I am a “sovereign”.
When you say these words, to those who use the law for profit (attorneys & judges), you open the door to be mocked, ridiculed, persecuted, laughed at, degraded, etc.. by those who work for you. U.S. Marshalls mock and belittle you by saying things like “So you are a sovereign citizen?” “Careful guys we have a sovereign citizen among us.” This is the result of the FBI Handbook on sovereign citizens used to oppress the Constitution that gives all those born in the United States, to parents born in the United States their “birthright” of a “sovereign”. All those who work for government are “Citizens” required by law to serve, protect and defend the rights, privileges and immunities of all “sovereigns”. “Sovereign Citizen” is an “oxymoron” because you are either a “sovereign” or a “citizen” you cannot be both. This treason to our Constitution was performed by British Loyalist who removed our original 13th Amendment, passed, ratified and made a Constitutional Mandate, that prohibitted foreign agents of the foreign states of BAR Associations to hold a “Public Office”. Because this Mandate was not lawfully reppealed, it stands as law today in the United States as part of the Supreme Law of the land. The second step of these British Loyalists was to strip all Americans of their “sovereignty” by fraudulently creating the 14th Amendment, Section 1, that made us all citizens under the United States. Thus began the treason of “British Loyalist” (BAR attorneys) to rule “sovereigns” under fraudulent law that allows attorneys and judges to persecute We the people, violate their God given rights, privileges and immunities under the color of law.
The following definitions are from Black’s Law Dictionary, Eighth Edition;
“government” is defined as “1. The structure of principles and rules determining how a state or organization is regulated.” [Page 713]
Article IV, Section 4. “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion;…”
republican government is defined as, “A government in the republican form; specif., a government by representatives chosen by the people.” [Page 716]
republic is defined as, “A system of government in which the people hold sovereign power and elect representatives who exercise that power.” [Page 1330]
“sovereign power” is defined as, “The power to make and enforce laws.” [Page 1430]
“sovereign” is defined as, “A person, body, or state vested with independant and supreme authority.” [Page 1430]
“sovereign people” is defined as, “The political body consisting of the collective number of citizens and qualified electors who possess the powers of sovereignty and exercise them through their chosen representatives.” [Page 1430]
Based upon the above “Common Law” I am a “sovereign”. Many have attacked our President for doing his legal duty to stop the invasion of our nation and removing the undocumented from our country as required by Article IV, Section 4. We the people have seen these “Traitors” everyday arguing against our Constitutional Republic, fraudulently abdicating the treason of Democracy. Every Democratic State is guilty of treason for not providing a “Republican Form of Government” as guaranteed by the Union of the United States of American and the legal duty of every State to provide to all sovereigns of their State.
No British Loyalist of the BAR Association is allowed to hold any “Public Office” based upon the original 13th Amendment. No where does our “Declaration of Independence” use the term “Democracy”. No where does our “Constitution of the United States of America allow Democracy to operate within our Nation. No where does the “Bill of Rights” give any authority to the mob rule of Democracy. A Constitutional Republic is a one party system where all sovereigns are united by “Common Knowledge” of their “standing” among “We the people” are endowed by God with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Our enemies (Democrats) have corrupted our Nation with “mob rule” that allows them to rob, persecute and defame “sovereigns” to protect democracy. We the people are a Nation of sovereigns who share their beliefs in God, Family and Country and stand united against all those who claim to be our masters (Democrats). All these enemies must be removed from our government to restore our Constitutional Republic to its true character of a lawful government of the people, by the people, for the people. Anything less is treason and subject to the death penalty. This is God’s Land, time we lived up to our founding Fathers’ vision of the “United States of America”. God knows this ain’t it.

Stop law enforcement.
It is necessary for Public Safety to remove the term “Law Enforcement Officer” from our Police. This fraudulent term originated in “Jackson County, Missouri” to allow a “Private Police Force” known as the “Jackson County Drug Task Force” to use police powers to conduct home invasions under the color of law. They were allowed to break into a house and take whatever they wanted, then the owner would have to sue to get it back. Of course this was “Organized Crime” to generate cases for attorneys engaged in “Extortion” by demanding hugh fees to fight for rights. Because these drug task force members were Blue Springs, Missouri Police Officers, and were challenged for working in Kansas City, Missouri, the term “Law Enforcement Officer” was created in “Fraud” claiming this is a “multi-jurisdictional law enforcement agency”. William F. Bennett, the first “Drug Czar” of the United States came to Kansas City and observed this “private police force” and adopted the “Organized Crime” nationwide, to conduct the “War on Drugs”. All task force officers were termed “law enforcement officers”. This was allowed to generate cases for attorneys to profit from persecution of the people by denying them their rights to protection of the law.
The FBI was informed of this “Organized Crime” but refused to investigate. In exchange the FBI was allowed to illegally exercise police powers as “law enforcement officers”. Where does the Constitution delegate police powers to the United States? It does not so the United States has no police powers by the 10th Amendment and all use of police powers is treason. This is how it stated and ends today with the realization the United States has no police powers and no lawful “law enforcement officers”. Our Police, State Police, Sheriffs and Deputies exercise police powers reserved to the States with one purpose to keep the peace among the people. They are not “law enforcement officers”, revenue agents to generate cases for attorneys or enforcers of Codes, Regulations, Statutes or Ordinances, to fund corrupt courts.
To restore law and order we must stop law enforcement officers from abusing their authority and the people under the color of law. Police are the “Peace Keepers” who should be respected by all of We the people and when in need receive our assistance. We the people protect our Peace Keepers and all stand in opposition of all fraudulent “Law Enforcement Officers”.

Dear Mr. President
You believe God saved you from an assassin’s bullet to “Make America Great Again”, but what if God saved you to allow you one more chance to do right by the people? Sure you have helped the rich to become more powerful, but the poor remain struggling. Sure you are getting wins in the Supreme Court while the average are denied justice. We all share the same ignorance of God’s desire for us. We can guess, hope and dream that we have favor in God’s eyes but in truth none of us really know.
Since April 1, 1991 I have battled in every court of God’s promise land for justice in accordance with the Constitution of the United States of America. To date, not once has the Constitution been upheld, it has been violated by every government official who has an Oath of Office to support, protect and defend it, including you.
You believe you are all powerful and by our laws you are, but with great power comes great responsibility to do good with it. You are in the early stages of your Presidency but the 4 year term will end before you know it. What will your legacy be? Will you be the President who made corporations more powerful? Will you be the President who restored justice to the American People? Your legacy will be determined by you and your actions as President.
In my life I have stood with God alone against all the corruption of our society, I have lawfully challenged the powers that be by the laws of our land and lost everytime. For me to win those given power by government must loose. Either they are all powerful and above the law or the law is all powerful and they must be held accountable. As the “Chief Magistrate” of the United States of America either you enforce the law or choose to reject it. By your deeds you will be known.
Our Constitutional Republic, created by God through our forefathers, is in jeopardy and under threat by Democrats who want to abolish our Constitution and establish total control by mob rule. They seek to be all powerful with no limitation on their authority to violate the rights, privileges and immunities of the people without accountability. They came to government poor and by theft have become rich. These are traitors to our way of life who must be held accountable to preserve our Constitutional Republic.
History shows us that no man ever achieved anything without divine introvention from God. Our history shows us that all great men had one thing in common they all served those they ruled. Their legacy was that of a fair and just King who was loved and respected by those he ruled. Every King had opposition that had to be dealt with and every King had to determine the motives of his advisors. Our nation has been seized by BAR members who are loyal to a foreign state that must be stopped to restore justice. Without justice our nation is just another corrupt banana republic, not a Constitutional Republic that created God’s land.
God does not make mistakes, God created me to be just who I am, with all my trials and tribulations I still stand against the corruption of our society. I truely believe God prepared me for the fight to come when good triumphs over evil. But like all of us none can be certain of God’s desire for our lives.
I am a poor man who has tried all my life to help the people. This has sent me to prison, kept me poor and destoried my reputation to maintain power among the wicked. Through all of this God was with me and I believe God has purpose for my life, if that is for Trump or against him, remains to be seen. I am loyal to the law and our Constitution, I bow only to God and serve no interest that hurts the people. Many have sold their souls for the power they have they are all false prophets fraudulent claiming to serve God. They fail to realize God sees into the darkness of deception.
I believe Jesus Christ is my Savior, I trust God as the father, will bless me for my suffering in this life and all that has occurred is in God’s plan to restore our Nation to its true greatness. God knows the truth of my words and I have proof. God’s will, not mine, be done. In God we trust all others must prove their worthiness to be trusted.

The scum of Earth.
The vast majority of We the people have no voice because the truth is usually harsh and egomaniacs get their panties twisted easily. They prefer dandys in suites who say all the right things necessary to stroke Trump’s ego. So the average has no voice in our government. We the people have been the victims of government abuse of power, persecution under color of law and know how the system works against us better than anyone in the Trump Administration. We the people have lived it, those in government only talk about it. Of course when your only interest is power you have no desire to fix anything. You just want to move forward and forget all the past acts of treason by government, but as President Trump is responsible to fix all past wrongs. If not now, when?
The problem with those working to restore law and order have only theories of how the corruption works unless they are part of it, then they work to hide it to protect themselves. Of course when your job is to serve illegals Biden bringing them in and giving them our Social Security and Trump using our resources to expand government to get them out. We the people suffer. In four years of Social Security I have received one increase of about 2%. With 25% inflation We can barely eat. But that doesn’t matter to those seeking power, we are not important. I say until our issues are addressed, I say every member of We the people should write in “None of the above” making our vote count against both Republicans and Democrats. If “None of the above” wins neither candidate can take office. This will show We the people are uniting in common purpose to defeat those who promise us everything and do nothing. I say the 2026 midterms should be a show of strength by We the people.
We have been repeating the same mistake over and over. When we are given a choice between two clowns we have been indocrinated to believe we are stuck with one or the other. But we are not. Richard Pryor taught us about “None of the above” in “Brewster’s Millions”. A good idea can come from anywhere. Truth comes from God.

The BAR control of justice.
We the people have been forced into dependence on BAR members to protect our Rights. All these BAR members we hire are not on our side their job is to make us justice is received while due process of law is being violated. The worst of these are prosecutors who fraudulently claim the authority to obtain an indictment without a signed “Complaint”. Brag and James was ordered by the Common Law Court of Record to produce the complaint that secured the indictment of Trump. Of course Trump’s attorneys never challenged this due process of law. Why not?
Trump’s attorneys are conning our President into believing Judges have power over him that allows them to control what the President can and cannot do. Attorneys who lawfully challenge the corrupt system are disbarred and no longer allowed to appear in our courts. The foreign agents of the foreign State of BAR Associations are all complicit in the treason of prosecuting without due process of law. All cases must begin with a complaint signed by an injured party. The injured party must appear before the Grand Jury and testify to the allegations of the complaint. Bragg and James both obtained Indictments without this due process of law. They both testified to the Grand Jury in fraud as government officials seeking an indictment. Only injured parties have the right to seek punishment by criminal prosecution. The complaint gives the court personal jurisdiction over the accused and subject matter jurisdiction over the crime alleged. BAR Associations have worked with Universities to dumb down attorneys to the point the Judicial Branch has become a corrupt system “Organized Crime”. Without a signed complaint no court has any jurisdiction to conduct any judicial process. Government Officials cannot create complaints, they must be stated, signed and sworn to under the penalty of perjury to the Grand Jury. 95% of prisoners in federal prison have no signed complaint against them. All were railroaded by attorneys engaged in treason. Trump has been informed but allows the treason to continue. He has refused the legal duty to take care the law is faithfully executed. It seems Trump has sided with corrupt attorneys and judges against We the people who have been persecuted under attorneys, judges and courts without due process of law for decades.
We the people must focus on the courts and their treason, if this is allowed to continue law and order will be lost forever, our children and grandchildren will be subject to the communism of Democrats. When the law is not enforced the criminal continue their criminal behavior because there is no reason to stop. Attorneys are foreign agents engaged in organized crime. I am an injured party who has signed many complaints without due process of law being allowed by corrupt attorneys and judges. God’s law is clear, “A thing, to be brought to judgment, must be definite.” “Every act must be judged by the intention of the doer.” “We shall sell to no one, deny to no one, or delay to no one equity or justice. This language appeared in the Magna Carta.”
Nothing I have written in the Common Law Court of Record has been challenge in any way. Attorneys know they have lost but if they can stop it from being hear they can continue their treason. The problem is all these attorneys know what I say is true and none want me to have a platform that makes them prosecute members of their BAR Associations. I have been damaged by these criminals and being denied justice to protect corruption. God knows the truth.

Warriors.
Among the Native Americans the Warriors take care of the widowed, aged and feeble. They are the protectors of the people, who are respected among all of the tribe. They are honorable men of integrity and knowledge. They are the color “Red” in the four colors of the world.
These Warriors exist in every race, among the “Yellow” they are the martial artist skilled in the arts of hand to hand combat. These Warriors through the centuries have battled the evil among them. These Warriors stay in the shadows and do right by the people by stopping those who abuse them.
Those who lead the life of Warriors among the “Black” have created gangs among themselves to compensate for the lack of fathers in the home. In their neighborhoods they need affiliation to survive, because without it they will be preyed upon by gangs who get ahead by taking from others. These Warriors take care of their own.
The Warriors of the “Whites” are the silent voice of the people, they are divided amongst themselves into right and wrong. The right seeks unity among all of us while the others seek supremacy.
These four colors of the world have the power to bring our Nation together for the good of all. When our Warriors are united in a common cause they are unbeatable, because when their cause is righteous, God is with them. God has many names in our world, but the same purpose among all. A leader of Warriors who they can turn to in times of doubt. When the heart of a Warrior is troubled, they seek wisdom. When their hearts are scared they seek courage. When their hearts are happy they give praise to God. This is evil’s worst fear that the Warriors of our land will stand united against them.
Among Warriors truth is always spoken without fear and all are allowed to be heard. But in this evil world of liars, We the people are lied to constantly by our politicans, attorneys, judges, media, doctors and even clergy. These so-called professionals in their fancy suites all work together against We the people. They divide us by hate, social standing, wealth, faith, beliefs and even religion. Their age old game of divide and conquer has succeeded thus far in keeping us separated. Many of our Warriors are in prison. Some righteously for their evil conduct and others because they are a threat to the elites for their rebellion against policy. Lawyers seek power over us for their profit. Judges dawn black robs to create injustice in our courts. Politicans create division among up by creating false narratives of the truth. Police abuse the people and use force to make us believe they are all powerful against us. The problem these public servants have is We the people hold the sovereign power of our Nation. We the people proved our power in 2024 when we elected Trump against all those who worked to stop him. This was done by the four colors of the world uniting in the Common Interest to oppose the liars and restore truth to our nation.
I seek to unite the four colors of the world in Common Knowledge of the corruption of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS. These COURTS are the enemies of We the people who seek to deny us our Rights, Privileges and immunities. Healing myself.
For years I have been fighting COPD, shortness of breath and anxiety caused by the real fear of death. I have been using albuterol but the symptoms continue. This has been a long time problem that has become progressively worst over the years. It was made worse by the VA Hospital who changed my doctor’s prescription to give me medicines that has shortness of breath as a side effect. I informed my doctor of this problem but he told me just keep taking it. It got so bad that I could not sleep an hour without waking up spitting up thick mucus. My wife told me those drugs are killing you so after a year I stopped all medicines except albuterol and started natural remedies to address the issues. I took Mullen extract with Chlorophyll that helped clear my lungs but the shortness of breath continued. So I continued using albuterol to treat the symptoms. Then Elon Musk told us salt will cure your lungs. So I started taking a spoon of salt twice a day and the problem persisted. So I decided to stop the albuterol three days ago, I noticed my breathing started improving, while my breathing was heavy I do not have to stop and my breathing goes back to normal much quicker. Musk said it would take a few days until my lungs stated clearing and my breathing would return to normal. I take a teaspoon of Celtic Salt twice a day, desolved in a gulp of water. When I stopped the Albuterol, my breathing improve greatly. Doctors seems to be more interested in keeping us on drugs than treating the cause of the illness thus keeping us sick. If you are suffering from breathing problems I recommend trying this home remedy. It seems to help me greatly. Hope it helps you.

Does Trump serve God?
I have come to wonder does Trump serve God or Mammon?
Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.God told me “BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS. DO NOT BE AFRAID. GOD IS WITH YOU. JOSHUA 1:9 then God took me on a journey of truth into “Common Law” and the corruption of the United States of America. This showed me the true power of the “President in a Republic” as “Magistrate” he is the highest ranking official in a government. He has the power to decommission any government official who violates their oath of office or acts in bad behavior. Article IV Section 4 “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;…” This establishes any politican seeking the office of President is guilty of treason for creating a “Democracy” against the “Constitution of the United States of America”. No where does our Constitution allow “Democracy” in our “Constitutional Republic”. Republic is “A system of government in which the people hold sovereign power and elect representatives who exercise that power.” Democrats have created a false narrative that “Democracy” serves We the people, but it does not, it creates a mob that rules We the people with “Fictions of law” that allows persecution of the individual and deprives him/her of their Rights, Privileges and Immunities. The “Mob of Democracy” have all violated their Oath of Office by waring upon the Mandates of our Constitution. Democrats are all about money and power that have no place in our government. It is time the true character of our Republic was re-established in every State of our Union. Every State must have a Republican Form of Government and all those who oppose this Constitutional Mandate must be removed from our government. Every member of Congress must support the sovereignty of We the people and all our “Public Offices” must be held by “Republicans” to have our Constitutional Republic restored. This is not an opinion, it is Fact.

To date Trump has rejected my offers of assistance. I ask who else is trying to empower you? All your subordinates are working to limit your power and what you can and cannot do under their “Fictions of law”, I seek to empower you to restore God’s land that you set out to do. I will show you truth and say that truth where others will hid it from you. You are my President all I ask is you hear and consider the information God has given me to help you. God saved you to Make America Great Again, how much more treason will you allow? You have the power to stop it all but you need courage to do it.

The question I put to all of you, how do we know that this information is getting to Trump’s eyes? There must be a way that we can ensure that this information is getting to him.
We don’t know his plan, there may be some key things that need to be added or removed before he can make these changes. I say trust in the plan, because if we don’t its going to cause a revolution..-
