Hard decisions.
We the people are sick and tired of the status quo that is allowed to continue unchallenged in their treason, sedition and insurrection. We the people elected Trump to drain the swamp by making the hard decisions that will restore our Constitutional Republic to We the people, but Trump is relying on attorneys to hold attorneys accountable. This is insanity because every attorney is engaged in treason to the original 13th Amendment that prohibits them to hold any public office federal or state. Attorneys are foreign agents loyal to the foreign state of BAR Associations and united in their quest to destory our Constitution. Their leader is SCOTUS who aid and abet the treason of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to conduct judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law.
The problem Trump has is the box attorneys have put him in that he must allow the judicial branch to clean up the corruption that never seems to materialize. We the people see a wide range of crimes in our government but no prosecutions. Attorneys create the illusion of justice only to have other BAR loyalist acting as imposter judges to rule it cannot be done, thus the process must start over again with no accountability of attorneys.
Trump is the highest ranking official of our Constitutional Republic with the authority to fire every government official who acts against our Constitution and laws. As “Magistrate” Trump has the authority to hold Court and by “Decree” restore our Constitutional Republic by holding the attorneys (traitors) to account for their conduct. Trump has the authority to make the hard decisions, by holding court in a “Common Law Court of Record” where grievances are heard and action taken to correct the problem, from which there is no appeal. “Common Law”, our Constitution, gives Trump the power to make sure the law is faithfully executed, but attorneys say no the courts have the power not our President. This chain of corruption must be broken and every traitor must be allowed to justify their treason, sedition and insurrection before the Magistrate and face the punishment imposed. Attorneys are educated and paid for their expertise in law and cannot claim ignorance of law without forfeiture of their public office. Attorneys who need an attorney to speak for them are deemed incompetent and must be removed from public office, all public officials are deemed competent in law. No one is above the law.
25% of Trump’s term in office has been wasted on the courts and attorneys who together are the deep state of corruption. Their game is to forestall, deny, dismiss and ignore all lawful challenges until Trump is removed from the office of President. The hardest decision for Trump is to stop trusting attorneys to do his job of draining the swamp. We the people are the only authority Trump is accountable to, not the courts and not the attorneys. Time to break the chain of slavery.

Hate.
Among We the people hate is a manufactured emotion that allows us to vent our anger. Democrats use this emotion to create opposition and support for their false narratives, like Trump is a racist, nazi, dictator and authoritarian that gives power to hate in their base. Democrats feed on hate the more they can cause We the people to hate the more powerful they become. There is no greater tool than hate for the power hungry mob of government, they feed this emotion everyday and bombard us with false narratives to generate hate. Identity politics have been normalized to allow character assassination, treason and sedition to become the common practice of the mob. The worst of these are the professional liars of our Judicial Branch, they lable We the people as “criminals”, “convicted felons”, “drug dealers” or “liars” to deminish their creditability and deny justice to We the people. Their fraudulent judgments of fake judicial process devoid of all morals, ethics and principles they fraudulently claim to represent, are accepted by the mob of government as absolute truth without question. Trump has been the victim of this smear campaign of hate in the 2024 Election, We the people all watched the daily accounts of false narratives telling us he is a criminal, rapist, fraudster, racist, dictator, etc. to deminish his credibility among society and motivate the haters to vote against him.
To politicians this is just business as usual, but for the average it is a death sentence by “Bill of Attainder” that turns society against the labeled American. We the people presume our Judges are honest, decent and honorable people and give trust of their judgments without even the consideration it could be fraud. When this presumption is defeated by truth, the bearer of truth is attacked as a criminal by the mob we depend upon for our information.
If you Google “Denny Ray Hardin” you get my mugshot, unlawfully taken by the FBI, after a year in state prison for practicing law without a licenses. If you went to my Facebook page you would find a presentation of facts, law and evidence that discredit every Court in the United States of America. But I am hated because if I was believed all attorneys would be guilty of treason and face the death penalty. Fact: there is no license to practice law, because the law belongs to us all, BAR members hold a BAR card that allows them to monopolize our Courts only allowing them to pursue justice.
The mob of government use hate to deminish the credibility of criminals to obtain justice and correct the false narrative created by denial of due process of law. This is done to ostracize the convicted felon by turning his family and friends against him to the point he just gives up trying and starts to believe he is a loser. This is loss of We the people who refuse to listen and decide for themselves what is true or false. All convicts are condemned without being heard.

A simple question.
“What law gives the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS Jurisdiction to conduct judicial process civil or criminal?”
Facts:
1) As a sovereign, on May 10, 2010, I stood before the Magistrate Robert E. Larson, challenged his jurisdiction, which he refused to state and proceeded in treason without jurisdiction.
2) The challenge to the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS has been made hundreds of times since and jurisdiction has never appeared on the record in any court.
3) The common law of our Republic gives every American, born in a state to a parent born in a state, the sovereign power to petition government for redress of grievances under the 1st Amendment. To date all petitions have been ignored.
4) My God is an awesome God who can defeat every Attorney, every judge and every court with a simple question. A question unanswered since May 10, 2010 by any court.
5) Lawfare was used by fraudulent judges to deny rights, privileges and immunities to We the people of the United States of America. Without jurisdiction there is no lawful judicial process in the United States of America it is all fraud by attorneys.
6) God gave me the task of challenging jurisdiction throughout all courts of the Judicial Branch of the United States of America. All attorneys whether Prosecutor, Defense Attorney or Judge are guilty of treason for proceeding without jurisdiction.
7) God led me to report this treason to all authorities with the legal duty to enforce the law, all refused to take action to stop the treason. He who has the ability to stop treason and fails to do so is a part of the treason.
8) God’s simple question destories the Judicial Branch of the United States of America and gives every sovereign the power to challenge their authority to conduct judicial process. Every act of a Court without jurisdiction is treason.
9) These fraudulent UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS have been conducting treason for over a hundred years without jurisdiction or authority of law. By the 10th Amendment there is only one Federal Court, the “Supreme Court of the United States” who has been enforcing the treason of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS.
10) God’s Law is clear, What does not appear in the record, does not exist. There are thousands of laws that says, jurisdiction must be proved, but the courts say we don’t have to prove jurisdiction. I say this is unacceptable, what do you think?

Midterms.
We the people are close to restoring our Constitutional Republic to its former glory. We the people born in a State to a parent born in a State are the sovereign power of the United States of America. Sovereigns are the only lawful voters in our Elections, Citizens have no rights at all under our Constitution including no right to vote. Proof of Sovereignty is present in our “Certificates of Live Birth” or “Birth Certificates” that show the sovereign was born in a State of the Union, to a parent born in a State of the Union establishes sovereignty, a picture ID identifying the sovereign must be required to vote in every election.
All Citizens attempting to vote without proper identification must be arrested and deported back to their home countries for refusal to assimilate to the Law of the United States of America.The sovereign power of We the people to vote is the only power that can lawfully elect a public servant. Only a sovereign can lawfully hold a “Public Office”, all Citizens are prohibited. The mob of Democracy have created a shadow government that fills our “Public Offices” with foreign nationals, loyal to a foreign country, who have been exposed as thieves, liars and traitors to our Constitution. The midterms are the State Sovereigns chance to voice their thoughts through their sovereign power to vote. We the people voted to give Republicans the Presidency, the House and Senate by narrow margins, those margins must be increased to give working majorities that cannot be challenged by the mob of democracy. Republicans respect the God given rights of every man, woman and child of the United States of America, Democrats says the mob rules and wields the sovereign power of We the people to persecute, violate and dishonor all sovereigns. All Democrats are guilty of treason for creating the mob of Democracy that spreads hate, division and discourse in our Constitutional Republic. We the people hold the sovereign power to end this treason by voting all Democrats out of our Public Offices. Democrats need the mob to gain power over us sovereigns, if we stand united and refuse to vote for them, they lose all power over us and our sovereignty is confirmed. All red-blooded Americans will stand united in 2026 exercising their sovereign power to elect our Representatives and Senators, who will best serve the interests of We the people. I do not need the mob of democracy telling me what I think, what to believe and what I can and cannot do. In a Republic all of We the people have unalienable rights given by God that cannot be taken away by anyone. In Democracy government determines what rights you have, they always determine you have none. In 2026 every vote for a Democrat is by a traitor of our Republic. The only sovereign power that must be exercised is the vote, because only a small minority does so we are stuck with a corrupt government, We the people can end it forever.

Steps to restoring our Republic.
1) Restore Justice:
Case #1 that has been lawfully served on Trump demands SCOTUS to certify the law that gives jurisdiction to the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to conduct judicial process. Because these fraudulent courts are hindering accountability by engaging in treason for issuing orders without jurisdiction or authority of law, their acts are hindering the draining of the swamp and protecting the mob of democracy. God’s law is clear Justices are appointed by the king but their jurisdiction comes from the law. The law deprives these fraudulent courts of all authority, SCOTUS has operated these treasoneous courts for over 100 years without authority of law. SCOTUS must now show the law that gives the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS jurisdiction to conduct civil and criminal judicial process. No where since 2010 does the jurisdiction of these fraudulent courts appear on the record. God’s law is clear, what does not appear on the record does not exist. By Fraud, Torts and Treason SCOTUS is allowing these fraudulent courts to punish We the people for violations of “fictions of law”. Either they have jurisdiction or they don’t.By making SCOTUS prove by law the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, all the fraudulent judges will cease their organized crime or be subject to treason charges and face the death penalty. The UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS have no jurisdiction over sovereigns, those born here to parents born here, all these judges should be ordered by Decree of Trump to adjudicate immigration cases only, with no other judicial duty. This will speed up the deportation process greatly, by having 677 judges appointed to the task. I suggest a merit based system of compensation for number of cases adjudicated.
Because all prisoners, have been denied due process by lawfare, all CIRCUIT COURTS OF APPEALS should be order by Decree of Trump to review all prisoners of the BUREAU OF PRISONS cases and release all prisoners who have no complaint signed against them or an injured party in their case. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA cannot be an injured party. This will restore liberty to those wrongfully imprisoned.
This will serve to restore justice to We the people and send a strong message to all attorneys, your organized crime will be prosecuted. All criminal prosecutions must be based in Common Law with an injured party as Plaintiff who has signed a Complaint under penalty of perjury to be cross examined under oath in open court. Without a complaint no court has personal or subject matter jurisdiction, for any judge to proceed without a complaint is treason and subjects them to the death penalty under Article III.
By Decree Trump should order SCOTUS to restore Article III Constitutional Courts in every state of our Union and hold all judges accountable who violate any right, privilege or immunity of any sovereign. All Democratic States must be striped of judicial power until a “Republican Form of Government” is restored in that State.
2) Restore Republic.
To restore our Constitutional Republic all Democrats must be removed from all our Public Offices state and federal. It has become clear all Democrats hate the United States of America and are actively working to destory our Constitution. As the “Magistrate” the highest ranking official of a Republic, Trump has the power to decommission all officers, of all Public Offices, by declaring them outlaws detrimental to public safety in accordance with Article II. God’s law is clear, “A person who is once bad is always presumed to be bad in the same kind of affair.” [632] Democrats have demonstrated they will lie, cheat and steal from We the people to enrich themselves. As long as they hold public office they will continue their treason against our Constitution, only by their removal can this treason be stopped. This is within the power of our President in the interests of National Security. By Decree Trump should order all States to hold special elections to fill the vacated Offices, those currently holding public office, as democrats, are not eligable. This will restore the Constitutional Republic our forefathers created, with a one party system of government acting in the interests of We the people. Our forefathers envisioned a one party system, all inclusive, made up of We the people with diverse ideas, beliefs and principles, openly debating controversies with the majority winning the argument. All public offices, government employees and elected representatives should be on the same team to serve the interests of We the people. All those who oppose We the people must be removed from our government, R.I.N.O.s are among these, those who do not share our values will be voted out or removed for bad conduct.By restoring the Grand Old Party where everyone in government serves the interests of We the people, there is no longer the need of a filibuster, the majority wins period. This will make Congress more productive and allow government to perform without denial or delay. All Bureaucrats in service to Representatives and Senators should be paid by their employer not tax payers. Why should tax payers pay staffers to do the job our Representatives and Senators were elected to do? If they need help they should pay for it.
Of course Democrats will scream bloody murder, but they will be defeated by their own words, all Democrats are complicit in the treason to destory our Constitution. They should be given 10 days to resign and leave their public office or be arrested and charged with their crimes. For our Constitutional Republic to be restored growing pains will be experienced by the minority, but the faith of the majority will be restored in our system of government that benefits all Americans.

We the people must see the conspiracy of Democrats to destory our nation by their talking points. Democrat talking points, are false narratives, giving the impression that Trump has done wrong or broken the law and must be removed from office. For example the Epstein files create the illusion that Trump was somehow involved with Epstein in his sex trafficking ring that has exposed many top officials and their criminal acts. The truth has been clearly established, Trump reported Epstein to authorities and banned him from mar-A-Largo. It has been clearly established that Clinton and Obama were active participants at Epstein Island. This talking point establishes the treason of Democrats to degrade, deminish and reduce the ability of Trump to carryout the Mandate he was elected for by the American people, to drain the swamp. Another example is the treason of the seditious six, Democrats have created the false narrative Trump is issuing unlawful orders that the military should refuse to carryout. This treason by Democrats is to cause our military to engage in mutiny against the Commander in Chief. By thse false narratives Trump is unlawfully killing drug dealers, unlawfully deporting illegals and is a dictator unlawfully using the military as an authoritarian. Democrats are trying to destory the President and stop his agenda.
What motivates Democrats to hate Trump? The answer is clear from DOGE. Democrats have been stealing from taxpayers by allocating tax dollars through USAID to foreign nations who pay kickbacks to Democrats, foreigners of the Democratic Party have been using programs to treat autism to steal Billions in Minnesota to fund terrorism in Somalia through fraudulent NGOs. You can safely bet if one blue state is doing it, they all are engaged in the organized crime.
Trump is doing what MAGA elected him to do, his opposition is the Democrat Party, the deep state, the corrupt courts and traitors in our government. Bobby was able to do what I could not do, create a website which is available to all. This website is owned by Bobby and he pays all the expenses of its operations from his own pocket. Thoughts make things.
The highest law of the Universe is the Law of Attraction. This Law says what you think and believe comes to you. Now this can be good or bad that is all up to you and your thoughts. We are all guilty in God’s eyes and only by God’s grace are We forgiven for our sins. This is the Universal battle of good and evil within yourself, right is right, wrong is wrong, good is right and evil is wrong. These thoughts make up the majority of our thoughts on a daily bases.
Our world is made up of people of different races, different cultures, different religions and different beliefs these are divided by the terms of good and evil. The United States of America was created on God’s principle that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These rights come with the limitations of the 10 Commandments, that teaches how to judge others. These determine right and wrong in God’s eyes. Based upon our Bible only Jesus Christ, the son of God was able to live a sin free life, all others fall short of his glory.
According to this standard, all politicians who lie are engaged in sin before We the people who believe in the 10 Commandments. Our motto is, “In God we trust.” When one believes in God we trust his 10 Commandments of what is right and what is wrong. Liars have united in our country to support the lies of others, all are engaged in the sin of lying to profit from fame and power. Adam Schiff, Hakeem Jefferies and Chuck Schumer are good examples of these liars that make up the evil of our Nation.
In the Muslim religion lying to others is acceptable conduct in their support of Islam. This is the only religion that condones killing of Infidels (those who do not believe as they do). These violate two of God’s Commandments thou shalt not bare false witness and thou shalt not kill. Because Muslim do not believe and honor God’s 10 Commandments, they are not able to assimilate to our values and should not be allowed in any public office of our Nation.
We the sovereign people of the United States of American, born here to parents born here are the sovereign power of this Nation. We can not go against God and claim to be doing good. We cannot support evil and hope good comes from it. We cannot elect liars and claim to live truth. “One Nation Under God” means the collective thoughts of We the people share common beliefs of right and wrong. I submitted a “Petition for Certification of Law” to the “Magistrate” Donald John Trump from the “Common Law Court of Record.” The Defendant (SCOTUS) was challenged to produce a certified copy of the law that gives jurisdiction to the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, with proof it does not exist. To date Trump has forstalled this cause of action. God’s law is clear, “The capability of offering proofs is not to be narrowed.”[97] By forestalling Trump has narrowed the offer of proofs to “Obstruct Justice” to aid and abet treason of SCOTUS.
Trump has been lawfully served “Attainder of Treason” showing “Torts”, “Faults” and “Crimes” of SCOTUS in clear violation of Constitutional Rights, Privileges and Immunities. By forestalling this cause of action Trump is aiding and abetting the treason of SCOTUS. By denial of the “Right to audience” Trump is allowing the treason of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to continue in violation of law. This constitutes willful neglect of duty established in Article II, Section 3 that he takes Care the Laws are faithfully executed. This constitutes misconduct by the President of a Republic who is governed by the Constitution.
I have been patient with Trump, but my patients are wearing thin. Should the President continue forestalling I will serve Trump “Written Notice of Misconduct and Demand For Performance Of Duty” if this step is required criminal conduct will be charged.
The mob of government is controlled by SCOTUS who aids and abets treason by the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to conduct fraudulent judicial process without jurisdiction or authority of law. Of course every magistrate, judge and justice of the Judicial Branch is guilty of treason and subject to the death penalty under Article III, Section 3, by Congress. If I was seeking revenge I would force this accountability as an injured party. But to restore justice is my goal.
Offer to Cure,
1) Is to require SCOTUS to hear every appeal that claims a Constitutional Right Violation and hold the judge who committed the violation accountable. And
2) To remove all jurisdiction over sovereigns from the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS and make them all immigration judges who only have jurisdiction over illegals.
3) UNITED STATES COURTS OF APPEALS must review every case of prisoners in the Federal Bureau of Prisons and release all who have no injured party in their case. Government cannot be an injured party.
In this way these judges can once again be beneficial to We the people by speeding up the removal process and correcting the wrongs of the past.

Since the Civil War We the sovereign people of the United States of America have been denied our birthright of Sovereignty. The assassination of Charlie Kirk showed us Democrats in their true character celebrating his death.
We the sovereign people are winning, the talking points of Democrats are ignored by the vast majority, Democrat media is having trouble finding reputable people willing to support their false narratives, of course there will always be bottem feeders willing to do anything for a buck, but they are ignored, exposed and condemned. Speak your truth, you will either be accepted or rejected by your peers. Those against God will be rejected, while those for God will find many who support their view. Some will not be accepted because of their refusal to change, others will be accepted by their change in beliefs. Be true to yourself.God knows the truth.
