Regret.
We the people have a moral responsibility to leave our Constitutional Republic in tact for all generations to come. The problems of today were caused by those who came before who allowed Democracy of mob rule to become superior to the sovereignty of We the people. The mob of government has made it profitable to persecute the people for imaginary crimes that are punished without due process of law. As a sovereign, We the people are each and everyone the King or Queen of our own lives, who are only accountable to an injured party who signs a complaint under penalty of perjury. The mob of government has stolen our sovereign power to make themselves rulers of our lives. The Spirit of America is the freedom and liberty to live our lives as We see fit as long as it does not hurt another sovereign. Every sovereign is accountable to all sovereigns for their actions that hurt another sovereign. Only a complaint signed by a sovereign can give personal and subject matter jurisdiction to a judge to hear a case against a sovereign. The sovereign who signed the complaint must be named “Plaintiff” and the accused is the “Defendant”. Justice today is determined by the mob of attorneys who persecute in the name of a “fictitious entity”, the “STATE” or “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. This system is corrupt because the accused is denied the right to cross examine their accuser, thus the denial of due process of law required under the 5th Amendment.
All sovereigns are entitled to a “Trial by jury of peers” (people who know them). If a prosecutor can prove to 12 sovereigns of a jury who know the Defendant, he/she caused injury to another sovereign the jury can turn over the sovereign to the judge for punishment. This is the system of justice our nation was founded upon by our forefathers.
Today the mob has created the system of “Jury Trial” where 12 people, who do not know the accused are lied to, coerced and manipulated to condemn a defendant without knowledge of his/her character. The mob of attorneys are masters of character assassination that destory the character of the accused to those who have no knowledge of the individual’s true nature. Good or bad is irrelevant in this corrupt system, all are guilty until proven innocent. It is my intent to restore justice by ending this corruption.
I would hate to stand before God and have to explain why I had power to restore justice in God’s promised land and refused to honor God’s law.
This will not be my regret because I have done all I can to show the facts, law and evidence to those with power and duty to restore justice, it is out of my hands and in theirs. There has never been a complaint signed against me, so I stand with clean hands. I am an “injured party” seeking justice from those required by law to provide it to all sovereigns of our Nation. Right or wrong we will all be judged by God for our acts or failure to act.

Loyality.
Loyality is the belief that what you support is the right thing to do. When there are doubts, loyality is deminished and support dwindles. My loyality is to God as the right thing to do, but like all loyalties there are always those who create doubts about things we know to be right. My doubts are not in God, but in myself as capable of the task I am working on of restoring justice to We the people. My opposition is every public office within the United States of America, united they are known as the “Mob of government”. Together they can break any law without accountability or so they believe. God sent me to test their character and to date they have all failed. They have been shown right to undo wrong, but for whatever reason they have refused to restore the foundation of God’s Land as a Constitutional Republic. God sits in judgment of all his children’s loyality and sees into the hearts of each and everyone. You cannot be loyal to God and serve Democracy, money, power and greed. Love and hate cannot exist in the same heart. I love law, because God has shown me it is there to serve and protect all of the people. Those who love law do not support the use of law as revenge, vengeance is mine says the Lord. Those who believe they are all powerful and are above God, are in for a rude awakening. Publically they claim to be fixing the problems of our government but take no action to undo the wrongs. This is the test of character, doing right is never easy, because those who do wrong are very persuasive. They attack our character and make up many false narratives to reduce our influence, so loyality is deminished and support dwindles and those who do wrong continue unchallenged. But those who speak truth and show right have favor in God’s eyes, while those who remain silent and refuse to do the right thing lose God’s favor. I am a sinner like all others, but when I write, God guides me to the truth and who is to receive it, I truely believe everything is in God’s plan and everything is on schedule. God has promised to fight for those who are loyal, protect those who suffer for righteous sake and elevate those who remain true to the morals, ethics and principles of his teachings. I seek God’s favor above all others and because I survive on less than $1,000.00 a month I believe I have it. All my needs are met, it can only be by God’s grace. Truth.

The vale of deception.
We the people have been indocrinated to believe our government is made up of professionals who have our best interests at heart, but this is a vale of deception created to hide their lack of empathy. Our government is made up of liars, traitors and pirates who dawn fancy suits, paid for by taxpayers, to project an aire of respectability. These hooligans all share the same belief that the mob of government is superior to those they represent. Among these, We the people are always wrong and government is always right, regardless of what the law says. These deceivers are masters of character assassination and are quick to destory an honorable man who stands against them for their crimes. Only government’s opinion is allowed and they all lie to protect eachother from accountability. We the people must stop respecting their clothes as the mark of a professionalism and judge them by their actions. Deeds speak louder than words, they are masters of creating a vale of deception by words, but those words are never backed up by action.
The mob of government is a very small minority of our society where We the people make up the vast majority of our Nation. In our Constitutional Republic We the people retain sovereign power over our government, but the individual always fails when faced with the mob of government. The reason We the people always fail is because we are divided and kept isolated from eachother. We the people are separated by race, knowledge and financial status. The rich are always heard and the poor always ignored. The educated of the Ivy league Universities are always considered right by common knowledge where the truth has been ignored to allow unauthorized power by the elites. Their biggest fear is us uniting in knowledge of their treason, this truth is indisputable and subjects all of our government to the death penalty. The leader of this de facto government of treason is Trump. He has been repeatedly informed but refuses the authority to stop those in our government who hate those they are paid to serve. This “dispositive fact” of treason is irrefutable and allowed to continue to harm We the people by our government who is paid to protect us. The enemy within is the mixed government where democracy has created a faction of government that has united to destory our “Constitution for the United States of America” and our “Bill of Rights”. They have allowed our Nation to be invaded by Muslims who are claiming the authority to tell Americans they are not welcome in America. All Muslims are banded from public office because they cannot sware an oath to God to support our Constitution. They have taken by force small segments of our Nation and believe they will dictate their law to the rest of us. They are thousands standing against millions. If government will not protect us from these terrorist, we can handle it ourselves. We the people are sick of government not doing their jobs to protect us and by inaction terrorists are allowed to violate Americans telling us they are superior. No American should be woke up to the calls for prayers to a false god by terrorists of the Muslim faith.
The priorities of government do not align with those of We the people. Government is all about the illusion of freedom while practicing division among us. We the people want freedom of life, liberty and happiness without the obstacles of public spectacles none of which serve accountability to the outlaws, tortfeasors and traitors, they just continue their treason unobstructed. Unenforced law is no law at all, no government official is subject to the law so corruption continues and will continue until someone in government has the balls to stand up and say this is wrong and act to correct the problem. Until then We the people will be deprived of our Constitutional Republic.

Honor, integrity and principle.
We the people have always believed in the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon. When have been taught by our history that there are those who do not believe in these things, but only value the power to harm those who disagree with them. Our nation is divided by truth and lies spread throughout our land by those who lie to cover up their treason and those who speak truth to try to stop the corruption. The liars always claim it is the otherside who is lieing and the truth is lost among all the bickering back and forth that keeps us focused on one side or the other. We the people can always see the liar by the fact the principles they argue do not align with ours. Principles ring true and are believed without argument to justify them.
Principles create the man of integrity who speaks truth and exposes lies at every turn. Attorneys have created the ability to lie to our face and conceal their true intentions, while operating with other attorneys to protect their treason. They have practiced their deception for years and are masters of playing upon our feelings. Most of our public officials are attorneys holding public office in violation of our 13th Amendment of the “Constitution for the United States of America” (1787). These attorneys are not men of integrity, they are liars who play upon our emotions to gain support for their treason. The tell tail sign is always, their principles do not align with ours, it is hard to support one’s lies when the principles are ignored or used wrong.
Integrity is the foundation of honor among We the people when determining the character of an individual. We the people are forced to make the determination based upon lies and truth provided by those promoting one side our the other. The problem is dishonorable people are holding positions in our government without accountability. Honor is lost when those perceived as honorable men do nothing to stop the dishonorable men engaged in treason. Justice fails where honorable men do nothing and We the people suffer at the hands of dishonorable men. Of course the dishonorable always attack those who know their true character to silence the opposition. A man of honor always hears both sides before making a decision. Those who speak truth have no fear of examination, liars hate being challenged. All I have done in this fight has been in honorable conditions and ignored by those in government who claim “false honor”. The facts, law and evidence available on the website as follows:

The Constitution.
We the people must learn the act of Democrats that betrayed us all by destorying our “Constitution for the United States of America” and replacing it with the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America”. This was done in 1865 to removed the barrier to those who hold “Titles of Nobility” to hold public office as ratified in 1819 as the 13th Amendment of our “Bill of Rights”. This treason is the reason for the corruption that operates as a mixed government that instituted “Democracy” in our “Constitutional Republic” of the United States of America. Since 1865 our nation has undergone a transformation from a “Constitutional Republic” where all of We the people are protected by law to a “Democracy” where all of We the people are violated by the mob of government. Whether, Executive, Legislative or Judicial all “Public Offices” have been corrupted by the fraudulent law of the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America” instituted by the “UNITED STATES, INC.” that according to the “Hierarchy of Law”, as a “Corporation”, cannot make “Law”. Since 1865, We the people have been governed by a “de facto government” of no lawful jurisdiction or authority of law. Every “Public Office” today is operated in treason by those loyal to the mob of “Democracy” who unite to stop all lawful challenges to their fraudulent claims of authority. Based upon this fact, there is no lawful government of the “United States of America”, all government is corrupt from top to bottem.
We the people must accept truth and join together to end the power of rogue public officials engaged in treason. By the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America” many fraudulent Amendments have been fraudulently created to grant or deny rights of We the people. The “Preamble” of the “Constitution for the United States of America” represents all of We the people and does not single out or deseminate based upon sex or race, We the people are all included and protected by our “Supreme Law of the Land”. The opposition to our Constitution is the mob of Democracy that fraudulently claims the authority to violate our Constitution. We the people must unite to overthrow this de facto government and restore our “Constitutional Republic”. We the people must hold all who support democracy accountable for their treason to our Constitution. This step is vital to restore liberty and freedom to all of We the people, United We Stand for the rights of all under the law.

We the people who are capable of fighting the corruption lack resources to operate in the organized crime system of justice controlled by the elites. We the people are taught hate from birth by those who lived the past where racism was present. Democrats use racism to keep the hate alive. Black’s believe only blacks understand their problems, this lie allows them to keep blacks separated from the rest of us based upon outdated information. Yes there are whites who hate blacks, but guess what there are blacks who hate whites. This is by design, the elites need We the people divided to control the narratives that benefit them. Democracy is mob rule, if you are a Democrat you are part of their mob. For whatever reason you choose to be a democrat you are required to oppose all who disagree with you. You are not allowed an opinion of your own you must support the talking points of the Democratic leaders. I was a Democrat who voted for Obama in his first election, then he showed me his true character as a fraud. Today we have Muslims telling Americans they are not welcome here. They have seized our cities, illegally voted in our elections and gamed the system of government by planting their hate filled Democrats in our government. We the people have the power to kill them all, but God says thou shalt not kill. So We the people must resort to our power to vote to remove the power of hate from our government, by voting all Democrats, Muslims and traitors, out of public office and establish a government of the majority who love our country and want it to succeed. The age old principle “United We Stand, Divided We fall.” Is still relevant in America today. John Paul Jones taught us “He who will not risk, cannot win.” Time we risked our future on our fellow Americans and stop living the hate of the Democrat Party.

As I see it.
I believe Trump is a failure on accountability. Treason is in our news everyday and will continue until there are arrests and prosecutions.
I believe Trump is a failure in management of our government. Attorneys are the criminals but Trump trusts attorneys to hold attorneys accountable. Sure attorneys will sacrifice a few to protect the million engaged in “Lawfare”. Our courts are full of treason and noone is held accountable. Trump is now God to take vengeance on his enemies. It is all about him.
I believe Trump is the highest ranking official of our government, but he believes attorneys who tell him what he can and cannot do. These attorneys are backed up by corrupt judges and justices, that are hiding their organized crime in our courts and claiming the authority to regulate the highest ranking official in our government, their boss who can fire any of them and should fire them all for treason. This power is in Article II Section 3.
I believe Trump as the President, Magistrate and Commander in Chief has the authority and power to restore our Constitutional Republic by removing all democrats from our Public Office. As long as a Democrat holds any public office, the Article IV Section 4 guarantee of a republican form of government is denied to We the people by breach of contract of Trump. This can be done by a “Decree of the Magistrate” to remove all Democrates and restore a Republican Form of Government in every state. As long as democrats remain in public office Trump is the President of a mixed government of limited authority and power. We the people elected Trump to clean up the swamp, to date no action on that front has been taken. Trump is too busy getting world fame, to serve We the people who elected him. Every attorney in public office is guilty of treason for being a foreign agent of the foreign state of BAR Associations who is engaged in organized crime for their profit. When the law is enforced, there will be no attorneys, no BAR Associations, no license to practice law and no monopoly of our courts by attorneys. Our courts will serve and protect We the people as required by law.
I believe Trump is only interested in things that bring him glory, not fixing the problems that are robbing We the people of our lives, liberty and freedom. As long as one person is falsely imprisoned Trump is a failure as President, all inmates were denied due process of law required by the 5th Amendment. Trump has abolished the 1st Amendment right to petition government for the redress of grievances, he is too busy working with foreigners to hear our pleas for justice. Trump lied to us all claiming America First, to date every nation but ours has his attention. Will Trump ever get around to being our President and enforce the “Constitution for the United States of America (1787)? Time will tell, it always does.

We the people, as a nation, must come to the conclusion that Democrats will never change from their hate and distain of the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon. Democrats only seek power to abuse, rob and destory all rights, privileges and immunities that God gave all of We the people and are secured by our “Constitution for the United States of America”. The shut down is an example of the abuse of power by Democrats who have shown us the interests of illegals are superior to the best interests of We the people.
Democrats are demonic in their beliefs that do not align with the values of God’s Commandments for our nation. God acted with our forefathers to reject Democracy, because the rights of individuals are lost by abuse of the mob and created a “Constitutional Republic” where all are equal under the law. The Judicial Branch and Democrats have created “Lawfare” that allows them to violate the people and remain immune to prosecution for their crimes. We the people are sick of this system of corruption and will stop it if our government refuses to enforce our law. No Democrat should hold any public office in the United States or be paid to war upon our nation.
Trump as the highest ranking official of our government, is either for We the people or against us. He has been served with irrefutable evidence of treason by the Supreme Court, either he will act to stop it or he is a principal of the treason. We cannot go on in the system of corruption posing as our government. Either those paid to enforce our law will do their job, or We the people have no choice but to do our duty to eliminate them and establish new guards of our Republic. Today all politicans are liars both Democrat and Republican, only by action can our nation be restored. Trump is more interested in stroking his ego as the king of the world, than serving those who elected him to be President.

With the government shutdown we see the destructive power of Democrats in our Constitutional Republic. They do not serve We the people, they serve their base of illegals, time to end their reign of terror and remove all Democrats from our public offices.
