Ignorance.
We the people are ignorant of our true sovereign power to hold the government accountable. We the people are ignorant, by design of the mob, who seeks total power over all of us sovereigns of We the people. Under the fabricated system of government, We the people have been made citizens (slaves) by the 14th Amendment. This was accomplished long ago by the government creating the fraudulent corporate “Constitution of the United States of America” 1865, removing the original “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 that ended with the 13th Constitutional Mandate. The mob of government done all this corruption in the turmoil of the Civil War, in a time when sovereigns of We the people, were kept ignorant due to limited access to information of the government’s treason. The first BAR Association was established in Philadelphia in 1802, the original 13th Constitutional Mandate was proposed in Congress in 1810 that caused the British to try a second military takeover of America in the War of 1812, when that failed, in 1819 the original 13th Amendment was ratified that prohibited anyone who holds a “Title of Nobility” from holding any public office of trust or profit of the United States or several States. In response in 1828 the Democratic Party, made up of “British Loyalists” of the BAR Associations created the mob of attorneys, who were given the “Title of Nobility” of “Esquire” in secret to control the government from within. Today this “Nobel Class” has abandoned the Constitution and Common Law that dictate what the government can and cannot do, to seize power from We the people and establish the mob of attorneys as the Supreme authority of law. The mob is creating “fictions of law” (Codes, Rules, Regulations, Statutes & Ordinances) to replace the “Common Law” that is the foundation of our Nation. This “fiction of law” is used by the mob of attorneys to protect the corruption of BAR members who are engaged in treason to make the United States of America fail and return power to the “Nobel Class” commonly known as the “Elites”. These “Elites” are not limited to the mob of attorneys, the mob is made up of all who support “fictions of law” over the “Supreme Law of the Land”.
The arrogance of the “elites” today, is the restoration of the mob rule of the British that caused the American Revolution. Unlike the ignorant people of Australia and England We the people of the United States of America refuse to give up our guns. By exercising our 2nd Amendment Right to bare arms, clearly established by God’s Law that the people have the right to arm themselves against the armed. We the people have stopped the advance of mob rule in our Nation. The mob is made up of Attorneys, Democrats, Socialists, Liberals and Communists. All of these share a common objective of power over the sovereign people of the United States and believe they are above the law. Our government is a government of limited power as established by the 10th Amendment, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
If the power is not delegated by our Constitution, then government has no authority to do it. We the people as sovereigns have all authority, rights, privileges and immunities our Constitution provides and government cannot put limitations upon us except by “Common Law”. We the people are not subject to “fictions of law” and no government official has any authority of law to make We the people accountable to them, all government employees are subject to accountability by any sovereign of the United States. We the people hold sovereign power over our government and when we speak on the Constitution we speak for all sovereigns of this Nation. The Constirution is truth to the limited power of government and the unlimited power of We the people. A sovereign is only subject to a “Complaint” signed by an “Injured Party”. A sovereign is not accountable to any government official, a sovereign is only accountable to another sovereign who they have injured. It is God’s law, “No one is above the law.” “The law does not fail in showing justice.” The failure of law is the fault of our government by refusal to enforce it, this failure is done in treason and many other felonies by malfeasance defined by Black’s Law Dictionary 8th Edition, Page 976 as follows:
“malfeasance n. A wrongful or unlawful act; esp. wrongdoing or misconduct by a public official.”
Every sovereign has the authority to challenge any public official for malfeasance in our Public Offices. But because our courts are corrupt and controlled by the mob of attorneys, the right of all sovereigns to damages for malfeasance is “moot”. This is the legal duty of Trump to fix, by restoration of Article III Constitutional Courts. A duty he has ignored to date. This has created many “faults” within his Administration.

The fight.
We the people have been praying for change, but change never comes. We the people have been seeking justice, but justice never comes. I have petitioned every institution of government for accountability of treason, but my pleas are ignored by those with the power to make a difference. We the people who are sovereign and proud of it, are made outcasts by those profiting from the crimes of the mob. The mob is not limited to the democrats and attorneys, it controls every Public Office of the United States of America. The power of the mob is dependant upon the support of We the people, today Trump has that support, this is a fragile thing that can be broken. Democrats lost the support of We the people in the 2020 Election where they stole the White House against the will of We the people. Attorneys lost it because of their persecution of Trump, We the people seen many unlawful common practices that were used in our lives, so they identified with Trump. Those who have educated themselves are the vast majority of We the people, who have done due diligence to obtain knowledge and escaped the indocrination of formal education. All those who surround Trump are the best of the best that the education system can provide, they are united in the mob and bad mouth all who challenge their authority. Surely Trump knows this, but his actions, or lack thereof, shows complicity with the mob. We the people are fighting for truth, justice and the American way, while the mob seeks power, wealth and popularity by any means necessary.
The tools of the mob are defamation, malfeasance and fault, with these tools they shape false narratives and maintain power by destorying others. This is accomplished by social media who limits knowledge of individuals to the disinformation of the mob. For example, if the mob is to be believed Trump is a rapist, fraud, racist, dictator who wants to be king. To the ignorant of law, this ruling is evidence Denny Hardin is a rightfully convicted felon, who is not to be believed. All the courts have united to dismiss all petitions presented by Denny Hardin because the mob cannot defend their treason. The mob is silent in their defense of welding power not authorized by law, by conspiracy the right to be heard is ignored, denied and dismissed to protect the corruption of the mob. In truth Denny Hardin has proved by law all courts are corrupt, the mob is struggling to keep this truth hidden to allow the treason to continue. Denny Hardin’s truth is available to all by his website, that has not once been challenged by any member of the mob, the facts, law and evidence of his conviction prove treason by the judicial branch. The ivy league attorneys are indocrinated into the “Fiction of law” that allow the fraud of “Lawfare” in our courts. In my opinion, the courts are the biggest threats to our Constitutional Republic. The elites are given justice, while We the people are denied the same. The mob of the courts are allowed to allow or deny that which law requires. The mob of attorneys lie, cheat and steal the life, liberty and freedom of We the people. As long as the mob of attorneys is allowed to continue government will not be trusted by We the people. Until the mob of attorneys is held accountable treason will be the common practice of our government. I can only pray someday Trump will see the light of truth and do the job he was elected to do of draining the swamp. This act will bring the Golden Age of America, where law and order dictate justice, where all respect the impartiality of the Courts and trust the due process of law to operate the same for all, where wrongs are corrected and right is established. Magistrate power.
We the people of the United States of America elect our President by our sovereign right to vote. The “President of the United States” is a “President of a Republic” with “Magistrate powers”. A President does not have the title of “King” but does possess all the powers of a King as “Magistrate of the United States of America”. The sovereign power of our President comes from the “Common Law” that ordains the President’s authority to govern on behalf of We the people. Attorneys have deminished the powers of our President, to allow foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations to control our Nation by mob rule without authority of law. The mob of attorneys restrict the powers of our President by fraudulent “Bills of Attainder”, issued by fraudulent courts, that punish Trump for exercising the powers of the “Public Office” of “President of a Republic”. This is fraudulently done without authority of law, without jurisdiction and without support of We the people of the United States of America. The mob of attorneys have become dictators of what is right and what is wrong based upon their opinion, without authority of law that supports their opinion.
Point One:
What is law? The “Constitution for the United States of America” and “Common Law” are the only “Real Law” as “God’s Law” found in the “Maxims of Law”. The mob has created “fake law” that by their name proves they are not “Law”, Codes, Rules, Regulations, Statutes and Ordinances are the authorities of “Lawfare” with no authority of “Law”. “All Codes, Rules and Regulations are for government authorities only , not human Creators in accordance with God’s Law, all Codes, Rules and Regulations are unconstitutional lacking due process…” Rodriguez vs Ray Donavan (US Dept. of Labor).
Point Two:
What is a “Magistrate”? By definition, “magistrate n. 1. The highest-ranking official in a government, such as a king in a monarchy, the president in a republic, or the governor in a state.” By fraud the mob of attorneys have created fake statutory law that created fake magistrates in the judicial branch of our government. This is usurpation of power from the “President”, by the mob, to deminish the president’s authority to take Care the law is faithfully executed.
Point Three:
What is the power of a Magistrate? As Magistrate, Trump is given the authority to sit in judgment of every Public Office of both the Federal and State Governments as the highest ranking official. The Constitution and Common Law gives Trump the authority to hire and fire any public official who acts without authority of law, violates their “Oath of Office” or fails to support the Constitution. These establish cause for termination of the individual. Termination is final, there is no appeal process because there is no higher-ranking official of our Republic. If Trump believes an individual is a threat, derelict in their duties or detrimental to the Chief design of government he has the authority of law to decommission the Public Office and Order a replacement by appointment or election within a state.
Point Four:
What is a magistrate’s Decree? The mob of attorneys have created the statutory “Executive Orders” that is allowed or rejected by the fraudulent courts who act without authority of law to limit the Presidency. Trump has the power to issue a National “Decree” to correct wrongs of the past that conflict with the Constitution and Common Law. For example: sovereigns are being deprived of a “Republican Form of Government”, guaranteed by the Constitution, by state governors who are engaged in treason to operate a democracy within our Constitutional Republic. Trump as “magistrate” has the authority of law to terminate all Democrat Governors and issue a “Decree” that all members of the Union of States must comply with Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution to restore a Republican Form of government to We the people by November of 2026.
As magistrate Trump has the Constitutional authority to terminate all Democrats in both the House and Senate of Congress for treason of operating democracy in our Constitutional Republic. This can be lawfully done by a “Decree” to all member States of the Union to recall all democrat Representatives and Senators and replace them with Republicans. A Republican is a sovereign established by being born in a State of the Union to a parent born in a State of the Union. Only Sovereigns can represent Sovereigns in our Constitutional Republic and hold Public Office.
As magistrate, Trump has the Constitutional authority to issue a “Decree” to make the Judicial Branch review all criminal cases and release all prisoners held without a “Complaint” signed by an injured party in violation of the 5th Amendment. This violation is present in 95% of cases conducted in lawfare.
As magistrate Trump has the Constitutional authority to issue a “Decree” that all legislative Article IV “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” are abolished as unconstitutional and the Judicial Article III “District Courts of the United States” are restored to We the people. All magistrates of these courts are terminated for ignorance of law and all judges are ordered back within their Constitutional authority subject to accountability for violations of the “Bill of Rights”.
Each of the above are necessary steps to restore law and order in our Constitutional Republic. We the people have been deprived of our sovereign power over government and made slaves to the mob of attorneys engaged in the treason of lawfare. I welcome all lawful challenges to the sovereign power of We the people and challenge all democrats to prove they have any authority of law in our Constitutional Republic. Truth.

Cut Throat Politics.
We the people have been drawn into the game of deception that is an age old game of identity politics. Our society has been conditioned to accept the lies, feelings and perspective of politicians as gospel, but they are not. Obama created this spectacle based upon lies, he told us himself, if you tell a lie enough the people will believe it is true. Democrats whole game is spreading lies fraudulently claiming they are true. The biggest lie is the United States of America is a democracy. This is done to give power to those who support mob rule and quest for power and wealth at any cost. There is no limit to the lies of Democrats and nothing they will not say to weaken their opposition. Democrats believe We the people are ignorant and cannot be trusted to govern ourselves, therefore they creat false narratives to increase their influence over their followers. Of course they are not trusted by We the people who have abandoned them to join the truth of MAGA. We the people see the corruption of Democracy by the stolen election of 2020, the bribes and business deals that steals from tax payers, that punish with lawfare all who oppose them, who break every law without accountability, who increase inflation to persecute the poor, who protect the liars of the mob, who stand united in their war against God and all those who follow Jesus Christ. All these weak minded, ignorant individuals of the LGBTQ and the woke mob are the tools of Democrats to act as mockingbirds to spread their lies. We the people all have the ability to engage in this system of hate based on lies, but the wise take a different path.
The Democrat Party is made up of fools who believe they are all powerful as a member of the mob and will never be held accountable. The 2024 Election was a rejection of Democracy and all the lies they told to deminish Trump in the eyes of We the people. The mob utilized the attorneys of the mob to block all challenges to the 2020 Election Fraud, prosecuted Trump for fraud and branded him a racist, rapist and dictator without proof. The mob of media conducted a “Public Persecution” of Trump to weaken his image among We the people, they United the hate of We the people to follow the false narrative “Trump is bad”. This is true Trump is bad for the mob.
I still believe Trump is the best chance We the people have to restore our “Constitutional Republic”. Democrats have lost their funding for promoting Democracy around the world by the cuts to USAID. The Democrats have lost the kickbacks from foreign nations for appropriation of our tax dollars. Trump has stopped the invasion of illegals across our borders. Trump stopped the cheating in our elections by stopping Democrats goal of having illegals vote and be counted in our census. Trump has exposed Obama’s scheme of the Russia Hoax and the treason he conducted during the Biden Administration. All of these things are good for We the people, but baby steps compared to steps necessary to drain the swamp. Because Trump is surrounded by members of the mob, accountability is being slow walked. I believe Trump to be a man of his word, so the only explanation that makes any sense is, the mob is conducting damage control within the Administration. By protecting the mob, the Trump agenda is being stagnated, in the hope the power of the mob can survive. All the insiders of the mob have Trump’s ear on policy, they all seek the same thing power as an elite of the mob. Until law and order is restored by punishment of those who have violated our law, the mob will retain power. The mob will die when treason is punished in accordance with Article III, Section 3 by Congress, when attorneys are forced to hold their own accountable and media is punished for the lies they spread. Only then will TRUTH be restored in our Nation. Truth is of God no matter who speaks it.

Failure.
We the people have been fighting for justice for decades only to be denied by those who swore an Oath to support and defend the Constitution. Their failure to investigate and prosecute those who have violated our law is the reason our Nation is failing. These public servants have turned a blind eye to what is right and what is wrong, they believe they are entitled to immunity for all they do, when in fact when they violate the Constitution and Bill of Rights all immunity is lost. If you are reading this chances are you have watched the fight for justice I have been waging against our government. Government has been given irrefutable evidence of crimes and treason, but have failed to stop these violations and continued on with business as usual. This failure is by Trump and every member of his Administration. The 2024 Election was a Mandate for change of how government operates, we all hoped the wrongs of the past would be corrected, but it seems government wants to move forward and allow the past wrongs to stand. As long as these wrongs stand, our government is not to be trusted, it is just a continuation of the same old policy with different actors. Most of these share the title of nobility of esquire and thereby the power of mob rule, which they wield with an iron fist. Trump told me you are just mad the court did not rule your way. This is true. I am mad the courts ruled against my Constitutional Rights, refused to enforce the laws of our land, kidnapped me and held me hostage for 13 years, all without jurisdiction or authority of law. But the thing that angers me most is those in government who have been lawfully informed has aided and abetted this treason and allowed it to continue to persecute We the people without limitation. To these public servants We the people are ignored except at election time when our vote is needed, their job is to represent the interests of We the people but the only people considered are the elites, the rest of us have no voice, no right to be heard or authority to challenge the conduct of elites.
The “Nobel Class” of elites are all guilty of treason and united in their crimes. They have been showing us for years that they are above the law and cannot be held accountable. Every attempt to bring the criminals to justice falls short and the treason is allowed to continue. This cycle has been played in every administration since the Civil War and no end is in sight. Trump is a “convicted felon” who has received exoneration from the courts for his frauds, I cannot help but wonder did he use the information I gave him to threaten the courts to rule in his favor, you be the judge. Of course Trump has willfully neglected his duty under Article II Section 3 to faithfully execute the law and shut down the corrupt courts. But Trump allows them to continue their treason to violate We the people as long as they rule in his favor. Is this justice or corruption? The answer is clear it is justice for the elites and corruption for We the people. The mob requires loyal supporters to carry out their scheme of operating government as an organized crime syndicate with the Donald as their leader. This system caused the creation of R.I.C.O. by government to stop those in the private sector from engaging in the organized crime of government.
History has been distorted to condemn the mafia. The truth is the mafia stated in Sicily because the police were corrupt and did not protect the people, so the elders united to listen to the complaints of the people and corrected them by holding the criminals accountable. Justice was served without government. Of course government went after the leaders because corrupt government officials were dealt justice without due process of their corrupt courts. The mafia was the right of the people to establish new guards for their security when government fails to provide protection of law. This was the founding principle of the United States of America when they declared “Independence” from the tyranny of England. History repeats itself because today We the people are living under the tyranny of mob rule of those loyal to the British Accredited Registry (BAR). We the people are coming to a choice of whether or not to throw off our government and establish new guards for our liberty and freedom or resurrect our Constitution and laws to hold government accountable. Government is only as powerful as it is supported by those it governs. Democrats have lost our support by their lies and deception, Republicans are on thin ice for their refusal to prosecute treason of the Judicial Branch, they are faced with a conflict of interests because most of government are loyal to the BAR. Every member of We the people should fire their attorney never to hire one again. Attorneys do not serve our interest, they are united against us. This is evident by not challenging the jurisdiction of the corrupt courts they know are acting in treason without authority of law. Because they profit from this organized crime, all allow the corruption to continue, every defendant is denied this due process of law by their attorney of record. Of course We the people could sue these attorneys for damages but in what court? All courts are controlled by the BAR and all crimes of attorneys are protected by the corrupt courts. God’s truth.

Titles.
We the people is the title of sovereign power of the United States of America. It is the authority to accept or reject those we allow to use the titles of our Public Offices. When We the people exercise our power to vote, We are expressing our belief of what is best for the whole. Every vote is a vote of conscience that the individual truely believes is the best path for going forward for our Nation. We the people are the guardians of our Constitutional Republic with the moral obligation to preserve our sovereign power for all future generations of Americans to come. We the people have failed in this obligation by allowing corrupt government to become the authority of law, through lies, trickery and deception We the people are violated by the titles of government who have adopted mob rule of communism. We the people bestow one title that is the most Supreme Power of the United States of America, the title of “President of the United States”. This title is the only one where all of We the people have the right to vote for or against the person who will exercise our sovereign power for the next four years. All other elections are divided amongst the States, where We the people of the State make the choice of who will be allowed to use the title of our State for the term of the office. As sovereigns We the people all share this moral obligation to cast our vote and voice our opinion about who will best protect our rights, privileges and immunities with the title bestowed on them. These titles have become the badge of power sought after by politicans to exercise as their personal domain. These titles are obtained by lies, cheating, false promises and manipulation of facts, but once elected they ignore all lawful duties to silence We the people who put them there. Accountability is when a lieing politician is removed from Public Office by We the people who elected them. This sovereign power is shared by all sovereigns who share the power to enforce the Oath of Office of every Public Office and hold every politican to prove their lawful authority to act. God’s law is clear, “So the law is written.”
Democracy is treason of the public office to conduct mob rule in our Constitutional Republic. It is also treason of the Public Offices tasked with the legal duty to enforce our Constitution and laws, but refuse to carryout this obligation. Today there is more treason in our government than lawful representation because “Absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Our forefathers rejected “Democracy” because it allowed the mob to violate the rights of the individual, our Republic is one where the individual has the right to stand against the mob by the right to freedom of speech. Democracy was the mob rule of England that our forefathers fought and died to defeat, for this reason Democracy does not appear in any of our founding documents, We the people have been lied to by all Democrats that the United States of America is a Democracy. These lying politicans have created the false narrative that We are a two party system of Democrat and Republican, the purpose of this lie is to allow democrats to fraudulently claim power in our Republic and solicit support for their treason. The ignorant among We the people blindly follow the Democrats and do their bidding when Democracy is lawfully challenged. They become the mob of democracy, that media promotes as the majority of We the people and the attorneys protect from accountability of their crimes. Every act of Democracy within the United States of America is an act of treason, no Public Office can be legally held by a democrat.
Every state who has a democrat “Governor” is engaged in treason to the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 by refusing We the people of that State a “Republican Form of Government” guaranteed by Article IV Section 4. Without authority of law Democrats have exercised power to violate the individual by the mob of government monopolies. Attorneys fraudulently claim only they can prosecute, judges fraudulent claim only they can sit in judgment and Governors claim they have Supreme authority of state rights. There is no power of government that cannot be exercised by We the people who are the “Creators” of our system of government. The mob of Democrats claim only they have power and severely punish every attempt to hold them accountable, this is the democrat created system of “lawfare”. In “lawfare” of Democracy fraudulent courts, conduct fraudulent judicial process, without a “complaint” in denial of due process of law required by the 5th Amendment. This is the organized crime of our government. With this understanding all Democrats must be removed from our Public Offices and no Democrat should be allowed on the ballot of any State. We the people can only unite when the treason of Democracy is defeated. This eliminates the vote of party loyalty and makes every politican subject to the will of We the people and accountable for their conduct. Democrats have butchered our Constitutional Republic with all their power grabs since the Civil War, We the people must reject mob rule of Communism, Socialism and Progressives and restore the rights, privileges and immunities of our Constitution to all members of We the people. Today the mob determines our rights, not what is written. If it is this bad today what will life in the United States for our great grand children be like? We the people must see clearly, with the eye of an Eagle, to the truth of our corrupt government and fight to have the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon restored. Blessed.
We the people are all individuals who together make up the whole. We have all lived our lives according to God’s plan for us always searching for truth and purpose. I have been blessed with many adventures some great and others terrible, all of these have created the man I am today. I have stood at death’s door many times and was saved for what I do not know. I have lived rich among the powerful and been invisible as a homeless. I have known love, betrayal and been blessed with the love of a great woman. I have been blessed with secrets that no one else seems to know or seems to care about. This life of mine has been exciting, boring and filled with memories that are mine alone, some good and some bad. But in this life of mine I have always felt I have some purpose to fill in this world, but seem shut out by all those I approach to provide them assistance. Gone are the days I wore tailor made suits everyday and did not own a pair of bluejeans. Gone are the days of formal dinning, business lunches and parties with friends from around the world. All of these things were preparing me for what I do not know but there is a nagging sense that the best is yet to come. There are few who can walk among the elites and understand their lives and at the same time walk among the poor and understand their problems. There are few who can walk into court and know the law is being broken and the authorities that make it so. There are few who can provide insight into the big problems and have suggestions on how to fix them. Few who are tasked with fixing the problems have the desire to fix them, there is usually conflict of interests in doing so. The cycle is clear for all to see, the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer. All share a common desire to enjoy life.
Today the only thing I can afford to do that I enjoy is fishing. My whole life is reduced to living paycheck to paycheck and keeping the bills paid. But everyday I have a nagging sense that I am being prepared for something, what I do not know. But through all the good and all the bad God has been with me, through my life my faith has been tested many times and God has aways prevailed. So until God shows me the next adventure I will enjoy my days of going fishing with friends. I am blessed and I pray you feel blessed too.

Rebellion.
We the people have been indocrinated to spread the talking points of government, some for and some against. This is how We the people are divided within ourselves. Government determines their actions based upon polling of a small number to determine what talking point has the majority. Most talking points are false narratives designed to give government power to deal with the made up problem. As long as We the people are talking about it, government uses it as a battle cry to rally its followers to support their narrative. The reporters of these false narratives are fake journalists who falsely claim the narrative is true and provide the talking points of the issue. If We the people start talking about it, then it is transformed into a Public Spectacle that consumes the media with all supporters acting as mockingbirds to chime the narrative.
To see this clearly, let’s examine the false narrative of “Democracy”. In our “Constitutional Republic” there is one party, democracy is the attempt to establish majority rule in opposition to individual rights of the sovereigns who hold sovereign power over our government. We the people, are divided under the false narrative, that the United States of America is a democracy. This is defeated by Article IV, Section 4 of our Constitution that guarantees a Republican Form of government in every state. Obama said it best if you lie to the people enough they start believing it is true. This is the foundation of mob rule, the century old false narrative is We are a democracy. This is supported by all media that spreads the talking points like “our democracy is under attack”, “our democracy is at stake”, “our democracy is under threat”, “we must unite to save our democracy”, etc. Truth is there is no “Our Democracy”. Democrats lie to spread false narratives about their treason to our Constitutional Republic like “We protect the rights of the people”, “we support a woman’s right to choose abortion”, “we support same sex marriage”, “we support men in women’s sports”, “we support men in women’s locker rooms”, “we support LGBTQ rights”, “we support illegals”, etc. In truth this representation of democracy in our Constitutional Republic is treason. Every democrat holding public office is guilty of treason. But those entrusted to enforce our law are afraid to do what the law requires, put all democrats on trial for treason and when found guilty punish them. The problem is Republicans have become part of the mob and refuse to prosecute members of the BAR. Democracy is the party of ignorance that always promises the world, but never keep their promises. The reason democrats are fighting so hard is because polling says only 20% of We the people support their talking points. Those 20% are the problem because they support the treason of democracy in our republic. We the people have the ability to defeat democracy by our right to remain silent, when We the people refuse to support a talking point, by not repeating it, the talking point dies. Time to stop support for false narratives and challenge those you present them, whether media, politician, friend or family. Truth is truth and lies are lies, it is one or the other. If you have been talking a lie, accept you were wrong and speak the truth. Truth must unite to defeat the lies to save our Republic.

Those of us of We the people who have survived to old age against all odds are the forgotten. Our value to corporate America is now zero so the consideration of us is mute. The money hungry elites have made their millions and their greed has established the common practice of advancing by walking on the backs of others. Oh us old people were the hot commodity of years gone by, but now are forced into poverty by the same elites who used us to make their millions. Let’s put this in perspective for you. I am the lowest among you, I am a veteran, a felon, a carpenter, a maintenance man, a jack of all trades and a master of some. My whole life I have served the man to achieve his dreams but lacked the resources to achieve my own. The elite has all the resources necessay to become rich with the power to help others but their greed makes them stingy. Their reward is of this world, but I am not of this world, my life has been in the service of others, a selfless life but one I am proud of. Oh sure I have made mistakes that have cost me dearly, but I am smart enough to learn from those mistakes and became a better person. On the other hand the rich man is all about their money and toys. They spend their lives competing with the Jones, they make millions in profits but will not share any of it with their employees. This is insanity, because they pay hugh taxes on all those profits not realizing all they give their employees is a tax deduction. In their greed they starve all those who serve their needs in this corporate dog eat dog world of theirs.
I have not been given an opportunity to conduct business by the morals, ethics and principles of our forefathers. These were taught to me by the Japanese, who operate their society based upon the principles of our forefathers. Japanese Corporations employees are hired for life, with bonuses based upon the company’s performance, mine was three months salary twice a year. I will always be grateful to the Japanese who accepted me as a high school dropout and taught me the morals, ethics and principles of American business. Under this philosophy good business is one where everybody prospers, bad business is one where anyone suffers. I say the dog eat dog world of today’s business environment in the United States is bad business, because the majority suffers while the minority prospers. The leader of this greed is the Bankers who use credit discrimination to keep the majority in debt by denying the resources necessay to succeed. In Japan the Bankers serve the people by providing resources and helping the people succeed in their business ventures. They believe if they invest in 10 businesses and one success, it will make up the loses of the other 9. The difference is everyone is given the opportunity to try, so the middle class of Japan was 90% of the people with 5% rich and 5% poor. All are respected equally in Japan, which is the reason very little crime occurs in their Nation.
When I returned home with this knowledge I tried to do good business, but the dog eat dog world of business in America refused the morals, eithics and principles of good business and I could not in good conscience serve the Corporate world, so I became a carpenter, I liked working with my hands and I was good at it. This trade allowed me to like the person I see in the mirror, while all those who serve the corporate world hate who they are because they cannot look themselves in the eye and like the person they have become. With a shoe string budget We have created websites that are followed around the world. The rich have all the resources but do nothing for We the people. Us poor with very limited resources do all we can to help the people. Trump as the example of the rich owns golf courses all over the world, I cannot afford the green fee to play golf, golf is a luxury I cannot afford. Trump can eat all the fancy dishes prepared by the best chefs, I eat what I can afford not what I want. Trump serves the elites while the poor suffer, I serve the poor from the attacks of the elites. Our forefathers created a “Constitutional Republic” where We the people hold sovereign power over our government, but that was stolen by the elites who have made us slaves to be used by them. We the old don’t want to be rich, we just want to live a peaceful life without worry of how to pay the bills, want to have enough to eat what we want and alittle extra to take a trip every now and then. My last vacation was in 1992. I ask you based upon this information who do you think lives a life of shame the rich or the poor?
Jesus said it best what do you gain by gaining the whole world while losing your soul? I believe the greatest sin is having so much and the ability to help the poor but not doing so.God knows the truth.

Nexus.
For the last year I have been dealing with the corruption of Veterans’ Disability. Recently, I contacted Nexus to proceed with my case based upon Supreme Court Presedence that all doubt must be determined in favor of the veteran. I was informed that their services would cost half of my benefits for a year. I informed them attorneys in Missouri are limited to a third, they said they are not attorneys. So I contacted the VA and learned that a decision I disagree with can be appealed to a higher authority. They emailed me the documents I needed to file, I filled them out and mailed them in less than an hour. Nexus would have done the same thing for 50% of my benefits for a year. These NGOs are predators that prey upon the weak, aged and feeble veterans who are fighting everyday to survive. The common trates are always the same, they control your application process and convince you not to proceed. This was presented to Doug Collins and President Trump as follows:

Of course government is united in their denial of benefits to veterans. They make it sound like they are there for us, but in truth, they just dismiss, deny and reject all claims. Attorneys have made it a system of extortion where to get benefits you must pay them. This is the common practice of all government when providing services to We the people who pay their salaries. Since our President neglects those who petition him, why would any other government official do their job. They are all paid by We the people but none serve the interests of us. They are secure in their corruption and all crimes are ignored.
The measure of a good man is his attention to details, if you do not handle the little stuff the big stuff suffers. Our government is on very shaky ground and has lost the majorities’ trust in their ability fix the problem. Trump has failed every opportunity to show his Administration serves the interest of We the people. But Trump is fixated on revenge, paying back those who wronged him, which he is entitled. But We the people are just as entitled to accountability of those who have wronged us. God’s law is clear, “Punishment to some, dread to all.” This is what attorneys fear most, because if Presedence is set and some are held accountable, that means all can be held accountable. This would stop many of the injustices or our government. Trump by fixating on revenge is getting those who hurt him, while leaving all the rest of the corruption in tact to prey upon We the people. Which do you think is more important? 1) If you mess with Trump you are held accountable. or 2) If you violate the rights of We the people you are held accountable. The first provides the illusion of justice, the second is justice. The mob of attorneys must be defeated or their organized crime of “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241 will continue. When the mob is accountable all are subject to punishment for their crimes. This requires those entrusted with enforcement of law to do their jobs, but the mob protects the treason of attorneys, so justice is denied. My cases might seem to be a little thing in the scheme of things, but they have the potential to set our nation back on track of law and order. By stripping the power of corruption to violate We the people, fear will be planted in every attorney that justice can hold them accountable. All must fear the law otherwise there is no incentive not to break it. We the people have been subject to lawfare of attorneys that allow persecution of We the people under color of law in organized crime of conspiracy, the time has come that attorneys fear the law for their criminal conduct. They will never know who is capable of holding them accountable, therefore they will stop all criminal conduct in fear of accountability. Case #1 is before Trump but to date he has refused to enforce the law, allowing attorneys to continue their corruption, as follows:

The time is coming where I will just give up talking reason to the powers that be and wait on the Civil War the is coming. God’s law is clear in times of war the law is silent, We the people could silence the law or government could enforce it, your choice. Truth.
