social Security who with 25% inflation were given a 2% raise in the last four years. Government has given alot to aid the poor but the middlemen steal most of it by rules they set to disqualify based upon ObamaCare, age, zip code, etc. We are always told a reason we do not qualify, funny blacks, browns and illegals always seem to qualify for everything, but the elderly whites never do. The only way to eliminate this discrimination is to put the funds directly into their Social Security Account and eliminate the middlemen. “Non Governmental Organizations” are a democrat creation to give democrats tax money for their votes. Democrats have all the help they need, Republicans only given the crumbs allowed by rules, regulations and statues designed to keep the poor struggling. We the poor see the pattern, we are only important on election day then forgotten until the next election. Promises are made and quickly forgotten after the election. Congress can vote themselves huge salary increases, but do nothing to help those who worked their asses off for their whole life, only to be put in poverty by Social Security Administrators. The discrimination of credit.
As a homeowner, living on Social Security, with a 722 Credit Score, I messed up and caused $2,300.00 damage to wife’s car. We have banked at “Central Bank of Midwest” for 8 years, we have never had a late payment or charge to our account for overdraft. You would think getting a $2,000.00 loan would be no problem, you would be wrong. We applied for the loan and was rejected because we have not maintained a $1,500.00 balance for 12 months. I have not needed credit for over 20 years, our house and cars are all paid for free and clear. But this unforseen problem has created a need for help, but none is available. After rejection for an unsecured loan of $2,000.00 by our bank, we looked into a home equity line of credit.
These sharks smelled blood in the water and was willing to create false credit in exchange for all the equity of my home. We have an American Express Card, and the house could use a new layer of shingles and of course the car problem, so we considered an HEA (Home Equity Agreement) this was for $15,000.00 many of these companies Rocket Mortgage, Lending Tree, ect… all rejected this application because they only make loans of $50,000.00 or more. Hometap would make the loan but would take 75% of the equity in exchange. These are the options available to the average Americans who have worked hard and paid their bills on time. We can only get money we need if we are willing to give up our property in exchange. Bankers are engaged in “Predatory Lending” where they take from those who are in need of help. There is no assistance for We the people, but our government can give thousands to illegals on a monthly bases or Billions to foreign nations to help them, but we the people get no assistance.
12 U.S.C. 83 clearly states no Bank shall make a loan, if they do they broke the law. This is where the true character of “Credit” becomes “Fraud”. Each of us “sovereigns” have an account in the “Federal Reserve Bank” where all “promissory notes” that we sign are “monetized”. When we apply for a loan we are given a “Promissory Note” by the lending institution under the fraudulent claim it is a “Loan”. The Banker takes the “Promissory Note” runs it through a scanner and receives 110% of its value in credit to their account from the Federal Reserve Bank. The scanner places a stamp on the back of “Non redeemable” meaning the debt has been paid and cannot be presented again. Then the Banker tells you, you must repay the loan. The fraud of Bankers is the Promissory Note creates a “Debt”, when in fact, your signature pays the debt. It is impossible to put a sovereign in debt, because the signature pays the debt.
This “fraud” of Bankers has created a monopoly of money, where Bankers discriminate by allowing or not allowing access to the sovereign’s Federal Reserve Account. I was railroaded to prison for 10 years for directly accessing my account in the Federal Reserve Bank. I have 454 Million + 20 years of interest, setting in the New York Federal Reserve Bank that I cannot access denied because Bankers say no. How many of you have been denied access to your accounts in the Federal Reserve Bank?
Lawyers have a monopoly of our “Law” based upon a fraudulent licenses to practice law issued by the “British Accredited Registry” a foreign state. Bankers have a monopoly of our “money” in the Federal Reserve Banks by fraudulent power of Bankers to say who can or cannot sign a Promissory Note for the things they need. Mortgages, car loans, student loans, and all other loans are “Bank Fraud” by all “Commercial Banks”. Of course these frauds are protected by the FBI who conspire against rights, with Lawyers and Bankers to protect these “Monopolies”.
To locate your account look at your Social Security Card, your SS# is Public on the front of your card. Flip it over, the number in red is your private account number of your Federal Reserve Account. The letter at the beginning tells you which Federal Reserve Bank your Account is in. This can be determined by the $1.00 bill for Example my account begins with a “B”, the “B” on a dollar bill identifies the New Your Federal Reserve Bank. This is “Organized Crime” by Federal Reserve Banks and Commercial Banks to interfere with commerce by denying direct access to our accounts. By going through middlemen (Bankers) access can be allowed or denied based upon their fraud of what is or is not allowed. When in fact all is allowed. Until these monopolies are dismantled we the people will struggle under their fraudulent authority. What happened to the “America First Policy” of the Trump Administration? Is America first when sovereigns cannot get the assistance they need? These monopolies need to go and honest business restored to We the people.

Democracy’s roll in Welfare.
Everything Democrats do is aimed at public welfare. The mob of Democrats collectively decide amongst themselves what is good or bad for the welfare of the public. First they believed slavery was good for the public because Democrats would not have to work as much. When the public turned against slavery a civil war was fought and Democrats lost. Every red blooded American, born in a state of the Union, to a parent, born in a state of the Union, is a “sovereign” of our “Constitutional Republic”. This was our truth until the Democrats killed Lincoln, then they created the reconstruction Amendments, but they made a mistake, they removed the original 13th Amendment without repealing it as required by law. This Amendment is key to the problems of our Nation. It prohibits “Titles of Nobility” to hold public office. With the reconstruction Amendments came the creation of the BAR Associations, “British Accredited Registry” that created a “Noble Class” who shared the Title of “Esquire”. By the removal of the 13th Amendment, these traitors were able to overthrow our government from within by controlling our “Public Offices” in the interests of the BAR. They are divided into controversy of Constitutional Republicans vs Democrats while all of them share the treason of “Mob Rule” with the Nobels determining what is or is not allowed by law. All BAR members are foreign agents of the foreign state of Britain, given titles of nobility in direct violation of our Constitution who created the mob of nobles who promote the treason of democracy in our Republic.
All these Nobles talk about unity among the people but keep us divided into two major parties of Democrats and Republicans. They have made us citizens by promoting public welfare as the rationale for citizens to unite under their mob. Of course anyone who disagrees with their rule are labeled outcasts and ignored as opposition. These Nobles of the British was the reason we fought the “Revolutionary War” to gain liberty from England. They rule the people as beneath them, with arrogance, distain and act without regard of the rights, privileges and immunities given by God and stated in our Constitution. The mob of attorneys rule with an iron fist and destory all who have the courage to challenge their monopoly of the law. Every red blooded American sovereign has a vested interest in the law and its protections provided to them. We are all equal under the law, endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. These founding documents created by our forefathers were not limited to a class, race, religion or origin, but were meant to unite all red blooded Americans with common knowledge, common sense under common law. The Nobles of the BAR Associations refuse common law and have created their version of law, called “Fictions of law” known as rules, codes, regulations, statutes and ordinances. “All Codes, Rules and Regulations are for government authorities only, not human creators in accordance with God’s law, all Codes, Rules and Regulations are unconstitutional lacking due process.” Rodriguez vs Ray Donovan (U.S. Dept. of Labor). The Nobles have created the system of “Lawfare” that uses these fictions of law to conduct fraudulent judicial process where all rights, privileges and immunities of the Constitution is prohibited. If a Noble says you are guilty, you are guilty regardless of what the law says. All these Nobles are exempt from prosecution for their crimes, while telling the public, “No one is above the law.”
All red blooded Americans have been victims of this “Treason” 18 U.S.C. 2381, by BAR members who are engaged in “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241 “Deprivation of rights under color of law” 18 U.S.C. 242. This is a proven fact that condemns all attorneys, by “Jurisdiction”. Every attorney who has prosecuted a case in federal court could not lawfully establish the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. Every defense attorney is complicit in this treason by not challenging the jurisdiction of the federal courts. Every defendant was deprived of due process of law, in violation of the 5th Amendment, by ineffective assistance of counsel who failed to defend against the treason of prosecutors and the corrupt courts of lawfare. This entitles all those who have been harmed by attorneys to compensation for their injuries. Attorneys, judges and politicans are liable for their crimes conducted with malicious intent. They are subject to pay damages to those they have harmed under “Common Law”. Time we put the system on trial and hold those accountable who have violated our trust.
