Revenge.
We the people who believe in God cannot seek revenge against those who wrong us. The age old principle is, when you seek revenge dig two graves, one for your enemy and the other for you, because when you seek revenge you become that which you hate. When you forgive your enemy you open the door to God to take vengeance for you. God knows all things and can cause the downfall of your enemy in ways you cannot imagine. Today we are seeing the power of the courts crumble, those once all superior to us average are now under the microscope for their treasonous practices. Because I learned the power of forgiveness I was blessed with God’s truth, law and blessing to restore justice in our Nation. The key of the corruption is the Supreme Court of the United States who aids and abets the treason by not holding BAR members accountable for the crimes they commit. Attorneys believe they are above the law, because in their courts they are, but God showed me the true courts are those of We the people. God’s law is clear, “One with the least license has the most power.”
The “Common Law Court of Record of We the people of the United States of America” has created a public record of the treason by the deep state. Trump has promised to drain the deep state, but he is focused on revenge and stopped by God to seek vengeance. Only by forgiving his enemies and bowing to God’s will, can accountability begin. This is the hardest part of faith, because hate is a very powerful emotion, it consumes you and causes all aspects of your life to suffer because there can be no love in a heart of hate.
The way God showed me to stop the Supreme Court is to demand a certification of law that gives jurisdiction to the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. This is “Case Number 1” presented to Trump as the “Magistrate of the United States of America”. Because this started in my personal case, I cannot act as “Tribunal”, so I proceeded as a “Sovereign Plaintiff” and gave Trump power over my case. God’s law says you cannot be judge and prosecutor of your own case.
The stage is set for accountability of all traitors to our Republic. Trump has been lawfully served the documents as confirmed by “The Office of Presidential Correspondence” in their letter of December 2, 2025. These documents establish facts, law, evidence and Decree to force the Supreme Court to comply with the law. The “Decree For Certification Of Law” is provided for Trump’s signature that establishes terms and conditions that the Supreme Court must follow based upon the Constitution. Failure to do so will constitute treason by all justices of the Supreme Court and subject them to trial before the “Magistrate”. This single case will restore our Constitutional Courts because every judge and attorney will know, by holding the Supreme Court to account, they can be held accountable as well. Thus opening the door to justice.

Legacy
We the people each hold sovereign power, as a sovereign We all have the choice of the legacy We leave behind. Among these are those given an inconceivable task in God’s plan for our Nation. Our forefathers were given the task of defeating the British Empire. Abraham Lincoln was given the task of ending slavery in the United States of America. Trump has been given the task of restoring the Constitutional Republic, destorying democracy to Make America Great Again. I have been given the task of restoring justice to We the people, to establish their sovereignty beyond contestation and restore their rights, privileges and immunities in all courts of the United States of America. On their face these seem to be impossible tasks to every logical person, but with God all things are possible and his Devin introvention made the difference in the outcomes.
Our forefathers suffered greatly to create our Constitutional Republic, they risked their lives, property and freedom to defeat King George and his democracy. Lincoln ended slavery at a great cost to our Nation, more people died in the Civil War than all the wars since combined. These victories were divinely inspired in We the people that they were possible, history shows how they were achieved and establish who We are today. Our forefathers stood against the mob rule of the British Empire. Lincoln united Republicans to defeat slavery by the Democrats in our Constitutional Republic. The original 13th Amendment, ratified in 1819 and published, prohibited titles of nobility to hold public office. It’s unconstitutional removal was the foundation of the downfall of our Republic and the beginning of democracy’s scheme to destory our Constitutional Republic.
America was great when it was a Constitutional Republic. To Make America Great Again the Constitutional Republic must reign Supreme with We the people holding sovereign power and democracy defeated in every challenge. This is Trump’s task by God. To assist Trump I was created by God to be the voice of We the people that challenges the mob of government and holds them accountable for their treason against our Constitutional Republic. My task is to expose the corruption of the Judicial Branch and hold them accountable to our “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787, ending with the original 13th Amendment. By showing due process of law the frauds, thefts and crimes will show We the people the law and their sovereign power in its execution. These actions will destory democracy and the power of the mob will cease to exist in “One Nation under God”. Stoners.
We the people are made up of many religions, cultures and races. Among We the people many use Marijuana, some to get high, some to treat illnesses and others to maintain health. In today’s modern world Marijuana has become a source to stereotype individuals who use Marijuana as stupid, lazy or worthless. This hate is led by the Professionals (Doctors, Attorneys and Clergy) who lose profits by Marijuana users who oppose their professions. Doctors hate Marijuana users because when you use Marijuana you do not need Doctors pills and potions. Marijuana has 143 different medicinal purposes and is effective in the battle of many illnesses. Doctors have created a false narrative that Marijuana is bad and have no rational evidence to back that determination.
Based upon this fraudulent determination Attorneys seen the potential for profits and created the “War on Drugs” to punish Stoners. Attorneys hate stoners because they question everything and challenge their bogus authority to violate We the people. Stoners communicate with eachother, they share knowledge and study to increase their knowledge. By stereotyping stoners as worthless people who get high, sit on the couch and do nothing all day, society is turned against stoners. Attorneys have created the false narrative Marijuana is a “Drug” when it is in fact a “Plant” and according to the Bible is for healing as a plant. Most of society uses Marijuana, but most of society is afraid to admit it. Because Attorneys profit from punishment of stoners, they have assassinated their character as “Drug Addicts” using those addicted to man made drugs like Heroin, Crack Cocain and Meth as examples of “Stoners” creating the false narrative they rob, rape, murder and hurt society. Most stoners honor God, Family and Country, they work with their hands as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, farmers, etc. and serve the community. Stoners are the fabric that holds America together. But stoners are not allowed a seat at the table because the professionals profit from their persecution.
Clergy have lost the stoners because they agree with the Doctors and Attorneys that Marijuana is bad for society. Clergy condemn stoners while supporting same sex marriages, LGBTQ rights, men in women sports and killing the unborn, all of which stoners are against. MAGA is made up of stoners from all races, who believe in the morals, ethics and principles given by God to We the people. They are not allowed a voice at the table of truth because the false narratives of the Professionals would be exposed.
I can sit down with any stoner, of any race smoke a joint and debate the issues of the day without anger, violence or hate. The politically correct of our society can not argue their position, so their hate and anger grow to the point they turn to violence, rioting, burning, killing and abuse of power. Profiteers.
We the people are struggling because of the profiteers who are profiting by Biden Era Inflation. At the end of Trump’s first term I was paying $1.89 per gallon for gas. During Biden gas rose to $3.59 per gallon. Today gas prices are at $2.69 per gallon. The raise in gas profits were the reason for the increase in groceries prices. During the first term of Trump we averaged about $100.00 per week and could eat well. During the Biden term we averaged $220.00 per week in groceries and could not afford beef that tripled in price. Today we can still not afford Beef and spend about $200.00 per week to eat.
During the Biden Administration Jackson County Missouri decided because of inflation they doubled our property taxes in 2023 against State Regulations on taxation that says property taxes cannot increase over 15% in one year. Many elders on Social Security were not able to pay the extortion and have since lost their homes.
The utilitie company had to raise their prices through price gouging with Electric Bill doubling to $500.00 for three months in summer, this was done under the false claim of increase in demand. The Electric company increased the cost during peak times of usage, but in the summer of 2025 temperatures were moderate lowering the demand for electricity, yet the same $500.00 Bill remained. During Trump’s first term our Electric averaged about $120.00 per month, today we average about $250.00. Gas and Water Bills doubled as well.
These “Profiteering Schemes” mean nothing to the rich they just pay the inflated prices. But us on Social Security must budget our limited income to cover all the profits of these profiteers. In many cases we had to sacrifice food to cover the cost. While prices doubled during the Biden years, Social Security only increased once, by 2%, to battle inflation. We the elderly are existing to pay Bills, nothing else is allowed, no dining out, no vacations, no extras and we eat what is on sale not what we want.
Profiteering has become the common practice of Corporations that must be held accountable for their abuse of power to extort hugh profits from We the people. President Trump has promised to bring down the cost of living. Trump has signed stimulus to help the elderly but that is stolen by “Non-Governmental Organizations” that eat up all stimulus in Administrative Fees or require you to have ObamaCare parts A and B to qualify for help by stimulus for groceries and Bills, this disqualifies all Veterans from all stimulus. So We the elderly struggle on in our struggle to make ends meet with no relief in sight. I ask why can’t stimulus for the elderly be put directly into our Social Security checks? Why do we have to apply to NGOs to receive stimulus meant to ease our burdens? Is this the best the richest country in the world can do for We the people? Some day never comes, it is long overdue.

Deflection.
Yesterday I received a letter from the office of presidental correspondence.

As those who have been following this fight know, I exercised my 1st Amendment Right to petition government for the redress of grievances. The letter is clearly a deflection from the legal duty to take care the laws are faithfully executed. Like the Clerks of the Supreme Court, the Preaident seems to have a branch that determines what he sees or does not see and protects him from fighting the corruption of the deep state. Time will tell us all if Trump is true to his words or just another lying politican. My petition was treated as an offer of help, when it was a presentation of facts, law and evidence of government corruption, seeking a hearing of the evidence. But I can only assume the president is not interested in justice for the American people, he stands in deniability, that he doesn’t know. He didn’t say he would or would not hear the evidence, just thanked me for my offer to help.
Much has come out about sovereignty and our Constitutional Republic, We the people are starting to see the truth of our government and are understanding the corruption is on both sides to gain and retain power over We the people. Because the letter is not signed by the President it leaves the door of doubt open as to whether he was given the documents or not. Those loyal to the deep state are motivated to hide the truth from the President and deny justice to the American People.
Without justice our Nation is just another Banana Republic where the rich get richer and the rest suffer under their bogus authority. The morals, ethics and principles of our Constitutional Republic are unenforceable because those paid to enforce our law are all members of the BAR Associations who are the law breakers and traitors. The time is coming where We the people will stop trying to fix our government by words and the law will go silent. Those who seek peace dread these days to come, while those who want Civil War cannot wait for it to kick off. Many will die on both sides and the winner will dictate our nation for the generations to come. But it can all be avoided by simply enforcing the law of our land. But I am just one man and cannot make the President act honorably to hold those accountable who are engaged in treason, only God has the power to change the heart of a man. Time will if the correspondence was a recognition or deflection.

As a sovereign, since before it was popular, I have been fighting to restore justice to the American People. Justice is based upon the morals, ethics and principles our Constitutional Republic was founded upon. Because the “Judicial Branch” refuses to honor the rights, privileges and immunities of our “Constitution for the United States of America” a “Common Law Court of Record” was created under the 10th Amendment sovereign power of We the people. It provides Facts, Law and Evidence that condemns the conduct of our government and shows the steps necessary to restore our Republic to its former glory. I will present this Common Law Court of Record one time to the “Magistrate Donald John Trump” as the highest ranking official of our Republic. It will be a one hour presentation, with the option to continue, followed by a question and answer period by members of Trump’s cabinet. The work is already done, it just needs to be enforced by the President who has the legal duty to take care the laws are faithfully excuted within Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution.
To “Make America Great Again” the “Sovereign Power” of We the people must be restored and our Constitution enforced in all areas necessary. The date, time and location of the presentation to be set by Trump. I will need one week notice to meet that obligation. Trump is offered a Constitutional method of restoring the Republic within his 4 year term, all he has to do is listen and act where he sees fit. If Trump will not hear this presentation before the mid-terms, We the people should vote all Republicans out of office because they are all R.I.N.O.s supporting the mob of government over the sovereign power of We the people, this is not meant to empower the Democrats. I say write in “None of the above” on all ballots. If none of the above wins, the public office cannot be filled against the sovereign power to vote of We the people. I believe God prepared me to lead this fight.

Tribunal.
We the people in our ignorance have allowed foreign agents of the foreign state of BAR Associations to remove “Common Law” from our system of justice. By creating fraudulent courts where judges manipulate We the people into giving them authority to use fictions of law, We the people are forced into unlawful contracts that have no bases in law. By the removal of the original 13th Amendment, Congress has been unlawfully seized by attorneys manipulating our law to their profit. Congress was given power to constitute Tribunals by Article I, Section 8, Clause 9 inferior to the Supreme Court.
Tribunals are under common law and required to provide due process within the 5th Amendment. Today We the people have judges operating as administrators to deprive We the people of their God given rights, privileges and immunities. These judges are conducting treason under the color of law using fictions of law without jurisdiction or authority of law. The kingpin of these corrupt courts are the Supreme Court of the United States of America who protects the organized crime of attorneys in lower courts. These courts break the law knowing they will not be held accountable by their superiors in clear “Conspiracy against rights” 18 U.S.C. 241. All attorneys are engaged in this conspiracy and are principals of treason.
The problem of the mob of attorneys is under common law We the people have total sovereign power. This means We the people have the authority to do anything government can do as delegated by the 10th Amendment. For example, the power to prosecute crime. The mob of attorneys want us to believe only they can prosecute crime, but We the people have the power to establish our own “Common Law Courts of Record” an act as “Private Prosecutors” to prosecute crime. For the mob of attorneys to deny this common law function creates a monopoly of law for attorneys and denied due process of law required by the 5th Amendment. We the people all share the double edged sword of justice to prosecute and defend those who violate our ‘Constitution for the United States of America” and our “Bill of Rights”. This common law practice is being tested before the “Magistrate” Donald John Trump, to see if he will exercise his authority by Article II, Section 3 to make sure the laws are faithfully executed. Two cases have been filed; 1) Supreme Court of the United States and 2) Veterans Administration. To date Trump has refused his judicial duty as the highest ranking official of our Republic. Time will tell if he is our President or the leader of the mob of government.

We the people stop fearing the words of Democrats who have alterior motives for allowing illegals in our Nation. What a shame that a decent life is given to illegals while We the people suffer at the hands of those elected to serve us. The Elites.
We the people have become well indocrinated to give blind trust to Doctors, Attorneys and Clergy. We the people are trained to accept anything these so-called professionals say as unbridled truth. But in our recent history We the people have come to understand these professionals are liars who are loyal to the alterior motive of profit.
Doctors in my experience have not cured any of my health problems and have prescribed medications that caused me more problems. In fairness my Doctor at St. Luke’s Hospital put 5 stints in my heart and saved my life. He prescribed me medications that the Veterans Hospital refused to provide and instead prescribed me mecations that caused me breathing problems. This was done to cause me to need these medications, profit pharmaceutical companies for kick backs paid to prescribe their medications and make me need the services of Doctors. These facts have caused me doubt of all Doctors provided by the Veteran’s Administration who are not interested in curing anything that would remove the need for their services. Thousands depend on it.
We the people have been shown the true character of attorneys by their organized crime of lawfare. Trump showed us the denial of due process of law by being attacked by attorneys without a complaint signed by an injured party, for crimes undefined and was found guilty without facts, law or evidence that support a crime. Attorneys are loyal to the BAR Associations and the monopoly of our justice system. This is the Roman System of law where every infraction creates the need to hire an attorney to protect your interests, but then the attorneys sell you out to retain their power over the law. This system caused the downfall of the Roman Empire.
We the people have seen the shift of our Clergy that support trends that are popular among Democrats. The raise of the LGBTQ community, same sex marriage and abortion have become acceptable among the Clergy though they are condemned by God in the Bible. The motive of Clergy is to build the biggest church with the largest congregation that produces the most profit. The Clergy of today live in big houses drive fancy cars and tell us we must give more to the church. Charlie showed us what every Clergy should be an advocate for Christ.
We the people always have the sovereign choice to accept or reject what we are told. We the people have the right to follow or ignore the advise of others. We the people are the king (Sovereign) of our lives and owe it to ourselves to do what is best for us. This requires one thing of us all, do your own research and share what you find with the rest of us. Good is good and Bad is bad. Right is right and Wrong is wrong. These are issues of debate among those who are sovereign in our Nation. We owe it to ourselves to question the motives of those who advise us. All sovereigns share truth not lies, with each other. Quacks.
Today I had the misfortune to have an appointment with a so-called Doctor Brian Shepherd of the Veterans Administration. I informed him of the new break through of Harvard on COPD “LPR 7” and Dr. Barbara O’Neil who claims to have a cure. Shepherd had no interest in these findings claiming there is no cure for COPD, but he said he would research it. I told him the six celebrities who claimed to have had COPD that are now cured. He asked where I learned this information and when I said Goggle, he said you cannot trust anything on Goggle and dismissed the information as bogus. We discussed the common practice of kick backs for Doctors who prescribe medicine for Pharmaceutical companies. He replied doctors don’t get kick backs. He then ended the meeting saying he was not going to discuss conspiracy theories with me and I replied I am not going to discuss my health care with a quack that has no interest in curing my COPD who wants to keep me sick for big pharma profit. With that I left.
I must wait until March 15th 2026 before I can file my lawsuit. Dr. Brian Shepherd will be named and can make his claims in court under oath. These are notes made at the time to be offered as evidence of this meeting.
