The Hierachy of Laws.

We the people are all “Sovereigns” in the United States of America. All born in a State of the Union to a parent born in a State of the Union are “Sovereign” by “Birth Right”. This is the legal status based upon the Hierachy of law of our Constitutional Republic. A sovereign possesses all rights, privileges and immunities of the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787. This all changed in 1828 when the Democrat Party was established and began their climb to power by stripping sovereigns of their rights and diminishing their power over government. The treason truely began in 1865 when Democrats removed the original 13th Amendment and replaced our “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 and replaced it with the “Constitution of the United States of America” 1865 with the current 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments. With this change We the people were reduced to the legal status of “Citizen” and denied our “Birth Right” of “Sovereignty”. The supremacy of laws gives sovereigns power over their government, corporation and contracts. But Democrats had no desire to serve We the people so by fraud they changed our status to slaves of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, a corporate government of no lawful authority to make law.
Today we are in the final stages of the Democrat Socialist Party’s scheme to establish “Communism” with Democrats in control of everything. Sure they always promise everything to get elected, but once elected fail to follow through on any promises they made to New York. With the shut down we have seen with our own eyes the lies of false narratives they claim to justify stopping the business of We the people by shutting down our government. They are hoping this will cause chaos of looting, robbery and murder, so they can claim Republicans cannot govern so you need to vote for Democrats. All their “Citizens” will blindly follow by us “Sovereigns” see through their lies and must tip the balance of power by voting for anyone but democrats. Republicans have the ability to stop this by killing the filibuster and establishing majority rule, but they are afraid Democrats will get power and use it to further destory our Constitutional Republic.
In 1806 when the filibuster was created there was only the Grand Old Party that was made up of loyalist. The filibuster was created to allow those who disagreed to have the ability to stop bad practices by requiring 60 votes in the Senate to stop debate of an issue. By dividing our government into a two party system the filibuster has been used to stop the opposition and allow corruption to prosper in our representation. All of this benefits Democrats who are responsible for the downfall of our nation. It is time for the democrats reign of terror to end and all sovereigns unite to restore our Nation by removing all democrats from our public offices by voting them out.

Court is now in session.
As private prosecutor I request a hearing on the issue of “Shut Down” to address the treason of government who have refused to do the job We the people elected them to do. To conduct this hearing the following individuals must be summoned and made to appear at a time and date designated by the “Magistrate” Donald John Trump. These are as follows:
Defendants:
1) Mike Johnson
2) John Thune
3) Hakeem Jefferies
4) Chuck SchumerThe legal question to be determined is, “Do these public officials have lawful authority to shut down the government of We the people?” Failure to establish lawful authority to act will constitute treason.
Rules of Court:
1) The Court of the Magistrate will proceed at “Common Law” of the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 version, “Maxims of Law” (in English) and “Definitions” of “Black’s Law Dictionary, Eighth Edition”.
2) All Defendants are deemed competent in Law and must present their defense themselves. Any Defendant who wishes to be represented by Counsel must declare themselves incompetent and forfeit their “Public Office”.
3) Donald John Trump will preside over the proceedings as Magistrate where his determinations will be final. If treason is determined, the Magistrate will “Order” a joint session of Congress to determine the punishment for the crime of treason within Article III of the Constitution. The “Judgments” of the “Magistrate” are final and no appeals are allowed to inferior courts.
Authorities relied upon.
This hearing is requested under the “Common Law Right” to a fair hearing before a Tribunal with the power to decide the case. As the “President of a Republic” Trump is the highest ranking official of a government as “Magistrate” with total authority and jurisdiction to preside over these proceedings.
God’s law is clear, there is no limitation to the offer of proof and no lawful denial of the right to an audience before the “Magistrate”. Failure to stop the treason of government constitutes the treason of aiding and abetting treason. Failure to act is no longer a defensible position, because it can only be determined to be in aid of the treason or an act of treason itself establishing a “principal of treason”.
We the people will no longer be ignored by those we pay to represent us. God’s Law is clear, Punishment to some, dread to all. Time for traitors to be held accountable for their treason in our government.

Shut down.
For over 30 days now our government has been shut down and We the people have suffered 30 days of media giving us partisan opinions of who is to blame. In fact, they are all to blame, the purpose of the shut down is for government to get air time dealing with the shut down. Government wants us focused on the problem not the fact they created the problem with malicious intent to gain favor for their side. Democrat leadership can only get power of air time by this filibuster and Republicans refuse the stop them with the Nuclear option of ending this treasonous practice. We the people have had to suffer the lies of both sides working together behind the scenes to secure their power over We the people. Both sides bare responsibility for the shut down and failure of government to govern. If anyone of We the people suffer because of government’s failure to do their job, then it is bad business of our government. The blame game must end and justifications of both parties conduct must be condemned by We the people because both parties have the ability to stop the shut down and both refuse to do so to stop the suffering of We the people. Of course all those involved are being paid during this shut down. It is just business as usual, Representative and Senators profit while We the people suffer.
Democrats have been using We the people to protest the “President of a Republic” with their “no King” campaign, their goal is the total power of government by “communism” with the mob of government in charge, this is being clearly demonstrated by the communist campaign in New York. This is a test of Democrats to see if the Nation’s bluest city will vote to enslave themselves to the communism of Democrats. Trump is not a king, but he possess all the powers of a King, among these is the power of ‘Magistrate” the highest ranking official of a government. It is time for Trump to exercise the power to hold court on the treason of government.

Attorneys can not fight this fight because they are all complicit in this treason. Filibuster.
It is time to stop the system of threats that is operated by government by the corrupt practice of filibuster. This practice began in 1806 when it was established that 60 votes are needed in the Senate to end debate of an issue. Because of the corruption of our government in 1810 the effort to remove all “British loyalists” from our government, by prohibiting titles of nobility to hold public office, was started as the 13th Amendment of our Bill of Rights. This Amendment was the reason the British attacked Washington in the war of 1812. When the war ended, the 13th Amendment was taken up again and ratified in 1819 with Virginia as the final state needed for Ratification. This 13th Amendment stood as a Constitutional Mandate until it was removed by Democrats after the Civil War in 1865. In 1828 the Democrat Party was established in treason to the “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 establishing the de facto government we are forced to live with today established under the fraudulent “Constitution of the United States of America” 1865, when government was overthrown by democrats, the “British loyalist” removed the 13th Amendment, without repeal required by the Constitution to lawfully remove an Amendment. The filibuster has been used by Democrats to extort our government into compliance with their demands since the Civil War in clear treason to our Constitution 1787.
Democrats are all about gaining power over the American people regardless of who suffers. Today’s government shut down is just another example of extortion by Democrats, who have no right to exist in our government. A Constitutional Republic is a one party system where our government serves the interests of We the people. Democrats have clearly shown they hate our Nation, hate our Constitution and hate We the people who refuse to accept their hate and follow their communist policies that give the mob power. It is time to end the filibuster and make Democrats irrelevant, by proving to the American People Republicans can govern better without opposition of Democrats. If you are a Republican who puts We the People first, We the people will vote for you. The Democrats have shown We the people their true character as liars, thieves and narcissist who seek power, money and fame. This is their motive in every situation, by standing together against We the people, they have been able to use the filibuster to remain relevant in the current mixed government. By removing the filibuster you make Democrats irrelevant because the majority of Republicans act in the interests of We the people and the majority rules. Removing the filibuster is an act of Faith by having faith in the majority of We the people to vote for those who serve their interests. I say remove the filibuster and restore our Constitutional Republic governed by Republicans, the majority of We the people will keep you in power. Have faith!!!!

Assimilation.
We the people of the “Constitutional Republic” of the United States of America must restore the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon. This requires the removal of all elements of Democracy from our government and society to unite the people as “One Nation Under God”. Our forefathers created a “Republic” that honors the God given rights, privileges and immunities of the individual and rejected Democracy of mob rule that has been established as a de facto government in our country. Because the majority of We the people reject the immoral beliefs of Democrats, they have allowed an invasion of our Nation with the trash of the world that are willing to vote illegally for the mob of Democrats. The illegals have been given resources of We the people of healthcare, welfare and social security by Democrats who fraudulently claim the illegals are entitled to “Constitutional” due process of law. This has one purpose to bog down the system of deportation by requiring trials for illegal entry. Our Constitution is for the protection of We the people who are “Sovereigns” of our Nation, illegals have no right to anything under our Constitution. Most of these illegals hate our nation and rob our nation of resources meant to take care of our own.
In this modern age we have a resource of media to provide evidence of grounds for deportation, all who riot and spout hate against our nation should be removed and prohibitted to return. As sovereigns We the people have the Constitutional Right to freedom of speech, illegals have no rights under our law and any attack upon our society is grounds for removal from our nation. Those who come to our nation on Visas are guests, if they abuse this privilege they should be removed immediately, this is the job of all law enforcement. When these guests join in riots for foreign entities, waving foreign flags and attack sovereigns of our Nation, they must be arrested and removed by those paid to enforce our laws. This is justice, if you do not assimilate to We the people of our Nation, you are not welcome here anymore.
The opposition to these standards are democrats who allow, finance and promote anti American protests by stopping law enforcement from protecting We the people. Assimilation into our society requires respect for our morals, ethics and principles of We the people and any breech of these standards is grounds for removal, without trial, without due process of law, you are an undesirable and are simply removed. Every Muslim is an undesirable because they refuse to assimilate to our society and are conspiring to overthrow our Nation, in the name of a false god Allah. This has been shown in Dearborn, Michigan where sovereigns are being violated and told they are not welcome, because they object to the mask’s call to prayer 5 times a day. All Muslims should be removed immediately, they are not welcome here anymore. Truth.

Politics.
We the people have come to understand “politics” is the liars’ game of distorting the truth. Those who speak truth are oppressed by the criminals within our government who all seek power, money and fame to maintain the public image of success. These are the Jones who compete with eachother to gain advantage on all those within the game. Their job is to create controversy, deminish support for one side or the other and make We the people suffer by their failure to do the job they were elected and paid to perform. All “politicans” are liars, thieves and traitors to the morals, ethics and principles of our Constitutional Republic where We the people hold sovereign power.
Trump has the power to end “Politics” in the United States of America, by restoring the Constitutional Republic and “outlawing” all “democracy” and their supporters. This power is established by the “Constitution for the United States of America” (1787) in Article II, Section 3, “…. and shall Commission all Officers of the United States.” As the “Magistrate”, the highest-ranking official of a government, the “President of a Republic” has the power to “Decommission” any public official for conduct unbecoming of the public office they occupy. As the highest-ranking official of a Republic, Trump has the power to hire and fire individuals, elected or appointed to any “Public Office” of the United States. This is grounds for removal of every Democrat in Congress for shutting down our government to make We the people suffer to create leverage to make Trump bow to their demands. This is “Organized Crime” of Democrats that is enforced by fraudulent judges who “Order” Trump to stop acting within the law and the false narrative democracy is at stake is promoted in unison by the media. This is an organized criminal conspiracy of treason to destory the “Constitution for the United States” (1787) and establish the “Constitution of the United States” (1865) whereby the mob of government rules its citizens. In our Constitutional Republic We the people, born in a State of the Union, to a parent born in a State of the Union are “Sovereigns” and retain “sovereign power” in our Nation. Trump was duly elected by sovereigns to drain the swamp of government throughout our nation. The work is already done to justify his actions in the “Common Law Court of Record of We the people of the United States of America” all he has to do is enforce the “Bills of Attainder” and “Attainders of Treason” by termination of the defendants. Justice Denied.
We the people have come to understand our government is corrupt. Everytime justice is denied the corruption wins. We the people have been persecuted for decades by those in government who believe they can violate the people at will without accountability. We the people are loyal to law and order, but those responsible to enforce the law pick and choose who they prosecute for their crimes. Treason is allowed to disturb the peace of our Nation by allowing liars to act without jurisdiction or authority of law to commit criminal acts. These acts are by design to destory the faith of We the people in our Constitutional Republic. Democracy has been exposed and they have resorted to the common practice of violence to deflect attention away from their crimes. Shutting down the government is the latest example of this treason, thus hindering the functions of our government to fail in its agenda. Illegals are the Democrat’s army that was allowed to invade our Nation and abuse We the people. The operations of our society have been corrupted by the Democrats to create the illusion of a righteous cause to render our government dysfunctional and venerable to be overthrown in the interests of democracy. This is the fault of our President and his cabinet who refuse to do what the law requires, to arrest and prosecute these traitors.
We the people elected Trump to drain the swamp of Washington DC, but it seems he has just assumed the position of “Mob Boss”. Sure his staff has indicted a few, but there are thousands of traitors within our government that need held accountable for their crimes. We the people see this effort as insufficient and a failure of our law to function as it is meant to in our Constitutional Republic. At this rate, maybe 20 of the criminals in government will be sacrificed to allow the corruption to carry on their operations before Trump’s term ends. Every democrat is holding public office in treason, they must all be removed to restore our Constitutional Republic. The problem is they are protected by their co-conspirators of the BAR Associations, the false narratives of the media and the corrupt courts. These institutions of our society are tasked with stopping this treason and prosecuting the traitors, but they refuse to hold their friends accountable. This treason is ripe for justice, but the government seems reluctant to perform as required by law, this makes all government the enemy of We the people. There are many who want Civil War, thinking they can make it Republicans vs Democrats, but if war is meant to be it will be We the people vs all government, because no government official can be trusted to do the right thing.

Loyalist vs Traitors
“We the people” is being used to deceive us all. We the people is all of us, We the people all share the common interests of the success or failure of our Nation. In 2024 the Election was a renouncing of the system of democracy, the majority followed the vision of Trump for our future and rejected the mob of Democrats who sought communism with democrats in control of the lives of We the people. The deception is the voice of traitors who have come to use We the people and our Constitution as rallying cries to unite under the mob of Democrats. There are many traitors among us who talk about the rights of We the people, but in fact these traitors are only acting in their best interests and not those interests of We the people. These traitors share the common desire for power and work in unison to weaken our President and stop his agenda sanctified by We the people with our sovereign power to vote. The opposition to the sovereign power of We the people are the mob of Democrats and their supporters who seek money, power and fame. These traitors are enemies of We the people who are above the law in today’s corrupt judicial system.
We the people are the leaders of our clans who share the common belief of God first, Family second and Country third. We the people are loyal to these principles and share them with those who are Loyalist in these beliefs. Among the traitors there are many false Loyalists who try to deceive us into following them rather than our beliefs. These traitors are clearly seen for the liars they are, but those responsible for enforcement of our law allow them to continue their deception without accountability, thus creating doubt among We the people who wonder who are Traitors and who are Loyalist. Talk is cheap, lies are boundaful and truth is scarce. I believe Trump is the last chance for our Constitutional Republic, but he is being stalled by traitors, who hope to delay him until his term is complete. Fraudulent Loyalists (attorneys, justices and judges) are using fictions of law to obstruct, deny and delay the draining of the swamp of Washington DC. Trump started out strong but by manipulation has all but been stopped by fraudulent courts making fraudulent judgments to regulate the “President of our Republic”. Trump has been made fearful of the terms of “King” and “Dictator” by the traitors who have stalled accountability for their treason. Trump fails to see he has all powers of a King and among the them is dictator of policy. As “Magistrate” he can fire every traitor within our government, but the traitors who surround him have stopped him from doing what he knows is right. Walking with fear makes him venerable to the lies of the traitors and Loyalists are denied access by these deceivers. I stand on God’s promise the candle of the wicked will be put out and the light of truth will shine bright.

Trump’s power.
As the President of a Republic Trump holds many powers of a King. He is the Commander in Chief of the military. He is the highest authority of law as Magistrate of the United States of America. Because he is superior to all courts, his “Decrees” are final without appeal, except to We the people who elected him. As the Executive Leader of the United States of America, he holds the power to hire and fire any official holding any public office State or Federal for cause.
To restore our Constitutional Republic, it is necessary to remove all Democrats from public office. This can be done by “Decree” ordering all Democrats to resign from public office within 3 days, for the crime of treason to destory our Constitutional Republic. On the 4th day he can utilize the military to arrest all Democrats who refuse to resign.
The 2nd “Decree” would be to “Order” for the restoration of the “Constitution for the United States of America”, 1787 version, ending with the original 13th Amendment. The “Constitution of the United States of America”, 1865 version, and all its fraudulent Amendments must be “Outlawed” as treason of Democrats. The Democrat Party was established in 1828 and has been engaged in treason to destory the United States of America since its conception.
The 3rd “Decree” must be to “Order” Congress to abolish all Article IV “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” for lack of jurisdiction and lack of authority of law. As the Executive Officer of the United States of America all fake judges and fake magistrates of these courts should be fired for incompetence in law. Congress should be “Ordered” to restore the Article III “District Courts of the United States” these public offices should be filled with “Tribunals” with the power to decide the case as required by due process.
The 4th “Decree” should be to “Outlaw” all BAR (British Accredited Registry) Associations, as foreign states issuing “Titles of Nobility” and monopolizing the courts by fake “license to practice law”. All criminal prosecutions must be based upon a complaint, signed under penalty of perjury, to establish personal and subject matter jurisdiction to prosecute a crime before the Tribunal. All cases must be determined by “Common Law” with findings of facts and conclusions of law that support the “Judgment”.
The 5th “Decree” must be to the “Supreme Court of the United States” to restore “Habeas Corpus” and require the court to hear all cases of Constitutional Rights Violations and hold the violator accountable for their treason. Refusal of jurisdiction is treason by all justices of the court.
These 5 “Decrees” would go a long way to restoring our Constitutional Republic. While there are many areas to be dealt with these would restore justice and protect the people from further lawfare of attorneys. Of course the security of the people is the highest purpose of government and a necessity of National Security. Truth

Fraud
The biggest fraud of our Nation is the 13th Amendment that fraudulent claims authority to free the slaves. This was an end to the fraud of enslavement of black people, that was fraudulently legal prior to our Civil War. This was fraud based upon our Declaration of Independence that states all men are created equal and under God’s law are all born free and lawfully entitled to liberty. Then came the fraudulent 14th Amendment that made all blacks citizens under the fraudulent authority of the United States government. The “Constitution for the United States of America” (1787) ended with the 13th Amendment that was passed and ratified in 1819 and published in the Missouri Constitution 1820. This prohibited all “Titles of Nobility” to hold any public office. Attorneys all hold the title of “Esquire” and hold public office in treason to our Constitution. They protect this treason by fraudulent Article IV courts conducting fraudulent judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law. As long as attorneys hold our public offices of government, We the people will be subject to “Lawfare” and our Nation will continue its decline.
Trump has been informed of this treason but continues to trust the attorneys around him. As long as these traitors are followed We the people have no President to protect our interests. I ask Trump, why are you following liars? What if everything I have told you is true? At the very least, you should hear me out before you risk our Nation by trusting professional liars of the foreign state of BAR Associations. I am a jurisconsult who learns from everybody, I trust you are one too. Are you tired of losing support of the people for attorneys to retain power in our Nation? Are you ready to lead us all? Loyality is a two way street you must give it to receive it. We the people are ready to follow our President to take out the deep state, but we refuse to trust attorneys who have fucked us for over a century. It is time to restore our Constitutional Republic with or without your support, Mr. President.
