Traitors.
How do We the people remove the traitors from our government? The answer is simple stop voting for them and start voting for our Republic.
Most of my life I was a democrat because that is what most of my family are. But when I came to understand the true character of Democrats, I could no longer support them. Clair McCaskill showed me the morals, ethics and principles of Democrats. In 1991 I was fighting the War on Drugs and went to her as the Democrat candidate for Jackson County Missouri Prosecuting Attorney. I showed her the facts, law and evidence of the organized crime of the Jackson County Drug Task Force. She buried the information and was elected prosecutor. At this point I stopped all support for the Democrat Party because I learned Democrats all want power and will fuck anyone to get it. With democrats it is all about what will give them power and what will take it away, Clair became the Stewart of the task force and used them to expand her power to get higher office and more power. Thousands were injured by her “Mass Tort” but that’s OK because Democrats are above the law. This fact made me focus my attention on finding out about the nation our forefathers created. I learned about our Constitutional Republic and our sovereign power as We the people.
We the people retain sovereign power by our right to vote, Republicans believe in the rights, privileges and immunities of We the people, Democrats believe in control by the mob of government. Democrats will promise you anything to get elected, once elected all promises are forgotten. Democrats will lie, cheat and steal to get elected then spend all their time attacking Republicans. Of course there are R.I.N.O.s who use the democrat playbook to get elected, these should be primaried to remove them from public office.
This is the sovereign power of We the people, no-one can be in any public office without our permission. Democrats vote for the party and elect those who hate our nation to fight against those who are trying to fix it. Republicans are at least trying to stop the corruption by fighting the Democrats and R.I.N.O.s engaged in treason to destory our nation by establishing communism with them in power. All rational people understand democrat socialism has always failed because those in power get rich and the people suffer or die for their opposition.
We the people must unite in our sovereign power to vote and elect those who will serve us not act as masters of slaves. Democrats all campaign on the hate we share for corruption, Republicans campaign on policies to make our lives better. MAGA is to make America better for everyone not just those in power. Sovereigns vote for liberty and freedom while Democrats vote for hate and are talking Civil War to gain power. All who champion war must be voted out, all who hate America must be voted out, all who are power hungry must be voted out. In this way we remove the barriers to peace in our nation and plant the seeds of justice under common law.
We the people must stop financially supporting those who are working to destory our Constitutional Republic. We the people must start challenging the courts by common law and end the reign of terror by attorneys of the foreign state of BAR Associations. Lawfare has exposed the corruption of our Courts and the denial of due process of law required by the 5th Amendment. We the people must stop supporting Corporations that support the hate of Democrats by contributions to their campaigns. We the people hold the power of the purse, remember Bud Light, their support of trans cost them dearly. Democrats need slaves to do their bidding and their followers must comply to the standards of the mob. Sovereigns all have the authority to say no and vote against that they disagree with. When We the people unite in our sovereignty our Constitutional Republic will be restored because our government will be the representatives of our values. I believe there are far more sovereigns who love our nation than there are slaves who hate America. When We the people unite in the love of our country We the people will be the majority that can not be defeated by those who wish to destory our Constitutional Republic. In the words of our forefathers, “I pledge alligence to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” I believe We the people stand united in our pledge of allegiance and support “One Nation Under God”. Those who don’t have no place in our society, We the people must restore our Republic by removing all who are working for its downfall. Muslims, Communists and democrats must be silenced by the voice of the majority of We the people voting in one voice of what we will and will not allow in our government. The voice of the majority cannot be ignored, thus our sovereign power. Truth.

False Narratives.
We the people are fed false narratives by democrats and the news medias in conspiracy of treason. Democrats are working to destory our Constitutional Republic by making false claims of war crimes and their supporters are creating a public spectacle based upon this fraud. This is the fault of the Attorney General and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) who refuse to hold Democrats accountable for their lies, frauds and treason. Of course as members of the deep state no attorney can arrest, prosecute or punish any of their own, because they might be held accountable for doing so. We the people suffer because the lies continue unpunished giving the false air of truth to the fraudulent allegations. Democrats are setting the stage for Civil War with them as the righteous party working against the criminals of the Trump Administration. By lies, manipulation and deception Democrats are attempting to divide our Nation into violent followers willing to kill to support the Democrats’ propaganda. With the election of an unapologetic communist Democrats have come out with their true intentions to unite Muslims, illegals and the LGBTQ communities into an army willing to kill to support Democrat policies. As usual Democrats are supporting the 20% minority who hate our Nation hoping to make the majority bow to their power. Democrats have been seen and condemned by the 80% majority of MAGA who are just waiting for the opportunity to end the reign of terror of Democrats. MAGA are honest people who believe in law and order, but when war breaks out, the law remains silent and all protection of Democrats ends. We the people of MAGA know who you are and where you live, We the people will not hesitate to hunt Democrats down and take them out.
We the people elected Trump to drain the swamp and end the threat of Democrats in our Constitutional Republic, but if he cannot get it done by lawful means and allows another Civil War to break out, We the people can take care of the problem ourselves. Democrats are done leading the United States of America into communism the majority will not follow. We the people will fight to protect our life, liberty, freedom, family and country to preserve our right to worship God in our own way. Democrats are trying to make us worship them, that will not happen. Democrats lack moral values, have no ethics they are liars and thieves and by reputation are people of bad character. The eyes of We the people are upon you and see you clearly. I believe all Democrats should be hung for treason and left hanging until their heads fall off, this is how We the people treated traitors in the American Revolution, I pray those days are gone forever, but they can be brought back if necessary to restore our Constitutional Republic by Civil War. Today Democrats are protected by law, with Civil War that protection ends. Truth.

Treason.
We the people have allowed treason to become the common practice of those paid to represent our interests. We the people elected Trump to be our President in accordance with the “Constitution for the United States of America”. Every member of the government is required to have an “Oath of Office” to support our Constitution and all acts against it are treason. Today in our Nation treason to the Constitution has become common practice by the mob of democracy who are working to destory our Constitutional Republic. Regardless of political affiliation all who support the corrupt federal courts are aiding and abetting treason to the Constitution that requires all courts to be Article III Constitutional Courts. All who challenge the conduct of our duly elected President, without facts, law and evidence, are Principals of treason, conducting treason with malicious intent to cause our Nation to fail, this crime is punishable by the death penalty.
Democracy is treason in the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America. All who advocate, promote and expand Democracy in our Constitutional Republic are guilty of treason and subject to the death penalty because they support mob rule over the rights, privileges and immunities of the individual in our Republic. Democrats are conspiring to destory our Constitutional Republic our forefathers created for us and all our posterity. Through their treason Democrats have seized the “Sovereign Power” of We the people by making them “Citizens” subject to rule of the mob of government. “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 is restored ending with the original 13th Amendment. The “Constitution of the United States of America” 1865 is deemed treason by Congress to establish mob rule of government and no Amendments made by them are legal, lawful or Constitutional, they are all treason for enactment without consent of We the people of the United States of America.We the people demand due process of law by “Common Law Courts of Record” under Article III Constitutional authority to provide justice to We the people. All titles of nobility in public office are guilty of treason and subject to the death penalty. Only a sovereign has authority to invoke the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of any court by complaint signed under penalty of perjury. All cases without a complaint are treason by the Judge and Prosecutor who are subject to the death penalty for treason. Truth.

Poverty.
We the people live meger existences by design of the elites in government. Oh there are thousands of programs to help the poor, but for some reason they can never help you. The tax dollars are stolen from these programs by the administrators among the elites who force We the people into poverty by forcing us to struggle just to survive from day to day. A person who is focused on budgeting from check to check is not focusing on the corruption of our government. Because the sovereigns of this Nation are basically law abiding, their character dictates that they can not get ahead by taking from others. The criminals do not suffer the common practice of obedience to the 10 Commandments, they take from others by force, fraud or theft. Most of these criminals, are the elites of government, the so-called journalist who provide us questionable truth and judges who justify crimes of attorneys. All of these criminals are united in their purpose to gain fame, power and wealth at the expense of We the people they hurt.
We the people who live in poverty are prohibited to seek damages from those who cause us harm, We the people are denied, ignored and dismissed by the criminals of the elites who are paid to enforce our laws and provide justice to We the people. This vicious cycle has been made acceptable by the elites who allow criminals to thrive while We the people suffer their crimes on a daily bases. God’s Law is clear that done in darkness will come to light.
We the people who have stopped believing the lies of the elites see these criminals in their true light. Everyday more and more sovereigns are waking up to the treason of the government and uniting against the elites who engage in organized crime under the color of law. Our only chance is Trump, because if what he says is true, thus far he has been proven right, he wants to restore our Constitutional Republic and give We the people back their sovereignty. To achieve this goal the government must expose, prosecute and punish all forms of Democracy in our Republic. Democracy is mob rule, in a Republic the individual’s rights are protected by law. Today the mob of government rules our nation. This must end and We the people must demand our Constitutional Republic be restored for all generations to come.
All the violations of my rights, privileges and immunities was done by the Obama Administration. The deep state has protected the elites from accountability for their crimes showing they are complicit in the treason. If one has power to stop treason and refuses to act, they are aiding and abetting the treason. In treason there are no accessories only principals. All principals of treason are subject to the death penalty.
What God has ordained no man can put under. What is meant to be will be. The elites are delusional in their belief that they are above the law. The elites use fictions of law to justify their criminal conduct done with malicious intent to harm others.

The Military.
Recently two members of our military were shot by an illegal Muslim in Washington DC. This was an attack upon We the people of the United States of America by a foreign born terrorist who was in our Country unlawfully. With the invasion of our Nation, We the people are subject to attack from within the borders of our Nation, by the brotherhood of Islam and their supporters. Democrats and Muslims have united to bring Communism to our shores. These terrorists do not share our values and openly bad mouth our Nation while stealing us blind to support their shithole countries. They have shown they will not assimilate and have fired the first shots. We the people have the God given right to defend ourselves, against these foreign born terrorist.
All public offices held by Muslims must be investigated to determine is those who voted for them had the legal right to vote in the first place. These terrorists have created Muslim pockets around our Nation and filled our public offices with those loyal to Muslim beliefs, no taxpayer should pay any salary to those who openly spout hate for our Country.
Our National Guard is the representation of We the people in uniform. They are brothers and sisters in arms who have taken an “Oath” to protect our Nation from all enemies foreign and domestic. An attack upon our National Guard is an attack upon We the people who support our military. There are many in uniform but the vast majority of our National Security is not in uniform. As sovereigns, We the people are brothers and sisters in arms ready to stand side by side to defend our Nation against all attacks. This is established by our 2nd Amendment that requires all sovereigns to fight for our life, liberty and freedoms when they are threatened by a foreign power, in uniform or not We the people are a well regulated militia ready to fight for ourselves or in defense of another sovereign. The job of We the people is to protect those in uniform and where necessay use lethal force to stop their attackers. It’s called “Justifiable Homicide”.
Democrats are trying to divide our military by the false narrative that implies Trump has issued unlawful orders. Trump has utilized the Military to back up I.C.E. Agents in performance of their duty to remove all illegals from our Nation. We the people have given Trump a Mandate to remove all illegals from our Nation, that Mandate gave him authority to use the National Guard to enforce Federal Law. Trump is not limited to the military he can also call the militias into active service if necessary. Muslims have openly attacked We the people and they are given fair warning We the people will protect our military by any means necessary upto and including lethal force. Allah has no business in our Nation, in this country We the people, trust in God. All those illegals who don’t believe in God must be removed from our Nation. Truth.

Self reliance.
We the people are all part of this great society we call the United States of America. Our Nation was created uniquely to the world of Democracies and Monarchies, where We the people are sovereign and retain sovereign power over those within our government. Our Nation is made up of sheep, wolves and shepards, each of these have distinct qualities that sets them apart from the others.
Among the shepards there is truth, honor and integrity, while they make mistakes their true intent is to take care of those they love. They believe in God, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the mercy of forgiveness. When we forgive another’s violation of our sovereignty We open the door to God to take vengeance on the one who caused us injury, harm or loss. Only God can show them the errors of their ways and cause them to become Shepards by casting off the head of a wolf.
Then we have the wolves who hold the positions of power and are all about their raise through the ranks, climbing the ladder of success. They will lie, cheat and steal to advance their careers, never giving a second thought to those they injure. Their whole purpose is power and will destory others to retain the illusion of authority and prestige. The wolves take ideas from others and claim them as their own and not consider the possibility that God is testing their character. When you steal from others you deminish your standing among We the people because you lack the details to make it work. Stealing is the common practice of all the wolves of our government, media and corporations. They unite in their hunt to destory anything that threatens their power.
Then there are the sheep, We the people see them as lost souls who believe in nothing and provide no useful purpose to those around them. They are freeloaders who game the system as a means of survival living off the crumbs from the table of their masters. God has the ability to divinely plant the seed of desire and cause sheep to raise above their station in life by giving the desire to help others. Some will always be sheep (Democrats), some will become wolves and a few select will raise to be Shepards among We the people.
The hardest part of being a Shepard is forgiving yourself for the wrongs of the past, knowing if you had another chance you would do things differently. We the people are all sinners in God’s eyes and enjoy the forgiveness of our father in heaven. Today I forgive all those wolves I have battled for years, knowing my hate is the desired result. I will no longer hate my government for the wrongs done to me, but will love each of them for helping me create the Shepard I am today. Without them I could have never become the man I am today, their wrongs taught me what is right in our Constitutional Republic. Their lies motivated me to find the truth and I am grateful. I am still here so God is not done with me yet. We all end in death. Truth

Unworthiness.
We the people have been divided into two groups, those who are worthy of protection of law and those who are not. Government has abandoned our “Bill of Rights” and violate the principles of our Constitutional Republic on a daily bases. Government was made the enemy of We the people by taking away the sovereignty of We the people, to extort our vote, taxes and power. Democracy has been incorporated in our Constitutional Republic by traitors who seek power over We the people by threats, intimidation and treason, when exposed they play the race card, the victim and cast blame on others. Democrats have shown us over and over their followers are ignorant morons who cannot comprehend truth. These immoral people believe men can bare children, Democrats are trustworthy people and all Republicans are MAGA. Democrats have shut down the government and caused suffering among We the people to further their agenda to destory the United States of America. Democrats are the threat to our life, liberty and freedom, they threaten those who are removing invaders with accountability when Democrats become the majority again.
Trump has 4 years to turn this around, but so far he is but a mouthpeice of attorneys against We the people. Trump is just another lying politican who claims to want law and order but refuses the power of law to hold traitors accountable. This is done by allowing fraudulent courts to dictate his authority and deny the true power of a “President in a Republic”. Trump has the power to enforce law as the “Magistrate” and remove all Democrats from public office as conspirators of treason. Trump has been lawfully served the facts, law and evidence but to date has made no attempt to exercise that power, therefore given the goal of MAGA it can only be assumed the deep state has hidden the documents from him. Otherwise, Trump is the “Mob Boss” the leader of treason against We the people. All I have asked for is the ability to show the truth, but government says I am not worthy of being listened to about law. The fake law of the mob cannot stand when challenged and our “Common Law” that has been abandoned by the courts to gain a monopoly of law for BAR Association members. This says Trump serves attorneys not We the people. It is simple show me where I am wrong about the law and correct my knowledge, to date no-one has shown any law against the authorities I have relied upon. This fact tells me I am right and the liars have been silenced. Due process is lawfully available to all of We the people but the court only allow BAR membership to access court, I say remove all support of tax dollars from these courts until common law is restored. Let the attorneys support their courts. But the facts, law and evidence must be heard by the President to determine if the laws are being faithfully executed. Trump knows they are not, the mob is the law today, not order.

Duty.
We the people have become tolerant of the corruption of our government who refuses to conduct business in accordance with our Constitution. We have repeatedly tried to have our grievances heard by those with the power and authority of law to correct the violations of our rights, privileges and immunities. As our superiors, government has abandoned the Constitution as the guiding principles of government to seize power and use our government as their personal tool of enforcement of fake laws that makes them untouchable. Treason and organized crime has become the common practice of those we have elected to represent us, without the procedures that hold them accountable. God’s Law is clear, “No one is above the law.”
Today government believes all acts in support of Democracy are acceptable, so they publically spout their treason to the Constitution and the authority of We the people in our Constitutional Republic. There is no way to fix this because all government employees are united in their quest for money, power and greed. We the people were conned by Trump who led us to believe he would drain the swamp and clean up our government. In truth he is the mob boss of Democracy, who has refused to enforce our Constitution and hold public officers accountable for their treason. Trump is too busy enriching himself and his friends while allowing the poor to suffer under his dictatorial practices. Trump has repeatedly ignored, denied and dismissed petitions for the redress of grievances to provide justice to We the people and allowed corrupt practices to continue under the color of fake law. SCOTUS has been exposed by facts, law and evidence as the leader of attorney treason, but they give Trump wins, so they are allowed their “Organized Crime”. Trump is just another lying politican who claims to support veterans while his administration violates veterans. The law requires accountability, but those we pay to enforce our laws refuse to prosecute the criminals in government. Taxation without representation.
We the people know our personal truths, but those truths are ignored by all news medias to spread the false narratives by the propaganda arm of government who break our laws while claiming to enforce them. We the people are sick and tired of watching the lies of government where no trials ever happen to those we know are guilty of treason. They are above the law and untouchable for their crimes against We the people. We the people are being led into another Civil War for population reduction and elimination of opposition to the government’s treason. History shows us We the people united to end the reign of terror by the King of England and the strongest army of the English Empire. We the people might have to join together again to rid our Nation of the corrupt government. Time will tell, it always does.

Solicitation.
We the people have been bombarded with calls soliciting our participation in the Affordable Care Act. As a verteran all my health care is done through the Veterans Administration, but the solicitors refuse to accept.this fact and the calls continue. The problem is Medicare Parts A and B are ObamaCare designed to make insurance companies rich at taxpayers’ expense. Obama created this system to allow illegals to be given health care at the highest cost in the world with the lowest level of service. I have lived in Japan that has socialized medicine, where all are entitled to treatment. Their system allows all to participate in the health care system by a very small percentage of one’s pay. Their system makes all procedures to be paid according to National Regulations. Doctors of Japan are interested to taking care of the patients, this is the downfall of the American System because doctors charge based upon the patient’s ability to pay.
This is evident in the Hospital charges, a poor hospital charges less for a procedure while the rich hospitals charge 2 to 3 times more for the exact same procedure. Doctors in America have become extortionist claiming pay my price or suffer the consequences. Insurance Corporations claim Billions in profits, while denying patients’ medical needs. This corrupt system was created by their partners in crime attorneys, who allows Insurance Corporations to deny benefits based upon costs, they can also deny coverage based upon preexisting conditions, usually cause by doctors and their medical malpractice. Of course attorneys will hardly ever criminally charge doctors for their medical malpractice, the leading cause of death in our Nation. Attorneys will not charge Insuramce Companies for their “Profiteering”, they are too big to be challenged, they can afford an army of attorneys to fight any challenge to their monopoly of health care. ObamaCare is a failure for these reasons, it is time to regulate the doctors, hospitals and Insurance Corporations.
I do not want to participate in this corrupt system that pays people to participate in the corruption. ObamaCare is organized crime of “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241. The right to life. When corporate profits can be the determining factor of Healthcare the system is detrimental to We the people. The patients are all entitled to the same Healthcare treatment regardless of their social status. If all are charged the same, doctors can make no difference between the rich and poor. Insurance Corporations should be limited to a percentage of profits and all profits above that percentage should be returned to patients as shareholders in the company. It is time to make health affordable for all people. Please stop the calls I will never join ObamaCare. We the people need a system of Healthcare based upon the medical needs of the patient and designed to cure the illness.

Faith.
I find that the hardest part of faith is the patients for God to act. Sometimes We get our answers quick and others have been stalled for decades. It is hard to believe in the good of men when we are shown the inhumanity of them. We are all connected to the “Christ Conscience”, but we chose to follow our intuitions or disregard them. In my life, I have been led to the truth of our forefathers and the systems of law from around the world. Our Nation, is “One Nation Under God”, but many believe God has turned his back on us. I am stuck in the present waiting on justice, seeking the promised land that has been sought since our creation of the United States of America. This promise land has been spoken of many times throughout our history, by those who were blessed or cursed with the knowledge of things to come. So far the song that best describes my life is, “Someday never comes”. All the words I have written were to show you how it is meant to be in our “Constitutional Republic.” The sovereignty of each and everyone of us. The law of accountability under God’s Law and denial of due process of law by mob of attorneys. The law is simple, if there is no injury, no law has been broken. The decievers of Democracy have adopted the Roman system of law that allows attorneys to prosecute without an injured party. Attorneys do this by fictions of law (Codes, Rules, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations), these are not “Law” these were created by attorneys to steal from the people under the color of law (Fake Law).
Government has created a system of deception that allows them to maintain power over those who employee them. This has been done by the fraud of “Citizenship” created by the fraudulent 14th Amendment ratified in 1868. This created the mob of government by taking away the “Sovereignty” “Constitutional Republic” and replacing it with the mob rule of Democracy. Since this time government has become arrogant believing they are superior to those who elect them to conduct our business. Under “Common law” We the people share the authority to remove any government official who violates our Constitution. So much damage has been done to our “Constitutional Republic” that it is no longer recognizable.
Someday We the people will all stand hand in hand and condemn those who violate others. Someday our government will hold those accountable who lie, cheat and steal. Someday We the people will stop fearing our government because we all share the knowledge of their limited power. Someday my life will end and the struggle to make others see will be no more. Then these words will ring true that “Someday never comes.” Everyday is a new day with a new opportunity to do the right thing. This is the present a gift from God that you are in it. I believe the greatest gift is to be missed when your time has come. I miss many from my life and will see them when I am done. Truth.
