We the people are divided into two groups those who are violent and those who are not. We the people are all capable of violence but most reject their ability to kill in the hope peace can be achieved. Democrats have become the voice of threats, intimidation and terrorism that is supposed to instill fear among Republicans. Democrats rob, cheat, burn, loot and murder in the name of Democracy, because the democrat leaders sanctify this conduct. Democrats have always used fear to exercise power over others, they cannot justify their hate with words, so they kill those who challenge them. In the past, Democrats of the KKK, used lynching to instill fear among blacks and forced them to vote Democrat. These fear tactics are common practice among the leaders of the party, who claim, if you don’t vote for me you ain’t black or if you vote for them they are going to put you back in chains. Black democrat preachers have sanctified the killing of Charlie Kirk saying if you live by the sword you die by the sword. My Bible tells me the sword is the word of God, all preachers who justify killing a man who uses the word of God against the Commandment “Thou shall not kill.” I say his church is a false prophet using God’s word to justify sin and should be shunned by all of God’s children.
As long as we allow the Democrat Party among us hate will be a tool of intimidation by the left. Hate, fear and violence go hand in hand these are promoted, sanctioned and financed by Democrats who spread hate, division and discourse in our Constitutional Republic. Democrats depend upon the violence of the mentally disturbed to keep our nation divided and against God. We the people understand it We all had our time of a rebellious nature and most lived through it. But Democrats have tapped this hate and use it to attract others of like mind who join together to create the mob that riots, loots, burns and intimidates those who are not violent. This is not by chance, it is an organized plot to cause the loss of faith in our government and start a Civil War where the mob becomes all powerful to institute Communism. The scheme being implemented is “Treason” until it is punished it will continue to take lives of those who oppose it. Communism always starts with the killing of those who openly oppose it, this creates fear among those who oppose it. This was the crime of Charlie Kirk and the Democrats killed him to permanently silence his voice. The news media is complicit in the treason by providing false narratives and promoting hate among We the people.
How many more must die before our government acts in the interests of We the people and end democracy in our Constitutional Republic? Democracy was the system of Tories of the British who forced us to raise up to end their reign of terror in the American Revolution. We the people share the God given Right to Revolution as defined by Black’s Law Dictionary, Eighth Edition, Page 1350, as follows:
“The inherent right of a people to cast out their rulers, change their polity, or effect radical reforms, in their system of government or institutions, by force or general uprising, when the legal and constitutional methods of making such changes have proved inadequate or are so obstructed as to be unavailable.”
Trump has been given two cases in the fight to restore justice by enforcing the Constitution and holding traitors account, to date he has remained silent. We the people see treason everyday but no action is taken to hold the tortfeasor accountable. This constitutes a “mass tort” where many of We the people are injuried by government’s failure to protect us from the mentally deranged Democrats who are abdicating War in the United States of America. The mob of attorneys around Trump are responsible for the treason of Democrats by allowing them to remain in our government and preach hate without consequences. I believe every democrat must be removed from public office. I believe every news caster who promotes democracy must be shut down. Every member of government must be a Republican and on the side of We the people who elect, pay and support their agenda.
I have done all I could to show Trump the power of a President in a Republic, but I can only assume I am not good enough to be listened to. So my only course of action is to remain silent and stand on God’s promise to fight for me, if I remain silent. Only God has the ability to change a heart to see the power of serving We the people by enforcement of law and order. With all my words I am insufficient for this task. So from today I will remain silent in protest to the corruption of my government and ask God to fight this fight to restore our nation to our Constitutional Republic under Common Law.
On my wall is the phrase “Peace be still.” This requires faith that God’s got this, God has a plan, everything is on schedule and In God we trust. God can do all and doesn’t need a mob to enforce his will. Destiny.
I believe, We the people are at a cross roads of our destiny. Our nation was founded upon the rights, privileges and immunities of our God given rights. Government wants us to believe they grant us rights when in fact our Constitution limits government’s power to violate our rights. The cross roads We the people are at is the mob rule of Democrats and the protection of individual rights in a Republic. We the people who believe in God have been kept quarreling amongst ourselves by deceivers who divide us by race, sex, beliefs, status and economic station. God’s law is clear, “By too much quarreling the truth is lost.”[962] God’s promise to all who believe is the candle of the wicked will be put out. The 2024 Election exposed the lies, deciet and character of the Democrat Party, that caused We the people to give power to the Republicans. We the people have been silenced to allow the mob, deep state and swamp of government to maintain fraudulent powers over us not delegated by our Constitution. If the Constitution does not give it, government does not have it. Democrats are all about big government so they create many institutions of government giving them power over We the people to determine who gets benefits and who are denied. There are many egomaniacs on both sides of the isle, We the people know them by their public statements that give corruption power, truth is lost among them.
God’s law is clear, “Truth, by whosoever pronounced, is of God.”[957] “Truth is the mother of justice.”[959] “Truth fears nothing but to be hidden.”[961] “One who does not speak truth freely is a traitor of the truth.”[964] Truth is established by a determination of facts, law and evidence of what is right and what is wrong. Truth is lost in our courts where foreign agents, of a foreign state of “British Accredited Registry” (BAR) work in conspiracy to violate our God given rights by denial of due process of law. We the people are condemned without being heard in a judicial trial. Because all attorneys aid and abet this treason no one of government is ever held accountable for their crimes. I have lawfully served a $1,000,000,000.00 Tort Claim against the Supreme Court of the United States for violations of rights, denial of Habeas Corpus and treason for allowing fraudulent courts to conduct fraudulent judicial process within the United States of America. This Tort Claim was delivered by Registered Mail on September 12, 2025. This Tort Claim puts the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS on trial to prove by facts, law and evidence that they have jurisdiction to conduct judicial process. Truth is they have none.
Trump has been repeatedly petitioned to address the organized crime of attorneys, but he remains silent, allowing the treason to continue. We the people have the God given “Right to be heard” and the “Right to an audience” to present proof without limitation. These God given rights are denied to We the people by the liars of government that cannot defend their treason and oppress the truth to continue their corruption. Attorneys are obstructing justice to protect corruption. I have been condemned, defamed and persecuted to stop the truth of my case to be examined. Martyrdom.
We the people have the right to choose those worthy of the moniker of “Martyr”. Like many others Charlie Kirk earned his status among We the people to be held in high esteem by loosing his life because of what he believed. Martyrs are always nonviolent with a goal of peace among We the people. Those who create martyrs among us are the problem, they always play the same tired game, use violence to take one of us, then call for unity and forgiveness among We the people. The mob of Democrats are loosing the support, financially and at the polls for their lies that serve to divide We the people. With the death of Charlie Kirk a change has come, Facebook has many reels from all races condemning the vile acts that took his life from us. Martyrs are honored among We the people because their message resonated among us. In contrast, the threatening messages of Democrats are not honored because they take away our ability to choose what we believe. Democrats only create fear, doubt, hate and threats of what might happen in the hopes of gaining power over those who believe their lies. The mob of Democrats use violence, threats, intimidation and coercion to manipulate We the people to support their hairbrained schemes that are only supported by racists, bigots and mental incompetents who believe their vile crap. Like Charlie, I fight the war with words, but know there is a time to end the terrorism of democracy by any means necessary. How do you hurt a tyrant? You can take away financial support of Democrat, loss of money is loss of power. You can exercise your power to vote, by supporting Republicans, making Democrats lose their platform to spread their hate. These are methods of nonviolent protests of the conduct of Democrats. Democrats are hoping for war to breakout among We the people so their followers can be justified in their violence of killing, burning, looting, hating and terrorizing those who do not agree with them. Democrats’ problem is the vast majority disagree with their policies and reject their positions of what is or is not acceptable. Democrats have no place in our “One Nation under God” a “Constitutional Republic”.
Democrats always claim they are for the people, this is true, they support the 20% that support LGBTQ rights, to act against God in public, where 80% disagree with trans in our womens’ restrooms and men in womens’ sports. We the people don’t care what you do at home, but we do not want to see it in public because it is against God and sends a message to our children that behavior is acceptable, where in truth God condemns it. Democrats support the 20% who allowed an invasion of illegals into our Nation to rape, rob, steal and murder members of We the people, while 80% support Trump’s removal of them. Democrats are always on the side against We the people because their morals, ethics and principles do not align with the vast majority of We the people who believe in God. We the people are in the process of restoring our “Common Law Constitutional Republic”, to a one party Nation where most of We the people agree with the morals, eithics and principles of eachother. Democrats’ values of lieing, cheating, stealing and killing are rejected by We the people. Democrat socialism, Communism and Marxism are on the raise in our Nation and it can be removed from our Republic by our power to exercise our sovereign power to vote. Democrats allowed the invasion to gain illegal voters, to expand their base with illegals to defeat the sovereigns of We the people of the United States of America. Trump is fighting this War for us by peaceful means of removing illegals ability to vote and removing their ability to be counted in our census. Again Democrats support the 20% who believe illegals should be allowed to vote and be counted in our census, against the 80% that support Trump’s initiatives to stop this organized crime.
Democrats are loosing on every issue because God is not on their side, so they are resorting to their common practice of violence. Democrats take fair warning, We the people believe in Patton’s theory of war, that no son of a bitch ever won a war by dieing for his country, he won the war by making the other son of a bitch die for theirs. Democrats, Communists and Marxists stop the violence or you will be dealt violence until you are wiped off the face of the earth. You are free to leave and go live in any communist country you choose, but spouting hate for God’s land is no longer acceptable in our Constitutional Republic and will no longer be tolerated but will be condemned by all of We the people. We the people have become divided and separated according to our beliefs of right and wrong. We have come to believe truth is not given by those of the media who are paid to provide it. Doctors do not heal us they profit from keeping us sick and miserable, they lie to us about what is good or bad for our bodies, they are part of the plan to reduce the population of the planet. Attorneys do not protect our rights, privileges and immunities according to our Constitution and Common Law, they profit from fictions of law that gives them fraudulent power to abuse, persecute and terrorize We the people under the color of lawfare. With the killing of Charlie Kirk, there is now an effort to get We the people back in church so we can be controlled by our faith in Jesus Christ. Long ago I learned that preachers are diabolical individuals who claim to serve We the people while fleecing us for their profit, they claim to be examples of how We the people should live our lives while violating the core principles of our Religion. They want us to believe Jesus Christ can only be reached in their churches, when in fact Jesus Christ lives within each and everyone of us. We the people all have that voice within that leads us by showing us right from wrong, truth from lies and good from evil. Everytime I follow that inner voice things go easy, but when I ignore it things go bad. All that is written by man, is the product of a sinner, with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ his spirit was planted in our souls giving all of us a direct connection to the All Mighty. Jesus Christ has led me in my fight to obtain wisdom and the truth of corrupt government, I was fighting for We the people, our rights, privileges and immunities before Charlie Kirk was even born, I have never won any case because those we entrust to enforce our laws violate them on a daily bases. Our forefather created a Utopia for us at God’s direction, but that has been overthrown by the mob of professionals that fraudulently claim they have our best interest at heart while fucking us at every opportunity.
We the people have to stop listening to these professionals and start trusting ourselves to be led to God’s plan for our lives. What we think is what we create, in good business all profit, in bad business someone suffers. To Make America Great Again all must raise, with no one left behind. Government must return to its “Chief Design” of a servant to We the people. Those who lie to us must be held accountable for the lies to stop. Those who use lawfare as fraudulent power to abuse We the people, must loose their power by beinging held accountable for their treason. There is no “Democracy” in our “Constitutional Republic” and all those who support democracy must be removed from our government and punished for their treason. Democrats hate God because those who believe in God have power they want for themselves. The Democrats want the power to make you believe their talking points, abandon morality of God’s law to become immoral like them and become the mob of violence to burn, loot, kill and terrorize all those who refuse to bow to their fraudulent authority.
Government wants us to believe that they are our superiors, but in fact they are our servants. Government wants us to believe what they say is law above contestation, when they lie to us that voice within tells us something is wrong, sometimes it is made clear instantly, other times it takes years for God to show truth. Charlie was great because he could not be ignored, his goal was to empower the youth with knowledge of God and he served his purpose very well. We must change our thinking from government is above us to government is our public servants. The President is the bottem of the totem poll, if all other government agencies fail to fix the problem, it becomes the duty of the President to address the problem, prosecute the crimes and correct the wrongs of government. This is the true purpose of a President in our Republic as the Warrior of We the people, warriors always take care of the widowed, aged and feeble of the people and always make sure their needs are met. A true warrior is a selfless individual that always serves the interests of the people. The elites are thieves, pirates and traitors that prey upon We the people for their profit, Trump is the last chance for government to prove their value to We the people before all support for government is lost. Democrats have created a democracy where the taking of life is not only acceptable but celebrated by the LGBTQ community. Democrats, by the assassination of Charlie Kirk, have crossed a line from which they cannot return. Politicians and media have, by their messages of hate, made killing an undesirable acceptable in their Democracy. God’s law is clear, “What is done cannot be undone.” The problem with killing Charlie Kirk is the vast majority of We the people agreed with his opinions and respected his right to life. Democrats of the mob have determined they have the right to take the right to life of an undesirable. This mentality of Democrats has no place in our Constitutional Republic and the time for accountability is long over due. The morals, ethics and principles of Democrats to act as gods over the people have no place in our Constitutional Republic where We the people share rights to life, liberty and freedom. This fact makes all Democrats and the LGBTQ community undesirables in our Constitutional Republic who honor God’s Law and the rights of others. We are at a turning point in our society, we can follow God in our Constitutional Republic or we can follow the mob and kill all those we consider undesirables of our society. All democrats are complicit in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the evidence against them is their own words of hate.
In our Constitutional Republic gender is determined at birth, either you are male or female. All those undesirables who have the mental illness of believing they can change their gender need to be removed from our society, because we are not a democracy, we cannot kill them. If someone dresses as a gender not their own, they need to be arrested and confined for mental health until they are no longer delusional about their gender. If a man enters a women’s restroom, claiming his delusion of being a woman, We the people have the right to protect our women and teach the delusional individual that is not acceptable in our Constitutional Republic. If a man enters a women’s competition of sports, claiming his delusions that he is a women, he should be arrested and confined in a mental institution until he is no longer delusional. If the individual is released and returns to his delusions the Doctor should lose their medical licenses for life because they released a threat to We the people back into our society. Of course We the people are the biggest mob and could choose to adopt the democrat principles of dealing with undesirables.
Democrats have become a threat to the right to life, liberty and freedom of We the people. Their crime of conspiracy against rights was proved by hate crimes against We the people of taking the right to life of Charlie Kirk. Our message must be clear the morality of Democracy is not acceptable in our Constitutional Republic. The morals, ethics and principles of democrats have no place in our Constitutional Republic where We the people share the right to life, liberty and freedom. Democrats, by their hate speech, have promoted communism, allowed an invasion of illegals, promoted mental illness of the LGBTQ community, promoted hate crimes by supporting murders, robbed taxpayers of public money and lie about everything. Either those paid to enforce our laws will eliminate Democracy from our Constitutional Republic or We the people can take care of business and remove the democrat threat permanently. Charlie Kirk dedicated his life to speaking truth to liars. This made him a threat to domcrats who depend on lies being believed to maintain the mob rule of our society. Charlie defeated lies with truth based upon knowledge, that changed the minds of many youths who voted for Trump. This was clearly a planned assassination to silence his voice of truth, but in their stupidity, they made him a martyr that will influence people for generations to come. Charlie’s stand on Jesus Christ was his guiding principle and he showed love to all, even those who disagreed with his beliefs. This is why he will always be an example of a true patriot and his legacy will long after those who killed him are dead. Charlie is in good company of those who rebelled against evil and made a difference in their times. Martin Luther King spoke truth to power and gave his life for that cause, an assassin’s bullet took him from us. John F. Kennedy spoke truth to power and was removed from the office of President by assassins bullets. Jesus Christ spoke truth to the people and the liars of those times had him crucified, in an effort to silence his truth, we still speak his truth today. The ignorant believe they can kill the messenger and the message will stop, but by killing they insure his message will inspire generations to come. Evil will not win over the Good and by truth God’s will, will prevail. Charlie’s legacy of love will live on in all the hearts that live truth over lies, love over hate and right over wrong. In the haters’ attempt to remove Charlie’s love of all people regardless of who they are, they inspired us all to live by his truth that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the most important thing. He will live on as an example of loving your enemy, working to educate the ignorant and showing by example that truth will always prevail over the lies of haters. Charlie you will always hold a place in my heart for all you accomplished in your short life, thank you for the good memories of truth, your message is now great and cannot be ignored. In the end you won. It is up to each of us to make them lose by our voice of truth, every lie must be challenged by truth, every hater must be confronted for their hate and every one of us must stand united with courage to defeat hate on every level of our society.

You’re right it’s social media, but not for the reason you think, social media has given us mass communication which is now they’re downfall. What it has proven is we are not alike, we don’t burn down buildings we don’t burn up cars and we don’t kill our opponents. So yes it’s social media, but what social media has done is shine the light on the evil. In simple terms social media has shined the flashlight on the Cockroaches.. And you and I both know the only way to get rid of cockroaches is to exterminate them. Evil has rained on this planet for way too long, we are way past time for a cleansing. Ruthless law and order.
We the people must restore law and order by bringing back public hanging as a detourant to crime. If a criminal is sentenced to death by a jury who found him/her guilty of a crime that carries the death penalty, that sentence should be carried out in public view as a detourant to others. The message must be made clear, if you murder a person or engage in treason, you will be put to death by public hanging. The death penalty has lost its impact on crime by removing it from public view. We must restore the fear of being hung as a detorant to those who engage in capital crimes that carry the death sentence. Today violence is taught in the black community, teenagers are breaking into people’s homes at 4:00 in the morning, when they are shot and killed, the parents who raised the thug demand compensation. We the people share the right to self defense, the right to kill in defense of ourselves or another. When a thug murders one of We the people, a jury of 12 who agree the thug is guilty of murder, have the authority to sentence the thug to the death penalty to protect We the people from further murders. From this sentence there is no appeals and the sentence should be carried out within 10 days by public execution. Gallows should be erected on the steps of every court house as a symbol of justice that says if you commit a crime where the death penalty is imposed you will hang. We the people must stop all compassion for these thugs, who play the system by claiming he is just a child or he had a troubled childhood, he is a murderer. We the people must become as ruthless as the thugs We are dealing with by public execution as justice for their conduct. Trials and hangings must be public, televised as a detourant to thugs who engage in criminal conduct. The message must be clear if you murder one of We the people you will be executed by hanging, you will be brought to justice and punished for your crimes. Murder and treason carry the death penalty. It is time justice was served to murderers and traitors in the United States of America.
We the people must stop all support for those among us who prey upon the weak and innocent. We the people must restore our right to trial by jury of peers to dispense justice. Every juror must know the Defendant in some way. Our justice system was created to provide justice by those who know the character of the Defendant. The ability of attorneys to lie by character assassination is lost because the jury knows the character of the accused good or bad. If a prosecutor can convince 12 people who know the Defendant, he committed the crime, they have the authority to determine the punishment for that crime and turn him over to the judge for execution of punishment. The accused has the 6th Amendment right to Counsel to assist or speak on his behalf, that he chooses. Today attorneys have a monopoly on the defense of the accused that work with prosecutors to convict by the fraud of codes, rules and regulations. The treason of judges operating under lawfare must be stopped and justice of Common Law trial by jury of peers restored, where only facts, law and evidence are presented to determine guilt or innocence. Attorneys operate our justice system as an extortion racket where justice is denied at attorney profit, this must be stopped. Justice can only exist where all are equal under the law, all are subject to prosecution for the crimes they commit and all are subject to punishment for their crimes. Common Law provides justice, fictions of law do not.
The building and use of Gallows restores justice to We the people and sends a message to all that we are a nation of law and order. Attorney profit must be removed from the justice system, judges who act without jurisdiction must be charged with treason and punished as a detorant to other judges who might consider violating the rights, privileges and immunities of an accused. The public duty of We the people is the protection of the innocent and condemnation of the guilty regardless of who they are. Justice requires these things from all of us. Truth.

We the people have been deprived of our right to sovereign power. In our Republic We the people retain sovereign power and elect representatives who exercise that power. We the people have the right, by the 1st Amendment of the “Bill of Rights” to petition government for the redress of grievances. Because the issue of Treason has been presented against the Judicial Branch of the United States of America, Trump was given jurisdiction to preside over a Common Law Court of Record to determine if the law is being faithfully executed. This is the “legal right” (1. A right created or recognized by law. 2. A right historically recognized by common law courts. Cf. equitable right. 3. The capacity of asserting a legally recognized claim against one with a correlative duty to act.) This is a “public right” of all sovereigns within the Common Law. Sovereigns share the “right of action”
(1. The right to bring a specific case to court.) and the “right of audience” (A right to appear and be heard in a given court.) Within the Common Law, Trump is the “Magistrate” correlative to his duty to take care the law is faithfully excuted established in Article II, Section 3 giving “right to suit” (A person’s right to seek redress in a court.)On May 22, 2025, Trump lawfully received a “Petition For Certification of Law”, Case No.1, denny ray hardin vs Supreme Court of the United States. This case presented evidence of treason by the Supreme Court to allow fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to fraudulently conduct judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law. This was done under the “right of redemption” to have my reputation restored after being labeled as a “Convicted Felon” without due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment. The common law principle of “Postliminy (restoration of rights) imagines that a person who has been captured has never left the state. Every court of this land has refused to state their “Jurisdiction”. Authority of law is being usurped by the mob of attorneys to violate the rights, privileges and immunities of We the people of the United States of America. By the organized crime of government, I have suffered loss of freedom, loss of liberty, loss or reputation, been kidnapped and held hostage for 8 1/2 years, subjected to involuntary servitude to government without rights, privileges or immunities, denied all access to common law justice, lost of security in my home by attack of S.W.A.T. without lawful warrant, loss of livelihood and forced into forced labor to support the private prison industry. I am writing a tort claim (Form 95) for these injuries, to seek compensation for damages to me and my estate.
This is my case, but since it was done to me, it must have been done to other members of We the people. I can only proceed because our government is refusing to hold corrupt officials accountable. God’s Law is clear, “In the same manner inwhich anything is bound, it is lossened.”[907] “What has been done cannot be undone.”[68] “What is beyond possibility cannot exist, and the reverse (what cannot exist is not possible).”[899] No Article IV court can be given Article III judicial powers, therefore no jurisdiction can be established.
