Trust.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America have adopted the creed of “In God we trust”. This creed is a statement of truth that cannot be defeated by the actions of another. Either you believe in God or you don’t, all who believe in God, trust God to see them through. We who believe, trust that God’s Plan for our lives will come to past. Of course We are our own worst enemies allowing doubts to weaken our resolve. John 3:16 tells us, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” We who believe in God, are forgiven, redeemed and a child of God. We trust the Lord will provide peace and abundance when one is open to receiving it. We trust our soul is in the hands of a loving father who only wants what is best for us. God made each one of us to have strength and weakness too, We are exactly what God created us to be. We trust God does not make mistakes.
God inspired our forefathers to create a Nation of sovereigns who built our country based upon his teachings. Some of us are built to be warriors and some peacemakers. We who believe all know the fruit of the Spirit as stated in GLATIANS 5:22-26

Ramifications.
We the sovereign people find ourselves on the brink of a possible second Civil War. We the people have been made criminals by those we pay to serve and protect us. We the sovereign people love God, family and country. We make up a just society who believe in justice, among the criminals it is believed those who hurt others deserve to be in prison, this is about 10% of the population of prisons, 90% are made up of those who were railroaded to prison by BAR members engaged in organized crime of treason. The 5th Amendment requires due process which can only be conducted under Common Law. SCOTUS has abandoned We the people as our protector who enforces our law and holds judges accountable for their crimes. The ramifications of this unlawful practice has corrupted our whole society.
By the refusal of SCOTUS to enforce Constitutional Rights, Privileges and immunities they have allowed lawfare to profit attorneys who prey upon We the people making us losers, felons, convicts, criminals, outcasts and outlaws based upon attorneys’ system of corruption. Every felon convicted without an injured party is a victim of this treason. The UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS are engaged in this treason and allowed by the UNITED STATES COURTS OF APPEALS and SCOTUS who refuse to enforce our law and Constitution. This breech of their employment contract and Oath of Office is allowed by the SCOTUS by the Clerks who deny, dismiss, ignore and obstruct all appeals claiming Constitutional rights violations.
This organized crime of the SCOTUS is successful because the SCOTUS has created the false narrative that they are the highest authority of law in our Nation backed up by all attorneys who promote this propaganda and lead We the people to believe if SCOTUS refuses your case, that’s it the case is over and the unjust system of corruption stands. Based upon their system of corruption this is true thus showing the true character of the democracy of mob rule. But in our Constitutional Republic this is treason punishable by death.
In a Constitutional Republic the rights of the individual are protected by law faithfully executed by our President who is the highest ranking official of our Republic. As “Magistrate” Trump is the highest ranking authority of law in the United States of America. The 1st Amendment gives me the right to petition government for redress of grievances when the courts have failed to administer due process of law guaranteed by the 5th Amendment. Trump has total authority to order the Chief Justice, John G. Roberts, Jr. to produce a “Certified Copy of the Law” that gives “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” jurisdiction to conduct judicial process. Based upon law this is an impossibility, Article IV courts cannot be given Article III judicial powers. By refusing to enforce law, Trump is becoming complicit in the treason of SCOTUS by violating my 5th Amendment Right to due process of law.

Quagmire.
As a member of MAGA, who voted for Trump and believes Trump is the best possibility to fix our nation, I find myself in a quagmire. So I submit this situation to my peers and seek their advice for what I should do. I have proven by law, SCOTUS is engaged in the “Organized Crime” of “Treason” for allowing the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to operate without jurisdiction or authority of law. Under Article II Section 3 our President must take care that the law is faithfully executed. By Trump’s refusal to order SCOTUS to produce a “Certified copy of the law” that gives jurisdiction to the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS he is aiding and abetting their treason. If I seek impeachment of Trump the treason of the SCOTUS and Trump’s failure to stop it, would be the evidence. This is a complex, precarious, and entrapping situation a quagmire if you will.
If impeachment is sought all Democrats would jump on board, because of their hate for Trump, but most are members of the BAR holding public office in treason to our original 13th Amendment. This creates a legal quagmire which is a difficult, dangerous or awkward situation that is hard to escape. There is no court to go to that is not corrupt, there is no other authority other than the President to hold them accountable. But to date he has refused this legal duty and allowed the treason to continue. For justice to be restored We the people must have Article III Constitutional Courts, all the courts today are Article IV legislative courts with no judicial power, no judicial authority of law and no judicial immunity. All cases civil and criminal are fraud and treason by the imposter judges conducting them. These fraudulent courts use “Fictions of law” (Codes, Rules, Regulations, Ordinances and Statutes) to justify their criminal acts of treason by acting without jurisdiction.
Because I truely want our Nation to be great again, my quagmire is the corrupt courts must be stopped, even if it means impeaching Trump. If he will not enforce the law and hold those accountable in our government who have broke it, then he is not acting as our President, he is but a puppet of attorneys controlled to do their bidding. Trump is not an attorney, but he is one of the elites that prosper from attorney representation. Most of his cases are decided in his favor, never challenging the jurisdiction or authority of law of these courts. While he is winning, the rest of us are losing in these fraudulent courts. This is my delima, any suggestions of what I should do? Every common law method has been exhausted with no remedy allowed to enforce our law, without justice we are just another banana republic. We the people are sick and tired of corruption but have recourse to deal with it. Or do we? Please provide any non violent method you can think of.

Employment Contract.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America are the “Employer” of every “Employee” of our government. Every employee of government must have an Oath of Office to support the Constitution for the United States of America as the Supreme Law of the Land, as established by Article VI. This establishes an “Employment Contract” as follows:
employment contract. “A contract between an employer and employee in which the terms and conditions of employment are stated.” [Black’s Law Dictionary, Eighth Edition, Page 344]
The Constitution for the United States of America is a contract between We the people and the employees of government. The terms and conditions of all government employees is stated within its Articles that delegate powers, limitations and duties. We the people share sovereign power to speak on behalf of We the people when we state the Mandates of our Constitution. When an employee of government fails to perform their contractual obligations established by the Constitution they create a “Breech of Contract” and are subject to removal from public office.
CASE #1. Presented to Donald John Trump a petition under the 1st Amendment Right that exposed the “Organized Crime” of SCOTUS. Our President by his employment contract has the legal duty to take care the laws are faithfully executed within Article II Section 3. This is evidenced by letter from “The Office of Presidential Correspondence”. Trump has the legal duty to force SCOTUS to present a “Certified Copy of the Law” that gives jurisdiction to the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS to conduct judicial process and order the charges of “Treason” investigated. To date Trump is in “Breech of Contract” for his failure to take care the law is faithfully executed.
All courts in the United States of America are engaged in treason. No justice, judge or magistrate or any attorney has any immunity when violating the Constitution for the United States of America as an employee of our government. All are in “Breech” of their “Employment Contracts” and must be terminated immediately as “Outlaws” engaged in treason.
We the people pay taxes to support Constitutional Article III Courts, these taxes have been stolen by “Administrators” impersonating judges to conduct fraudulent due process of law required by the 5th Amendment. These imposters are educated, trained and paid for their expertise in law and have no defense of ignorance of law. The UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS have no judicial power, no jurisdiction to conduct judicial process and no judicial immunities. They are engaged in treason, fraud and conspiracy against rights and must be held accountable. Of course attorneys will all disagree, but they are all part of the conspiracy of treason. By our original 13th Amendment no attorney can hold any public office all are subject to the death penalty. Truth defeats all liars.

Love.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America had to get lost to find ourselves. Our forefathers were divinely inspired by God to create a Nation of
Kings who were all born equal under the law. Native Americans call life the sacred hoop, all are given the choice of the good red road or the crooked trail as their walk of life until they take the blue road of spirit that ends life on the physical plane. This is our choice, the good red road is filled with love, joy, peace and happiness and is God’s desire for all of us. The crooked trail is filled with hate, despair, heartache and pain that many follow at their own peril. No matter which trail you take all will end up at the same place death and the blue road of spirit. How we get there is up to us.Those on the good red road, love God, love their family and love our country. We are united by God’s love for each and every one of us in God’s plan for our lives. We may not have all we want but God always provides a way to get what we need. Our family is not by blood we cannot choose who is blood, family is those of like mind who stand beside you when things are good and bad. The American family are those who love our country and believe we are “One Nation Under God” who created our Constitutional Republic where all his children can prosper.
Those on the crooked trail hate God, despise their famiies and are working to destory our country. Those who choose this way of life are greedy, selfish and vengeful who will do anything for money, power and fame, but fail to realize God’s principle of what do you gain if you obtain the whole world but lose your soul? You cannot love God and go against his teachings. One cannot love anything with hate in your heart, love and hate cannot exist in the same heart. One cannot love our Nation and work to destory the Constitution upon which it was created. One cannot claim to love the law and allow others to be violated by it, law must be fair and equal to all and it is in God’s plan. Those on the crooked trail always tell us they know best but fail to provide what they have promised.
Many have lost their way of God’s plan and are walking the crooked trail. God created our Constitutional Republic, Satan created democracy of mob rule. We the sovereign people are given by God rights, privileges and immunities that cannot be lawfully taken away by anyone. All the lawfare, must be stopped to restore justice to We the sovereign people. As long as injustice is allowed to stand, truth and justice are denied. Government cannot claim to serve We the people and allow them to be violated by corrupt judges acting against God and the morals, ethics and principles our Constitutional Republic was founded upon. Love requires respect for the rights of others and condemnation of those who violate our principles. Either you love or hate, doing right or wrong is always your choice.

Money.
We the sovereign people are made up of those who have money and those who don’t. Our society is dictated by those who have money, power and fame who have the ability to do great things but not the desire. Their whole heart desire is to get more money, they are never satisfied and never will be. Money is the test of God to see the conduct of those who are blessed with money. Most develop the greed associated with wealth and become the heartless of our society. God has provided the truth of the matter, “It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.” With great wealth comes great responsibility to do great things with the money entrusted to them. Most fail in this process becoming arrogant and greedy to amass more wealth. They judge God’s children based upon their wealth and consider the poor a waste of life. They live lives of luxury watching the homeless suffer in the cold. They dine on fancy cuisine of which their wealth entitles them, while watching others go hungry. The rich are capable of easing the burden of their fellow man but their greed stops all efforts to do so. When I was operating my private bank, I employed all my friends at that time, paying them all equally a day’s pay for a day’s work. My crime was paying off the debts of We the people across our nation.
We the people are always in debt to fraudulent Bankers and financial institutions created to steal our wealth. We the people are chattle of the globalist system of debt, sold as slaves to back loans of our government by the Federal Reserve Banks. This is all fraud, because We the people are the beneficiaries of these accounts and all our needs are paid by the trustees who have failed their fiduciary responsibilities. The Federal Reserve Banks have seized our accounts to be used by government to amass wealth. Based upon the common law of commerce, it is impossible to put a sovereign American in debt because all debts are paid by our signature. The system of fraud created by our financial institutions says we must repay the fraudulent loans created by them. These promissory notes are paid in full when signed, the Bankers loan us nothing but in their fraud a promissory note is a loan required to be repaid. Public Law clearly establishes Banks cannot risk the deposits of their depositors, therefore no lawful loans can be made by any bank. Only Principals can contract to establish a loan and enforce that loan to be repaid as a debt. Corporations have no Principals and their agents cannot contract to establish any obligation of a sovereign. When this fraud is stopped and our wealth is returned to the beneficiaries, none of We the people will be denied their needs. Today We the people are denied our wealth by traitors, pirates and tortfeasors who profit from stealing our wealth. The eyes of America will be opened to this truth.

Revolution.
We the sovereign people of the United States of America have been conned by our public servants to believe they are in control. The mob of government all tell us they are for law and order, but in reality they have created a system of corruption that targets the individual. These charlatans all hold public office and refuse to carryout the legal duties of that office of trust or profit. These traitors of the UNITED STATES, INC. are allowed to steal, lie and coerce all of We the people into submission to their usurped authority. Every public offices not delegated in our “Constitution for the United States of America” 1787 are fraudulent “Non Governmental Organizations” (NGOs). These fraudsters have no legal authority to conduct any attack on a sovereign, but the mob of government protects, sanctions and supports these criminals in their “Organized Crime” aimed at destorying our Constitutional Republic. All members of government aid and abet the treason of “Supreme Court of the United States” who have allowed treason to run rampant in the “UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS” and the “UNITED STATES COURTS OF APPEALS”. These fraudulent courts are issuing “Bills of Attainder” prohibited to all government entities. Declaration of Separation.
We the people have been deceived to believe that the United States of America is a nation of law and order, when in fact we are a nation of liars. Those we elect to our public offices are great at creating the illusion that they will restore our Republic while robbing us of our lives, liberty and freedom. These liars all believe in the mob rule of government, with the mob of government making the rules. We the people have no representation in our government because our Constitution is no longer honored in any public office. It has become nothing more than a tool to fool the ignorant that We the people have rights, privileges and immunities when in fact We the people have none. Treason is present in every public office of our nation and all public servants have united to protect the treason of eachother. All of these public servants have an Oath of Office to support our Constitution but none of them do. They all lie, cheat, steal, deny, dismiss and ignore all efforts to restore our Constitutional Republic by refusing to enforce Constitutional Mandates. Government has abandoned the morals, ethics and principles our Nation was founded upon, that our forefathers fought and died to preserve for all of us. The corruption of our government is they do not honor the limitations placed on them by We the people.
I believed in the hype that our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and it governs the conduct of our government. This truth has become the lie of our public servants who break our laws, rob We the people and kill all the dreams of those working to better our society. There are no good people in our government they are all liars who have violated their Oaths of Office. Government has claimed I am a loser, convict, convicted felon, created without due process of law to ignore the treason of the SCOTUS, allowed to continue their treason by the President We the people elected to drain the swamp. Trump refused the jurisdiction of magistrate capable of restoring justice to We the people to become the leader of the swamp.
I can no longer believe in our Nation, the liars of our government or the laws that created our Nation. These charlatans of the swamp are condemned by our laws, but there is no authority of government responsible to enforce our laws, that has not been lawfully petitioned and all refused to enforce the law. The Public Record of the Common Law Court of Record of We the People of the United States of America proves the treason of all government officials, bar none. Lawlessness.
We the people are living the discrimination of lawlessness that allows elites to break our laws and prosecutes those who lack resources to fight back. This discrimination is not based upon race, religion or sexual orientation, it is based upon those who are protected by the elites and those who are not. We the people have witnessed widespread treason, crimes and frauds, but these elites are allowed to not only commit these crimes but are allowed to continue their unlawful practices without accountability. The elites are engaged in the felony crimes of Treason 18 U.S.C. 2381, Conspiracy against rights 18 U.S.C. 241 and Deprivation of rights under color of law 18 U.S.C. 242. When a crime is reported to the proper authority and not prosecuted the 5th Amendment Right to due process of law is violated. Every elite holding public office has the legal duty to support the “Constitution for the United States of America” and honor its “Bill of Rights”, but these elites are the violators who routinely escape accountability. Every office of our government is corrupt, crimes have been lawfully reported to Trump as President, his Attorney General, his FBI Director, SCOTUS, the House of Representatives and the United States Senate who have all refused to act. Because the crime alleged is “Treason”, failure of those holding public office to stop the treason, lawfully establishes participation in the treason. Refusal to enforce our law to hold the alleged traitors to account for their conduct, constitutes aiding and abetting treason by giving it aid and comfort by allowing the traitors to evade prosecution for their crimes. This is clearly “Obstrution of Justice” by the holder of the public office, lawfully required to enforce our law and as the holder is refusing to perform its lawful duty to enforce our Constitution.
At midnight tonight the crimes outlined above will be established. In treason, there are no accessories, only principals, either they are a part of the treason or not. The treason being conducted is the fraudulent operation of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS without jurisdiction or authority of law. The failure of our President to order the Chief Justice to produce a certified copy of the law that gives UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS jurisdiction is allowing the treason to continue. These fraudulent courts have been conducting treason by acting without jurisdiction for decades to create lawlessness. The written law condemns these traitors of the BAR Associations who are conducting “Organized Crime” under the color of law. We the people have a contract with every government official to provide us with due process of law that protects our God given rights. But through treason traitors have removed this protection of law to profit attorneys through Lawfare. Tomorrow the Sun will raise on a Nation of justice or treason beyond any reasonable doubt.

Rich and Poor.
We the people are made up of rich and poor. The rich are those who buy new cars while using EBT Cards to buy groceries. The rich live in Section 8 housing while getting thousands every month to support their many kids by many different fathers. Illegals are rich given resources meant for the poor. The rich get free housing, free utilities, free food and free medical all paid by taxpayers. The rich in our government are able to get benefits meant for the poor while denying those who need it.
The poor are those living on social security who have to budget every penny to make ends meat. Welfare goes up by stimulus that gives them money for food, rent and utilities. The poor cannot afford dental or new glasses, they make due with what they have. The poor use most of their social security to pay bills. The little left is what they budget to eat until the next check comes in. The poor are those Americans who are all used up and can no longer serve corporate America, they no longer provide labor. During the Biden Administration inflation rose 29%, every month corporate America raised prices to off set inflation, but funny now that gas is cheaper prices have not dropped. We are told inflation is only 2% this month, meaning corporate prices and profits are still raising. The rich don’t even give inflation a second thought, but with every raise in prices the poor must sacrifice to survive.
The rich always qualify for the stimulus given to NGOs to distribute. The poor never receive these funds there is always an excuse why they can not qualify. The middlemen steal all the resources and government wonders why the poor struggle so much when so much has been given. Social security is not charity it is a retirement benefit paid into for the whole life of the elderly only to be put in poverty by our government, who spends Billions on foreign nations while loyal Americans struggle to eat. Illegals have more than the American People and are able to steal from our social programs without accountability.
Yes those on Social Security are paying their bills for corporate profits. These poor no longer matter because corporate America has used them all up and kicked them to the curb. The rich built their wealth on the backs of the poor and have no empathy for anyone they can no longer us. One would think the elderly had earned the right to enjoy their retirement but in reality most die from the stress of not being able to survive on the crumbs of Social Security. Of course those at the top throw money at the problem but that money never seems to reach those for whom it was intended. As long as middlemen can steal from the poor the poor will continue to suffer. I ask why can’t the stimulus be put directly into Social Security deposits? Because the rich can not control and steal the resources. We the people see it, why don’t you? Because you don’t want to.
