The 8th Amendment.
As a sovereign, I am guilty of helping people with their legal problems and paying their fraudulent debts as a “Private Banker”. Of course this conduct is legal, lawful and Constitutional. The problem is government only allows elites to engage in Commerce and denies that right to sovereigns. Government officials who are supposed to represent the interests of We the people, use their authority to deny sovereigns their right to engage in any lawful activity. These officials claim it is illegal for a sovereign to pay debt, why you might ask, because Commercial Bankers lose all that fraudulent interest they are collecting on their fake loans. The elites must be protected even when their conduct constitutes “Organized Crime” under R.I..C.O. for interference with Commerce, 18 U.S.C. 1961(a)(b)(1)&(2). Anything a government can do, can be done by any sovereign, the rights of sovereigns extends far above the “Bill of Rights”. But the elites have abolished our authority and claimed a monopoly for Corporations to “extort” We the people to keep us in debt to them and in a constant state of turmoil of living scarcity. The stress, mental anguish and budgeting necessary to just keep the bills paid is by evil design of our government. The government wants We the people struggling just to make ends meet, while the elites get rich from stealing from the sovereign people of our nation. Of course there is no institution to hold government officials accountable, they are all powerful and cannot be challenged by any sovereign of We the people, or so they want us to believe.
The Federal Reserve Banks hold the birth certificate accounts of all sovereigns but have denied sovereigns access, only elites can access our accounts. Of course this organized theft of our assets has been made fraudulently legal to deprive sovereigns their “birth right” and allow elites to control us by debt. The problem is all debts are paid by a sovereign’s signature, legally it is impossible to put a sovereign in debt, but under the frauds of government debt rules We the people of our nation. Every nickel of interest is fraud to collect an unlawful debt, by elites to engage in organized crime. But government sanctions these criminals, so they are above the law and protected against accountability.
Every sovereign who has lived in poverty is the victim of cruel and unusual punishment by being denied their birthright to their part of the “American Dream”. This is done by making all sovereigns, dead in law, as a citizen with no rights under the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America” 1865. This created the fraudulent process of “legislative punishment” without a “Judicial trial”, that makes sovereigns subordinates of the elites. The “Nobel Class” of elites are united in their treason against our Constitution, Common Law and Bill of Rights, they fraudulently claim this organized crime is lawful, but government must prove their claim by law not words. We the people see a time coming where accountability will be the standard practice of dealing with corrupt government officials, these are those who believe they have absolute authority to break the law, they will learn they do not. Sovereigns hold the sovereign power over our government and abolish it unless it starts serving the interests of We the people.

Nobels.
All of our government is prohibited to issue any “Title of Nobility” and therefore only a “Foreign State” could have issued attorneys the title of “Esquire”. By accepting the title, all members of the BAR Association are “Foreign Agents” holding “Public Office” in violation of the original 13th Amendment of the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 in clear treason. Braveheart taught us, “It is the ability to compromise that makes a nobel.” Nobels share the following common trates:
A Nobel is willing to condemn the righteous and support the criminal.
A Nobel is willing to lie, cheat and steal to achieve power among the mob.
A Nobel will abandon his morals, ethics and principles to protect the power of the mob.
A Nobel will unite with other Nobels to carryout injustice against We the people.
These common practices are common trates among all Nobels that are easily seen once you overstand their crimes. For example: Nobels uniting in court to violate rights is a “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241, failure of these co-conspirators to protect the rights of a “Sovereign” is the crime of “Deprivation of rights under the color of law” 18 U.S.C. 242. These are punishable by up to 20 years in prison, for a “Judge” who acts without jurisdiction to violate Rights is punishable by death as treason. Every member of the BAR is liable and accountable for their personal conduct that causes an injury to a “Sovereign”. Jefferson said it best, “When the people fear government you have tyranny, when the government fears the people you have liberty.” Fear of accountability will force government back within the limitations of our law. Their fictions of law will no longer protect them from prosecution for the crimes they commit. The enforcement of law will bring order by holding those who believe they are above the law in government accountable to their “Oath of Office”. Every member of government is employed by We the people, We are the boss, not the governed. Our government is accountable to our Constitution and common law for their personal conduct. We have made them afraid to speak publically on the record, now we make them afraid to violate us in our courts of law. You “Judges” take warning you no longer know who knows the law and who don’t.
A jury of today is made up of individuals who are biased for or against the unknown “Defendant”. The original “Trial by Jury of peers” was established for a jury of people who know the Defendant to determine if he committed a crime or not. If he is found to have committed a crime he is turned over to the court for punishment. This is the justice system our nation was founded upon, that was lost to the Nobels and corrupted by those who operate it without common law.

Must restore law.
To restore law the “Constitution of the United States of America”1865 must be repealed and the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 must be restored with the original 13th Amendment restored to its rightful place of a “Constitutional Mandate”. The ability to abuse power and act without authority of law must end and law made certain without objection, challenge or rebuttal. Our “Constitutional Republic” requires that our God given Rights, Privileges and immunities must be absolute and above contestation by any authority of government. All “Fictions of law” (Codes, Rules, Regulations, Statutes and Ordinances) must be for government authorities only, We the people are only subject to “Common Law” as “Sovereigns”. Only a “Sovereign” can sign a “Complaint” to give “Personal and Subject Matter Jurisdiction” to any Article III Constitutional Court. No member of the “BRITISH ACCREDITED REGISTRY” (BAR Association) can appear in any Court within the United States of America, without “Agency” established by a “Sovereign” of “We the people”. “Common Law” requires “power of attorney” or verbal consent in open court to establish “Agency”. Only a “Sovereign” can establish “Agency” without a “Sovereign” no BAR member has any authority of common law to prosecute. Only a “Sovereign” who signed the “Complaint” under penalty of “Perjury” and subject to “cross examination”can be “Plaintiff”. All “Sovereigns” are entitled to this “Due Process of Law” by the 5th Amendment. “CORPORATIONS” are “dead in law” and have no authority of “Common Law” to institute or prosecute any case in any court of the United States of America state or federal.
All members of the BAR, are deemed ignorant of law for accepting a “Title of Nobility” of “Esquire” from the “Foreign State” of BAR Associations, establishing they are “Foreign Agents” of the “British Accredited Registry” prohibited to hold “Public Office” by the original 13th Amendment. No “Foreign Agent” can sit in “Judgment” of a “Sovereign”. Therefore, no “Foreign Agent” can be a “Judge” and preside over a “Sovereign” in any “Court of Justice” all trials must be by “jury of peers” those who know the “Defendant”. All “Judges” and members of government must be accountable to their “Oath of Office” and tried by “Law” of the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787. Any violation of this “Law” is grounds for removal of a public servant, if convicted can never hold public office again.
All Article IV legislative courts must be abolished and Article III Constitutional Courts restored. All Corporate Courts are issuing “Bills of Attainder” to punish “Sovereigns” without authority of law, jurisdiction or right to conduct judicial process. This is “Organized Crime of Treason”, being conducted under “Color of law”, by all “Foreign Agents” of the “Foreign State” of “BAR Associations”. All CORPORATE COURTS operating “Admialty Jurisdiction” (Law of the sea) upon the land are guilty of “Treason”, these are easily identified by flying the “American Flag with gold brey” in any courtroom within the United States of America. No “Judge” has any authority of law or jurisdiction under the law of the sea, upon the land. Any court flying an “Admiralty Flag” requires the “Judge” be arrested, charged, prosecuted and punished for treason and many other felony crimes.
God’s law tells me, “To accept anything as a reward for doing justice is rather extorting than accepting.” So I have not been paid for any case I have brought seeking justice filed in any court within the United States of America to date. While I cannot be paid to do justice, I will continue to produce truth about the corruption of government until I am paid to stop doing justice. One of these days my bank account will be full so I can retire from justice and focus on the important things of life. Until then I will just keep exposing the doozy by informing the public. Our gift to all “Sovereigns” is the free exchange of “Common knowledge” of how our government is supposed to be and how to hold them accountable, it is my sincere hope that “Common Law”, “Maxims” and our “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 will be restored to all “Sovereigns” who can use this website as authority of law to defeat all fictions of law of attorneys. What does it take?
We the people know right vs wrong and most are good honest people. The elites of government have abandoned the interests of We the people and allowed treason to be conducted in our courts, schools and institutions. We the people have repeatedly informed those who are legally bound to enforce our law only to be denied that which the law requires. The elites believe they are untouchable and cannot be held accountable, to date they are correct. These polished liars create great talking points that are spread throughout We the people and repeated as badges of honor to give credence to politicans of false honor. Honor is established by doing the right thing, even when it is unpopular to do so. All the hard work of We the people into the corruption of the elites is ignored, denied and dismissed to protect the corruption of our public offices. Trump has been show the corruption but his intent is focused on revenge not justice. Obama/Biden instituted the weaponizing of government against We the people. Trump wants us to believe it was all about him, but it was not, it was all about power over We the people. Anyone who dared to do the right thing and challenge the corruption was arrested, persecuted and held hostage for years without due process of law. Attorneys allowed these crimes because they all profited from the conspiracy of the elites.
Today the Trump Administration has changed the attorneys in office but they are all about the same desire power over the people. Sure they will attack individuals while ignoring the corrupt courts who engage in treason everyday. Trump is the master of creating a shiny object to be watched while the corruption rages behind the scenes. Trump has become a master to use our military as a weapon against the world to make them bow before his authority, which is part of Making America Great Again. But I must ask, “What does it take to get Trump to examine truth over the lies of his staff?” By surrounding himself with attorneys as his only source of information, he is being manipulated into the doing the desire of the elites over serving the interests of We the people. Sure there are bad actors, known and unknown, by We the people who use government to steal, lie and cheat the American People out of their birthright. The worst of these ware black robs, impersonate judges and act without jurisdiction or authority of law to punish all who are kidnapped and brought before the bar without due process of law. All attorneys protect this corruption by any means necessary, to maintain the power of mob rule over We the people. The Tories are loyal agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations who all share the “title of nobility” of “Esquire”. Tories are required by 22 U.S.C. 611 to be registered as foreign agents but since the Civil War have been allowed access to public office by treason to the original 13th Amendment. Our true “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 was desecrated by the British Loyalist in 1865 when they removed the original 13th Amendment and created the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America”. Since that time of our history these British loyalist have created fictions of law that give them mob power over sovereign power of We the people. We know the wrongs of attorneys and are beginning to doubt Trump’s conviction to fix this problem by restoring Article III “District Courts of the United States”. The current Article IV “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” have no authority to conduct any judicial process. This treason is raging out of control by foreign agents of the BAR Associations against We the people. The time is coming where you must choose a side, either you are for We the people or part of the elites creating the problem, the middle is shrinking and will soon be gone.
What does it take to get honest men to stand against evil? Our forefathers lived the tyranny of the British for generations before they stood up and took them on in the “American Revolution”. Benjamin Franklin said, “You have a Republic if you can keep it.” The time is coming where words will be put away and weapons drawn to deal with this problem. I pray a second “Civil War” is not necessary to restore justice, hold traitors accountable and restore the “Bill of Rights” to all of We the people. But if mob rule is allowed to continue, We the people are the biggest mob and can take care of business. TRUTH.

Democrat Party.
The Democrat Party was established in 1828 after the ratification of our 13th Amendment in 1819. British nobility still had a strong following in our nation at that time, the second attempt of the British to overthrow our Constitution had been defeated in the War of 1812. Those who believed in the democracy of mob rule created the democrat party who were Tories engaged in treason to undermine the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Their quest for absolute power over We the people has been allowed for almost 200 years, all those of the Democrat Party are seeking power, money and fame as members of the mob.
The BAR (British Accredited Registry) is an organized plot of England to destory our nation from within. By filling our government with traitors, who are loyal to the foreign state of England, their task is to turn sovereigns against our government by allowing individuals to be violated, persecuted and punished under the color of fictions of law in violation of our God given rights. These Tories removed our 13th Amendment and created the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America”1865 that prohibited them to hold any public office, as foreign agents of a foreign state. These Tories then instituted the 14th Amendment that stripped sovereigns of their sovereign power over government making them Citizens (Slaves) to the mob. After the Civil War these Tories created BAR Associations to take control of the Judicial Branch to act in treason of our Bill of Rights. The treason of the BAR was then incorporated into every State government to allow absolute power of mob rule to deny God given rights to We the people. The BAR declared a monopoly on the law by requiring all judges to have a license to practice law. This was done in treason to allow “Admiralty Jurisdiction” to operate upon the land in direct treason to the “Constitution for the United States of America”1787 that says the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. By making BAR members judges in Admiralty they became absolute power of law with no right of the people to challenge their authority. This was done by presenting the American Flag with a gold brey around it, signifying the judge is the captain of the court with absolute power to violate God given rights. Our Constitutional authority as sovereigns of our Republic was overthrown by the foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations.
So We the people can see this plot and overstand its creation with our sovereign power and Constitutional authority. All those seeking mob rule are the enemies of our Constitutional Republic and must be removed from our government. All Democrat Party members are liars who need you to believe their lies to continue their quest for absolute power over you. In a Republic every individual is protected from the absolute power of the mob, today that protection has been lost, but if We the people join together and demand our Republic be restored We the people will all benefit from it. The democrat loyalists are a very small faction of our society, Republicans are RINOs who are seeking power within the mob of government and then there is We the people who make up the Republic. We the people all believe differently but most of us share faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. If you are a democrat I ask you to search your soul to see if you agree with Democray of mob rule or the Republic of individual God given rights. Killing the dream.
My dream was to restore justice to We the people of the United States of America. To achieve this dream God took me through the corruption of our government and allowed it to abuse, persecute, defame and deprive me of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness under the color of law. Then God led me to His Law that supports our Constitution and condemns the conduct of our government. Two cases were presented to Trump, one for Certification of Law and the other to review the conduct of his veterans administration. These commercial instruments were lawfully served and like all corrupt government they were ignored by the President. The treason exposed, established by “dispositive fact”, has been condoned by our President and allowed to continue under the color of law. By this conduct Trump is aiding and abetting the treason of the judicial branch and refusing his legal duty to make sure the law is faithfully executed. Trump claims to be working to Make America Great Again and he is for the elites, We the people are being deprived of protection of law by our President who has joined the elites in their desire for mob rule. Trump now is the leader of the corruption of government supported by the elites of the foreign state of BAR Associations. Our Republic has been destoried by mob rule of Democracy. The original “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 ended with the original 13th Amendment that prohibited all “titles of nobility” to hold any public office. In 1865 this Amendment was removed and a fraudulent corporate “Constitution of the United States of America” was created that stands in fraud on We the people. The sovereignty of We the people was seized and we were all made citizens of the United States by the fraudulent 14th Amendment. We the people must restore our “Constitution for the United States of America”, ending with the original 13th Amendment and put every public office under their “Oath of Office” to support our Constitution. “Democracy” must be abolished in our “Constitutional Republic” and all states must provide a “Republican form of government” in compliance with Article IV, Section 4 of our Constitution. If Trump will not comply with his oath of office he must be impeached and removed and a new guard established for our security, his replacement cannot be a member of the BAR. It is time We the people joined together in opposition of the mob of attorneys who operate our government as their personal domain. They are employed by us and paid to serve and protect We the people an obligation they ignore. Until We the people stand united, we will be denied our God given rights, by those in government who are paid to defend, protect and enforce those rights in every court of this land. The illusion of power.
Trump is creating the illusion of power by the use of military power. He exercised it with the bombing of Iran. This was a demonstration of the capabilities of our military to coordinate, conduct and exercise military power for all the world to see. Since the gravy train has been shut off to Ukraine and Russia now they are willing to talk peace, funny all of those involved in this so-called war are all former members of the Soviet Union and allies of Democrats in the United States and around the world. These “cummunists” all believe in the “democracy” of “mob rule” where they have absolute power over the people. This is commonly known as the “New World Order” hidden under “Democracy”, “Democrat”, “Democratic Socialist” but all are communists in disguise. The 2024 Election put communism at the top of the ballot for the Democrat Party with the “Marxist” Kamala Harris, without a primary where Democrats were allowed a choice for their candidate. This was a coup to permanently overthrow the Constitution and seize military power to enforce mob rule in the United States of America. It failed because rational people seen the corruption of the Democrat Party and voted for Trump. But mob rule is already enforced by the military who are controlled by “Provost Marshalls”, who are all members of the foreign state of BAR Associations.
These dictators of law determine what is right and what is wrong based upon fictions of law known as the “UCMJ” (Uniform Code of Military Justice). There is no way to interpret the Constitution without “Common Law”, “God’s Law” known as “Maxims of Law”. These lawful authorities have been hidden from We the people in the interest of “Lawfare” fraudulently operated in every court within the United States of America. The foreign state of BAR Associations dictate what fictions of law are used in what jurisdiction, to allow the mob of attorneys to profit from persecuting or defending sovereigns of the United States of America. These are fought in fraudulent courts where imposter judges issue “Bills of Attainder” to act without jurisdiction to deny due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment. These judges should be arrested and charged with their treason, but the military controlled by BAR members refuse this lawful duty to enforce the Constitution. Their superiors bow to these BAR members of mob rule in direct treason to their oaths of office to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. “Lawfare” is the absence of “Common Law” practiced by all attorneys of the Foreign State of BAR Associations. It is the legal duty of “Provost Marshalls” defend any sovereign who files a complaint of Constitutional violations by a judge of any court within the United States of America, but they refuse to act in the interests of We the people. Every court in the United States of America is corrupt because they are controlled by the foreign state of BAR Associations. Dream.
America was great when We the people had justice, by vindicating those who are right and punishing those who are wrong. We the people have allowed the mob of attorneys to dictate who is right and who is wrong. This power has become a weapon used by attorneys to justify their criminal conduct and abusing their authority by persecuting We the people under the color of law. These attorneys have created a noble class in our nation in treason to our Constitutional Republic where attorneys are above the law and believe they cannot be held accountable PROVERBS 21:15 “It is joy to the just to do judgment: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.” The mob of attorneys have ruled our nation since the Civil War and created our nation as a nation of their morals, ethics and principles of what is right and what is wrong. These attorneys have abandoned God’s law and created fictions of law that govern their conduct against the “Constitution of the United States of America”. These imposter laws called Codes, Rules, Regulations, Statutes and Ordinances have one purpose to justify the violation of God given Rights, Privileges and Immunities secured in our Constitution. There is no lawful way to hold the traitors accountable, because our President refuses to take care the law is faithfully executed, he leaves accountability to attorneys who aid and abet the treason of eachother. Justice is denied to We the people in every court of our land, there is no court who serves the interests of We the people.
Our society has been hijacked by professionals who are above challenge by We the people and stand with one voice to defend the crimes of their comrades. Doctors, Attorneys and Clergy have united to govern society and force their will upon us. Doctors kill us with medical malpractice, Clergy promote same sex marriage and transgender issues that force acceptance and Attorneys hold anyone who disagrees accountable by their fraudulent “Fictions of law”. These professionals make up a very small minority of our society but dictate who is right and who is wrong, they are successful in this task by acting as a mob in opposition of all individuals who oppose their morality.
We the people who trust in God, knows this is not right but have no way to fight against the corruption of our institutions. Jefferson told us when a Republic is corrupted it must be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Those who operate the corruption must be removed and new guards appointed to secure our Republic. In my opinion this includes every member of government state and federal. This is a necessary step because all corrupt individuals who are left in government will corrupt the new guards of our society. God’s law is clear, “A person who is once bad is always presumed to be bad in the same kind of affair.” [632] Unless these professionals are held accountable We the people of this Nation have no standing.

Politicans are all liars.
Jefferson said once a republic is corrupted it must be destoried and rebuilt from the ground up. We the people all know democrats are egomaniacs seeking money, power and fame who lie about everything to maintain their standing among the ignorant. These are the minority of our nation, the majority are MAGA supporters who are sceptical of all politicans but are giving Trump the benefit of the doubt. We the people keep hoping and praying that someone will investigate the corruption of our government and put an end to the persecution of We the people. Everything Trump has done has been to get revenge against those who harmed him, expand his authority by making the Supreme Court act in his interest and profiting corporations by traffs on foreign products, opening markets to American products and causing foreign nations to bow before his authority. Trump talks a good talk, America First, Make America Great Again and taking back the government for the people. These are talking points that resonate with We the people and allow him to continue with his agenda. Like all lying politicans he will run out of time to get the job done, because his talking points are not his priorities.

I have sent him two cases that have the ability to right the wrongs of our society but they are ignored by him and his staff. They refuse to give the law power because it can hold them accountable as well. It is just an extention of lawfare where government acts without lawful authority. Trump claims to be stopping waste, fraud and abuse, but in fact he is only interested in stopping the low level theft while allowing the biggest fraud of our nation to continue without authority of law. No where in law is UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS given “Jurisdiction” to conduct judicial process as Article IV courts. All those imprisoned were denied due process of law required by the 5th Amendment, based upon fraudulent “Judgments” that are in fact “Bills of Attainder” prohibited to be issued by any public office, state or federal by Article I, Section 9 and 10. The leader of this treason is the “Supreme Court of the United States” who allows this treason to continue by using Clerks to dismiss cases that challenge jurisdiction. All attorneys are united against We the people and our Constitution.
Justice can only be obtained with accountability of those who have violated our law. Corruption is the common practice of our courts that can not be defeated because they use fictions of law to justify their fraudulent judgments. Because our courts are controlled by foreign agents, of the foreign state of BAR Associations, required to be registered as “Foreign Agents” by the “Foreign Agent Registered Act” 22 U.S.C. 611, our courts are corrupt by their chief design, operated for the profit of BAR members at tax payer’s expense.
Attorneys will never challenge these corrupt courts because they all profit from their fraud. Attorneys will never act in the interests of We the people they are loyal to the foreign state of BAR Associations. Judges are all guilty of treason but they will never be prosecuted because the BAR Associations control all the courts. The facts, law and evidence is pending in the Missouri Supreme Court as follows:

The above facts are ignored because they are the interest of We the people. The corruption of attorneys as judges of our courts will never be held accountable for their treason. Our President will never have all his power until he stops listening to attorneys and exercises his common law authority to hold bad actors accountable. Our nation will never be united as a two party system, Democrats have no authority of law in a Constitutional Republic, until they are held accountable We the people will never be “One Nation under God”. These are the priorities of We the people that will never be addressed by any lying politician. Prove me wrong!!!!
